This paper introduces the current status and development trend of the field medical equipment from such aspects as individual soldier,series of medical cases for fighting position,and mobile equipment for medical instrument and apparatus. The analysis shows that although the individual equipment is not advanced,and even backward,the integral efficiency is relatively high.

Objective To obtain the dynamic characteristics of the stretcher bed without absorber, and to optimize the absorber. Methods Pro/E and ADAMS were used to build the dynamic model of the stretcher bed on ambulance. The principle of random sine wave superposition and Visual Basic language were used to produce time-domain pavement roughness which could stimulate the model. The system was analyzed. Results The curve of vertical acceleration in time and frequency domain and the RMS of vertical acceleration without absorber were obtained by simulation., and a reasonably suited pair of stiffness and damping coefficient was found to reduce the vibration intensity. Conclusion The inherent frequency of the stretcher bed is 2.7Hz, which is out of the sympathetic vibration area of decubital body. Through adjusting and optimizing the stiffness and damping of vibration reduction equipment, the stretcher bed is more comfortable.

To investigate the effect of semi-joint prosthesis replacement in treating osteosarcoma around the knee joint,15 children with osteosarcoma around the knee joint underwent semi-joint prostheses replacement and removal of the section with tumor from October 1998 to July 2006.Imageology showed that tumor of 9 children was located at the distal femur,and 6 cases at the proximal tibia.The pathologic changes involved the upper segment of the tibia 9-11 cm in length.All the children had been diagnosed with osteosarcoma by pathological examination,which was graded as stage Ⅱ a according to Enneking staging system.All the patients underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy preoperatively for 1-2 courses.The size of prosthesis was determined based on preoperative X-ray,CT and MRI.The length of the prosthesis should be 1.0-2.0 cm longer than that of the excised bone.Patellar and collateral ligaments were reconstructed in the artificial semi-knee joint prosthesis.All the 15 patients had a successful semi-joint prosthesis replacement.During the follow-up of 2 to 6 years,body height of the children increases by 4-6 cm,and the affected limbs shortened 1-3 cm.All children could live and study normally.There were 7 excellent,5 good,2 fine and 1 poor according to Enneking evaluation system.The semi-joint prosthesis replacement in the limb salvage surgery for child osteosarcoma around the knee joint can reconstruct knee joint function,remain normal osteoepiphysis,minimize affected limb crispation after operation,and create the condition for total knee replacement in adults.

Based on the advantage of artificial lung, the background, principle and materials of membrane oxygenator are descried briefly. Besides, the purpose of ECC, ECMO, IVOX and TAL, advantage and disadvantage, newest re-search progress of the oxygenator are introduced. The aspects of IVOX and TAL can be modified, and the significance of TAL as to be the real artificial lung is pointed out. By anticipating the development trend of the oxygenator, the feature of ideal artificial lung and the study in the future can be summarized.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of early intervention on intellectual development in children with brain injury syndrome. Methods107 children with brain injury syndrome were divided into intervention group （n=73） and observation group （n=34）. The intervention group accepted early interventions for mental retardation introduced in child early education manual. Observation group accepted family training. They were followed up once per 1 or 2 months, and assessed with Gesell Developmental Schedules 6 months later. ResultsThere were more children whose adaptability DQ within the normal range (maintained or restored) in the intervention group than in the observation group. ConclusionEarly intervention may decrease the intellectual retardation for children with brain injury syndrome.

Objective To explore the relative factors with the accidents in the cerebral palsy rehabilitation wards, and preventive measures.Methods The accident cases in the rehabilitation wards were recorded respectively.Results There was a relationship between the rehabilitated patient's accident and their parents, the patients themselves, the surroundings and the staff's consciousness of safety.Conclusion Building the safe management organization, strengthening the safety health education, promoting the surroundings in the wards and training for the staff can reduce the accident rate effectively in the rehabilitation wards.

AIM:To investigate the effect of compound of cordyceps sinensis(CS) and tripterygium hypoglaucum on survival time of the heterologous human-pig graft skin.METHODS: CS solution were used to hatch the skin graft and CS was used locally.Ciclosporin A(CsA) and normal saline solution(NS) were used in control.Besides,skin HE staining was detected and CD4,CD8,IL-2 and IL-10 were also examined before and after operation.RESULTS: The survival time of the graft skin treated with CS was(21.20?3.19) days,while the control group treated with NS was(10.17?1.94) days(P

OBJECTIVETo analyze the effects of acupuncture on the level of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) in adrenal gland and the content of corticosterone (CORT) in plasma in rats withchronic emotional stress anxiety, and to explore the partial action mechanism of acupuncture on anxiety disorder.

METHODSThirty-two healthy Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats, after 7 days of feeding and domestication, were randomly divided into a blank group (10 rats), a model group (11 rats) and an acupuncture group (11 rats). The rats inthe model group and acupuncture group were treated with unpredictable chronic emotional stress (CES) method toestablish the model of anxiety. Rats in the acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture at "Neiguan" (PC 6)and "Shenmen" (HT 7), once every other day, 30 minutes each time. The model establishment and treatment lasted 15 days. Rats in the blank group were treated with identical immobilization but no treatment was given. Theelevated plus maze was used to test the behavioral changes of rats with anxiety; the level of CORT in plasma wasdetected by ELISA, and the expression level of CNP and ANP in adrenal cortex and medulla was detected by immunohistochemical method.

RESULTS(1) The percentage of open-arms time in total time (OT%) in elevated plus maze in the model group was significantly lower than that in the blank group (P<0. 05); the OT% in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P<0.01). (2) The content of CORT in plasma in the model group was higher than that in the blank group (P<0. 05), while that in the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P<0. 05). (3) The expression of ANP in adrenal medulla and cortex in the model group was lower than that in the blank group (P<0. 01), while the expression of CNP in adrenal medulla and cortex in the model group was higher than that in the blank group (P<0. 01).

CONCLUSIONThe effects of acupuncture against anxiety are likely to be related to the regulation on the expression of ANP and CNP in adrenal medulla, affecting the release of CORT and inhibition on the activity !f hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA axis).

Objective To observe the effect of the body weight support training (BWST) on walking ability of children with cerebral palsy (CP). Methods 50 children with CP were divided into the BWST group （n=30） and control group（n=20）. All cases were treated with physical therapy, but the BWST group were added with BWST. The scores of D and E dimensions of the Gross Motor Function Measure Scale (GMFM) were used to assess the walking ability before and after the treatment, respectively. Results The scores of D and E dimensions of GMFM improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.01), and that of the BWST group improved more than control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion BWST can facilitate the recovery of the walking ability after cerebral palsy.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regulatory roles of Shexiang Baoxin Pill (SXBXW) in neointimal formation and vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) invasion and apoptosis as well as the potential molecular mechanisms using cultured VSMCs model of vascular injury (platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)-BB-stimulated) in vitro. METHODS: VSMCs were randomly assigned to 5 groups: blank, PDGF-BB (20 ng/mL+ 0.1% DMSO), SXBXW-L (PDGF-BB 20 ng/mL + SXBXW low dose 0.625 g/L), SXBXW-M (PDGF-BB 20 ng/mL + SXBXW medium dose 1.25 g/L) and SXBXW-H (PDGF-BB 20 ng/mL+ SXBXW high dose 2.5 g/L) group. Cell proliferation was assessed using cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay and bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) incorporation assay, the migration effects were detected by Transwell assay, cell apoptosis rate was measured by the Annexin V/propidium iodide (PI) apoptosis kit. The markers of contractile phenotype of VSMCs were detected with immunofluorescent staining. To validate the effects of miR-451 in regulating proliferation, migration and apoptosis treated with SXBXW, miR-451 overexpression experiments were performed, the VSMCs were exposed to PDGF-BB 20 ng/mL + 0.1% DMSO and later divided into 4 groups: mimic-NC (multiplicity of infection, MOI=50), SXBXW (1.25 g/L) + mimic-NC, mimic-miR451 (MOI=50), and SXBXW (1.25 g/L) + mimic-miR451, and alterations of proteins related to the miR-451 pathway were analyzed using Western blot. RESULTS: PDGF-BB induced VSMCs injury causes acceleration of proliferation and migration. SXBXW inhibited phenotypic switching, proliferation and migration and promoted cell apoptosis in PDGF-BB-induced VSMCs. In addition, miR-451 was shown to be down-regulated in the VSMCs following PDGF-BB stimulation. SXBXW treatment enhanced the expression of miR-451 in PDGF-BB-induced VSMCs (P<0.05). Compared with SXBXW + mimic-NC and mimic-miR451 groups, the expression of tyrosine 3-monooxygenase/tryptophan 5-monooxygenase activation protein zeta (Ywhaz) and p53 was further reduced in SXBXW + mimic-miR451 group, while activating transcription factor 2 (ATF2) was increased in VSMCs (P<0.05). CONCLUSION SXBXW regulated proliferation, migration and apoptosis via activation of miR-451 through ATF2, p53 and Ywhaz in PDGF-BB-stimulated VSMCs.
