Objective: To investigate rules and affect factors in virus hepatitis complicated with biliary system damage. Methods: To observe 158 patients with various clinical types of viral hepatitis, gallbladder filling degree of gallbladder wall thickness, the gallbladder bile in the gallbladder situation, through sound situation by ultrasound, and the patients with intrahepatic, extrahepatic bile duct wall thickness were measured, the clarity of cavity were observed. Results:The 158 cases of patients with biliary ultrasonic testing results showed the gallbladder wall thickening, rough bilateral syndrome, sound transparent difference, stones, gallbladder enlargement or smaller, like solid. Severe hepatitis, biliary system in patients and liver cirrhosis was significantly higher than that of the abnormal in patients with acute hepatitis and chronic hepatitis (x2=17.96, x2=16.27; P<0.05). Conclusion: Viral hepatitis complicated with biliary system damage is related to clinical type, course of disease, liver function damage. Observe the change of ultrasonic dynamic biliary system, liver function testing timely, and provide the basis for guiding clinical treatment, to judge the severity and chronicity of hepatitis prediction.

Objective To observe the influence of early motor cardiac rehabilitation on the life quality of acute myocardial infarction patients. Methods 30 acute myocardial infarction patients underwent percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention (PCI) were randomly divided into rehabilitative group and control group which consist of 15 patients. The rehabilitative group received the individual sports programme and health education in addition to conventional treatment and nursing. The control group was just treated by traditional way. Barthel index was used to evaluate the self-care ability and life quality. Results The rehabilitative group had significantly higher self-care ability compared with control group after 30 days' treatment[(85.48 ±6.77)points vs (69.35 ±6.46)points] (P＜0.05).The rehabilitative group could care by themselves and carry on the light physical activity. In addition, heart rehabilitatione frequency was the favorable factor for improving the life quality of acute myocardial infarction patients.Conclusion Early motor cardiac rehabilitation could effectively improve the life quality of acute myocardial infarction patients which had a wide clinical application.

Aim To explore the effects of heat stress on TNF-?-induced fever and the content of cAMP in rat hypothalamus. Methods ①We examined the peak time of HSP70 expression in hypothalamus after heat stress; ②We studied the change of TNF-?-induced fever and the content of cAMP in hypothalamus after heat stress. Result The maximum expression of HSP70 in hypothalamus was attained at 12 h after heat stress. Heat stress limited TNF-?-induced fever and decreased the content of cAMP in hypothalamus. Conclusion Heat stress can inhibit TNF-?-induced fever in rats, and this effect may be related with the inhibition of cAMP synthesis induced by high expression HSP70 in hypothalamus.

Objective To evaluate the application value of three‐dimensional ultrasonography OmniView technology in diagnosis of fetal cleft lip/palate . Methods Three‐dimensional volume data was acquired from 100 normal singleton fetuses and 18 cleft lip/palate fetuses ,and was analysed by OmniView technology . Two‐dimensional ultrasonography and three‐dimensional OmniView technology were compared in the displaying rate of different planes of the lip and palate and the diagnosis accordance rate of cleft lip/palate.Results ①ThedisplayingrateofthelipandpalateofOmniViewtechnologywashigherthanthatof two‐dimensional ultrasonography ( the displaying rates were 64% -88% and 30% -65% ,respectively , P <0 .05) . Further more ,the curved plane tiled imaging of palate was successfully reconstructed by OmniView technology ,displaying the nonplanar panorama of the palate . ② There was no significant difference in diagnosis accordance rate of fetal cleft lip/palate between two‐dimensional ultrasonography and OmniView technology( the accordance rate was 89% -94% and 78% -100% ,respectively , P >0 .05) . Conclusions Three‐dimentional ultrasonography OmniView technology can improve the displaying rate of the hard and soft palate .The application of this technology in the fetuses who has a high risk of cleft palate may be beneficial to the diagnosis of cleft palate .

[ ABSTRACT] AIM: To investigate the role of TNF-αand NF-κB in the mechanism of neuropathic pain due to chronically compressed dorsal root ganglion ( CCD) .METHODS:Based on the CCD model, von Frey filaments were used to quantify behavior test.The expression changes of TNF-αand NF-κB were determined by Western blotting, and the cor-relation between the expression of TNF-αand the 50%paw withdrawal threshold was also analyzed.Moreover, the location of TNF-αin dorsal root ganglion ( DRG) was observed with immunofluorescence double staining.RESULTS: We found 50%paw withdrawal threshold of CCD decreased at the first day after operation.The mechanical allodynia was the most ob-vious at postoperative 7~14 d and lasted longer than 35 d.The expression of TNF-αand NF-κB increased significantly in DRG after operation (P<0.01), especially at 7~14 d, and then restored gradually.Moreover, there was a correlation between the protein expression of TNF-αand the changes of neuropathic behavior ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSION: TNF-αand NF-κB are involved in the mechanism of mechanical allodynia after chronically compressed DRG.

Objective To investigate the expression of the preferentially expressed antigen of melanoma (PRAME) gene in acute myeloid leukemia (AML),and to evaluate its applicability in monitoring minimal residual disease (MRD).Methods Bone marrow specimens were collected from 63 cases of de-novo AML,while 34 samples from 11 patients were tracked for 28 months.The level of PRAME mRNA was measured by real time RT-PCR.Results The PRAME gene expressed in 52.4 ％ (33/63) of de-novo patients,and the positive rate was highest in M3 than that in other subtypes of AML.The expression of PRAME became negative after treatment and increased in the following months before morphology relapse.Conclusion The PRAME gene is highly expressed in AML and could be a useful marker to monitor MRD.

Objective To investigate the effect of Roy Adaptation Model(RAM)in patients with adolescent insanity.Methods One hundred patients with adolescent insanity during October 2011 to March 2012 were randomized in equal number into two groups by random digit table:the study group and the control group.The former were intervened with RAM and the latter received routine care and health education.Seven weeks after intervention,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Observation Scale(NOSIE)were used for the assessment. Results After intervention,the scores on HAMD and HAMA in the study group were significantly lower,compared to the control group(P<0.01).The scores on social function,social interest,subjective support and use of social support were all significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.01). Conclusions RAM can improve their ability of the patients with adolescent insanity to adapt to the environment.It may improve their mental state and their quality of life.

AIM:ToinvestigatetheexpressionofFoxp3+regulatoryTcells(Foxp3+Tregs)andprogrammed death receptor 1 (PD1) in gastric cancer tissues and their association with clinicopathological factors and prognosis of the patients.The correlation between the 2 molecules was also analyzed at the same time.METHODS: The tumor sections from 111 gastric cancer patients were stained for Foxp3 and PD1 by the method of immunohistochemistry.The associations of the expression levels of these 2 molecules with clinicopathological factors involved in the disease progression and progno-sis were statistically analyzed .The relationship of their expression was detected.RESULTS:Foxp3 +Tregs and PD1 were expressed in the gastric cancer tissues, and PD1 was expressed in the tumor infiltrating lymphocytes ( TILs) .The expres-sion of Foxp3 and PD1 was correlated with lymph node metastasis, clinicopathological stage and prognosis of gastric cancer patients.The expression of these 2 determinants in the patients with lymph node metastasis and an advanced clinicopatho-logical stage was distinctly higher ( P<0.05 ) .The patients with positive expression of the 2 indexes presented a lower overall survival rate and worse prognosis (P<0.05).A significantly positive correlation between the infiltration of Foxp3 +Tregs and the expression of PD1+TILs was also observed (P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Foxp3 +Tregs and PD1 +TILs co-infiltrate in the gastric cancer tissues, which can be used as biological markers to predict the disease progression and prog-nosis.
