The ribosomal DNA fragment was amplified with PCR utilizing synthetic primers with host bacteria chromosomal DNA as template. The resultant probes were labeled with Digoxigenin and were applied in the dot blot of DNA vaccine samples. The host bacteria genomic DNA in DNA vaccine against hepatitis B was less than 15 ng/?g. Digoxigenin labeled probes proved sensitive and reliable in determining genomic DNA.

Immunohistochemistry was carried out for assessment of the expression of IgG4 and IgG in 29 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) and 26 other patients with subacute thyroiditis, thyroid adenoma, and thyroid carcinoma.HT group were divided into IgG4 HT (10/29) and non-IgG4 HT (19/29) groups.Statistical analyses of clinical and histological characteristics were also conducted in both groups.2 cases of subacute thyroiditis were IgG4 positive (2/26).The IgG4 positive plasma cells,IgG positive plasma cells, and ratio of IgG4 +/IgG + plasma cells in IgG4 HT cases were significantly higher than non-IgG4 HT ones(P<0.05).The serum Fl4 in IgG4 HT cases were lower than non-IgG4 HT ones(P<0.05).After operation,IgG4 HT had a greater proportion for accepting thyroxin treatment(P<0.05).IgG4 HT is a new-found disease which has particular histological and immunological features and would have good response for cortical hormone therapy.Serum and tissue examination of IgG4 seems to be helpful to the diagnosis of IgG4 HT.

Objective:To obsere the clinical efficacy of Hall technology in the treatment of primary molar caries in children with au-tism.Methods:80 children aged 4-8 years with primary molar caries,40 normal children and 40 children with autism, with a total of 153 primary molars. The normal and the autism children were respectively divided into 2 groups(n=20)randomly.The normal children were grouped into resin filling(CR)of 38 teeth and Hall technology group(CH)of 39 teeth, the autistic children were grouped into resin filling(AR)of 37 teeth and Hall technology group(AH)of 38 teeth.Corresponding treatment was given to the pa-tients in the groups. The duration of oral treatment time,Frankl scores,Houpt scores and parental satisfaction scoves were compaired among groups. The patients were followed up for 6,12,18 and 24 months and the treatment outcomes were compared among groups. Results:There was no statistically difference between CH group and AH group in terms of operating time, compliance,Houpt score and follow-up effects(P>0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the AR group was the lowest(P<0.05).Hall technology treatment re-mained effective rate was higher than resin filling at the 24 month follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hall technology is more effective than traditional resin filling in the treatment of primary molars caries in children with autism.

Diabetes is in the category ofin TCM, which is mainly discussed in light ofdeficiency. The conception vessel is the sea ofmeridians, acting on regulating the accumulation and irrigation ofand blood of twelve meridians and collaterals. The physiological function of the conception vessel is closely related to the pathogenesis of, its running course is highly coincident with the location ofand the symptoms ofare relevant with the indications of the conception vessel. Hence, harmonizingand blood of the conception vessel may be an effective approach to the prevention and treatment of.

Objective:To study the basic characteristics and gene evolution of M segment of fever and thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV)in China. Methods:The full sequence of M fragment of SFTSV strain isolated in China before June 25, 2020 was obtained from GenBank. The BioEdit software was used for multi-sequence alignment and MEGA5.0 software was used to construct the phylogenetic tree to compare the homology of SFTSV, which came from different types and sources. Results:M fragments of 203 SFTSV isolated in China was collected from GenBank database.. Among them, 185 strains were isolated from humans (91.1%), 11 strains were isolated from ticks(5.4%), and 5 strains were isolated from goat, mice and hedgehog (3.5%). Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that C2 genotype was dominant in China, accounting for 42.4% of total. The nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence homology were 96.4%~100.0%, 94.5%~100.0%, respectively. The homology of human and animal isolates was very high. The nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence homology were 92.5%~100.0% and 92.0%~100.0%, respectively. Conclusions:Phylogenetic tree analysis of SFTSV isolates in China based on the M fragment showed that C2 genotype was dominant, and there are multiple types of co-circulation. By comparing M and S-segment-based phylogenetic tree, it suggests that SFTSV may potential undergo adaptive conversion from C-type to J-type.

OBJECTIVETo explore the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on postoperative analgesia of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.
METHODSOne hundred and twenty adult patients, American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class Ⅰ or Ⅱ, scheduled to ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy, were randomly assigned into an observation group and a control group, 60 cases in each one. The patients in the observation group were treated with TEAS for postoperative analgesia. TEAS was implemented at bilateral Shenshu (BL 23) and Yinlingquan (SP 9) at the time of back ward and postoperative 4 h, 8 h, 12 h. TEAS at 7:00, 11:00 and 15:00 at the above acupoints were used on the second and third days; while placebo (twice a day, 100 mg a time) was used. Tramadol hydrochloride tablets for postoperative analgesia were applied in the contnol group, twice a day, 100 mg a time, and electrode sheets without stimulation were put on Shenshu (BL 23) and Yinlingquan (SP 9). When analgesia was insufficient with the score of visual analogue scale (VAS)≥3, the patients were treated with tramadol tablets for remedy analgesia. The VAS score, the concentrations of serotonin (5-HT) and substance P (SP) in 3 mL venous blood at the time of back ward (T), postoperative 4 h (T), 12 h (T), 24 h (T), and 48 h (T) were detected respectively. The total amount of medication for remedy analgesia and the incidence of adverse reactions, such as nausea and vomiting within postoperative 48 h were compared between the two groups.
RESULTSThe VAS scores at T through T were lower than those at T in the two groups (all <0.05). Compared with the control group, the VAS scores at T through T in the observation group were lower (all <0.05). The total dose of remedy analgesic medicine within 48 h after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (<0.05). Compared with the control group, the concentrations of 5-HT at T, T, T and SP at T through T were lower (all <0.05). The numbers of constipation, nausea and vomiting in the observation group were less than those in the control group (both <0.05).
CONCLUSIONTEAS can relieve the pain and reduce the total amount of analgesic medicine, the levels of substance causing pain and the incidence of adverse reactions after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.
