1.Application of business process reengineering in the management of hospital office
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
Business process reengineering(BPR) is one of the most popular concepts in management field.Because lack of methods and tools to direct and support the redesign of process, the article puts forward a method of BPR in the hospital.Based on the information technology,BPR plays some creative role in the fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of service flow to achieve dramatic improvements in hospital management.
2.Cognitive Processes Bias of Self-referent Encoding Task in Depressive College Students
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective: To test whether depressive college students had sociotropic self-schemata. Methods: A total of 500 college students were surveyed by CES-D and SAS, and 77 college students were chosen for further experiment: 24 with depressive mood, 12 with anxious mood, 17 with both depressive and anxious mood, and 24 normal ones. Sociotropic adjectives were strictly developed, and the 4 groups (depressive vs. anxious vs. depressive and anxious vs. normal) were given Self-referent Encoding Task. Results: ①The depressive group showed significantly less positive adjectives and more negative adjectives for self-descriptive than the normal group (P
3.Clinical Study of Different Dosage Atorvastatin in Treatment of Patients with Unstable Angina post Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the effects of different dosage of atorvastation on inflammatory factors in patients with unstable angina(UAP)post PCI.Methods 116 patients with their coming order were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 56 cases with the dosage of 20mg/d,and the control group of 60 cases with the common dosage of 10mg/d.Blood samples were examined at the day of the operation preoperatively,24 h after PCI,4W,12W after administration.Results(1)The consistency of hs-CRP and cTnI of patients after PCI were more higher than that before PCI(P
4.Differential effects of morphine on conditioned place preference and locomotor activity in adult and adolescent rats
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2009;18(11):979-981
Objective To test whether adolescent rats are more sensitive than adult rats to morphine' s rewarding actions and locomotor activating effects. Methods Conditioned place preference(CPP) procedure was used to examine drug-induced reward and locomotor activity. Adolescent ( Postnatal day 35 ) and adult ( P67 ) male rats received either saline or morphine (3 mg/kg) for 6 days and the locomotor response in the drug paired chamber was recorded during conditioned training. CPP effects were tested 24h after the last training. Results In adolescent rats, morphine CPP effect was not present [ saline group (20. 89 ±31. 14) s, morphine group (90. 75 ± 27.91)s, P = 0. 15], however, morphine CPP effect occurred in adult rats[saline group (31.5 ± 41. 24) s, morphine group(266. 13 ± 32. 26) s, P < 0. 001 ]. Adult rats presented higher CPP score than adolescent rats(P < 0.001). The locomotor response was significantly higher in day 3 ~ 6 than day 1 in the adolescent treated with morphine (P<0.05 or <0. 01). The locomotor response was significantly higher in day 2-6 than day 1 in the adolescent treated with morphine(P<0. 05 or < 0. 01 ) .which suggested that both adolescent and adult rats exhibited similar behavioral sensitization to morphine administration. Two-way ANOVA indicated that the main effect of age was not significant(F_(1,14) =0. 33, P = 0. 57) ,the interaction effect of age x treat was not significant(F_(5,70) = 0.85, P = 0.52) .there was no age difference between adolescent and adult rats in behavioral sensitization effects. Conclusion Compared with adult rats, adolescent rats don' t present morphine CPP, but show the similar morphine behavioral sensitization.
5.Innovating the Method of Pharmaceutical Education by Following its Developing Trend

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
On the view of modern risk management,4 kinds of risks are found out through joint-venture medical equipment actuality investigation.Against these risks, the risk management system of hospital medical equipment is set up to identify and diminish the risks in joint-venture of medical equipment, included management flow optimization, risk management mechanism, risk avoidance and risk analysis.

Chinese Circulation Journal 2016;31(6):555-558
Objective: To study the relationship between slow coronary lfow (SCF) and coronary microcirculatory dysfunction in relevant patients and to explore the risk factors for SCF development. Methods: Our research was conducted in 2 groups: SCF group, the patients with coronary angiography conifrmed diagnosis and Control group, the subjects with normal coronary lfow.n=32 in each group. The general information, blood levels of biochemical indicators, hs-CRP levels, TIMI lfow frame and the index of microcirculatory resistance (IMR) were examined, their relationships to SCF were analyzed. Results: Compared with Control group, the patients in SCF group showed the lower levels of HLL-C (1.57 ± 0.38) mmol/L vs (1.62 ± 0.43) mmol/L and Apo-A1 (1.41 ± 0.31) mmol/L vs (1.57 ± 0.38) mmol/L, while higher level of hs-CRP (3.63 ± 1.67) μg/mL vs (1.74 ± 0.75) μg/mL; SCF groups had increased IMR (29.28 ± 7.68) vs (24.94 ± 6.67), all P<0.05. IMR was positively related to TIMI lfow frame (r=0.766, P=0.019) and hs-CRP (r=0.565, P=0.000). Conclusion:①Microcirculatory dysfunction was related to SCF.②Inlfammatory reaction, decreased blood levels of HDL-C and Apo-A1 might be involved in pathological process of SCF.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2016;29(7):749-753
Objective To provide the basis for scientific research management and promote innovation of knowledge service in hospital library , understand the level of academic development of hospital library , we analyzed the papers published by hospital li-brary in Jiangsu province . Methods Using bibliometric method to analyze papers published by hospital libraries in Jiangsu from 1990-2014 . Results In the 25 years, 415 papers were published , but with only 17.1%published in the core journals and thesis influence was not high .Most authors were from tertiary hospitals .The academic influence of papers was not high .Most papers were written by librarians independently , while 2.4%of papers were co-authored with other libraries or clinical departments .Thesis topic was almost traditional , so that the research was lack of innovation . Conclusion Hospital library research level is not balanced and high.We should make further effort to strengthen the continuing education , research cooperation, development of qualified personnel , and improve paper quality in order to promote the common development of hospital library in Jiangsu province .

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(03):-
Grant administration in hospitals is one of the important tasks for administrators of scientific research, and all leaders should also pay enough attention to it and regard it as a strategic assignment of hospital development. In this paper, we found out the key points in different phases of scientific researches through quality analysis of grants and the whole procedure of research, and put forward the keystone administration. We also discussed a new model of subject construction, thesis and achievements administration leaded by grant administration, which should basically and greatly raise the level of scientific research in the hospital.
