Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of red algae Hypnea charoides. MethodsThe constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Results Three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 3, 6-dimethyl-8-(4-methyleneheptan-3-yloxy) octane-1-amine (Ⅰ), palmitate-K (Ⅱ), and (2R, 1′S, 2′S, 3′R)-N-(1′-hydroxymethyl-2′, 3′-dihydroxy-heptadecenyl)-2-hydroxy-12, 13-methylene-tetracosanamide (Ⅲ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅲ are new compounds named as charoidesine and charoidesamide.

Objective: The content of hesperidin in Jinshuiliujun Decoction (JSLJD) was determined by RP HPLC. Methods: The chromatographic column was Hyperisl BDS C 8(10?). The mobile phase was acetonitrile water containing 8% acetic acid (17∶83). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 40 ?C and the detection wavelength was 284nm. The external standard and peak area method were used to determine hesperidin content. Results: There was a very good linear relationship between hesperidin and peak area when the sample injection was from 0.02 to 2.00?g. The average recovery of adding sample was 100.5% and RSD was 1.85%. Conclusions: This method is simple and believable. It can be effectively used for the quality control of JSLJD.

Objective To observe the application effect of stat lock device on fixing butterfly needles. Methods A total of 124 patients with implantable venous access port and venous chemotherapy from our hospital were selected by cluster sampling during April 2015 to July 2015. According to the odd and even-numbered day grouping method, all patients were divided into control group(64 patients) and experimental group(60 patients). Patients in experimental group use stat lock and transparent dressing fixing butterfly needles, and patients in control group use sterile gauze and transparent dressing fixing butterfly needles, statistical cases of comfort changing and drop speed slower and repeated puncture of two groups were compared. Results The comfort of patients fixed butterfly needles in control group were lower than those in experimental group(P<0.01), but the drop speed and repeated puncture in experimental group were lower than those in control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions The method of stat lock fixing butterfly needles can effectively improve the comfort of patients and cut down the drop speed and repeated puncture, which is suitable for widespread clinical application.

Objective To explore the effect of journal club in cultivating the scientific research ability of oncology specialized nurses. Methods By cluster sampling method,a total of 45 oncology specialized nurses attending specialty training in Chinese PLA General Hospital in October 2014 and May 2015 were selected as the control group. A total of 48 oncology specialized nurses attending specialty training in October 2015 and May 2016 were selected as the experimental group. For two groups, training courses such as lecture, group discussion, and written assignment were given to them. The training lasted for a month. Furthermore, the experimental group conducted journal club for 5 times in 3 weeks, and it lasted 2 hours each time. After training, the score of a review completed by all nurses was compared between two groups, and the nurses′ opinions on journal club were investigated in the experimental group. Results The score of review in the experimental group(88.19±3.04)was higher than that(84.45±3.45)in the control group(t=-5.48,P<0.05). In the experimental group,95.83% of nurses believed that journal club training can increase innovative consciousness,93.75% of them thought that journal club training can improve the scientific research ability, and 91.67% of them thought that journal club training can raise self-learning ability. Conclusions The journal club training method can significantly improve the document retrieval ability, learning consciousness and innovation ability. It can promote comprehensive scientific research ability of oncology specialized nurses.

TCM functional exercises are the important means of TCM to prevent and cure diseases. By adjusting the bones and muscles externally, adjusting the heart and organs internally, promoting blood circulation, improving sleep disorders, enhancing metabolism and immune capacity, the aim of preventing and treating diseases, prolonging life span, and strengthening the body is achieved. TCM exercises have a significant effect on the treatment of various types of fatigue such as chronic fatigue syndrome, Exercise-induced fatigue, post-stroke fatigue, and cancer-related fatigue.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) external therapy for sleep disorder of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) has good anti-fatigue effect and can improve sleep quality of patients. The treatment for sleep disorders of CFS with TCM external treatment mainly adopts acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, TCM bath, transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation and auricular point sticking, etc., or alone, or comprehensive application, or combined with oral Chinese materia medica. The appropriate treatment method can be selected according to the patients' condition and compliance, which reflects the unique advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and the treatment according to people and time. The existing research still needs to further form a standardized and recognized diagnosis and treatment system, so as to better guide clinical popularization and application.

TCM believes that spleen deficiency is the root cause of emotional abnormalities in chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), and clinical treatment often involves the heart, liver and kidney. TCM therapy has a significant efficacy in CFS emotional abnormalities. It is mostly treated with oral administration of TCM, acupuncture, moxibustion and massage therapy. It may play a therapeutic role by improving oxidative stress and immune inflammation, regulating nerve-endocrine, controlling energy metabolism and other ways. It is suggested to establish the syndrome differentiation standard of CFS emotional abnormality in the future, so as to improve the accuracy of syndrome differentiation and treatment; form a perfect treatment guide or expert consensus to guide the standardized application of various internal and external treatment methods; explore objective indicators based on the pathogenesis, and focus on the morphological and functional changes of disease target brain regions with the help of neuroimaging techniques, so as to improve the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of CFS; based on the guidance of TCM theory, improve the CFS emotional abnormal animal modeling method.
