OBJECTIVETo appraise the clinical efficacy, safety and compliance of the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction combined with dormancy hygiene education and the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction alone on sub-healthy insomnia of deficiency of both the heart and spleen pattern.
METHODStudy design took multi-centers, blind and randomized control trial, 107 participants with sub-healthy insomnia of deficiency of both the heart and spleen pattern were assigned to A group (52 cases) which was treated with the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction combined with dormancy hygiene education and B group (55 cases) which was treated with the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction single, compared by efficacy, PSQI score, CGI score, WHOQOL-BREF score and security.
RESULTThe efficacy of two group was 79.58%. There was no significant different between them. The PSQI scores before treatment was (11.80 +/- 2.08) and which afer treatment was (6.78 +/- 2.84) of A group. The PSQI scores before treatment was (11.61 +/- 2.00) and which afer treatment was (6.73 +/- 2.27) of B group. There was significant difference in PSQI scores both A group and B group after treatment (P < 0.01); the results of CGI score and WHOQOL-BREF score before and after measurement showed the same as PSQI. There were no significant difference between two groups in all scores after treatment and there was no interaction between time pots and treatment factors . Withdrawal reaction analysis: comparing CGI after withdraw 2 weeks and at the end of treatment course, there was no significant difference between two groups. The same result was in comparison among groups.
CONCLUSIONBoth the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction integrating with dormancy hygiene education and spleen-restoring decoction had obvious clinical efficacy on treating subhealthy insomnia of deficiency of both the heart and spleen pattern, and had high compliance and safety. The intervention of spleen-restoring decoction integrating with dormancy hygiene education showed no better clinical efficacy than spleen-restoring decoction did.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2019;28(5):314-318
The apoptosisˉrelated gene is an important gene in the human body, and maintains the apoptosis process through the synergistic action of antiˉapoptosis and proˉapoptosis. Abnormal expressions of apoptosisˉrelated genes and their proteins play important roles in the development of diffuse large Bˉcell lymphoma (DLBCL). Recent studies have shown that targeting apoptosisˉrelated genes have potentials in the treatment of lymphoma, and the treatment of Bclˉ2 inhibitors and Bax activators combined with chemotherapy has attracted much attention. This article reviews the progress of apoptosisˉrelated genes and DLBCL.

OBJECTIVE:To p rovide policy suggestions for the development and supervision of online drugstores in China. METHODS:By literature review ,the relevant literatures and policy documents about the development of online drugstores were searched, screened and sorted out to summarize the development process of China ’s internet drug trading mode and policy ,analyze the development status of China ’s online drugstores ;on the basis of the development experience of some developed countries ,the suggestions were put forward for China ’s relevant policies. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS :China’s medical e-commerce started relatively late ,and the policies related to online drug trading were basically released during last 20 years. The number of online drugstores showed a growing trend. The online drugstores were geographically allocated widely but unevenly. They sold many varieties, and policies on selling prescription medicines were gradually liberalized. These online drugstores provided diverse payment and delivery choices ,but their pharmaceutical service needed to be improved. The development models of online drugstores in the United Kingdom ,the United States and Germany could be referred. According to the current situation of online drugstores in China , combined with the development mode and operation strategy in foreign countries ,it is suggested to improve relevant laws and regulations, and strengthen legal support ;strengthen the government supervision to ensure drug safety ;use the industrial power to standardize medicine operation behavior ;set up the third part trading platform to promote medical insurance payment.

OBJECTIVES:
To evaluate the feasibility and safety of bipolar-plasmakinetic transurethral enucleation and resection of the prostate (B-TUERP) in day surgery.
METHODS:
From January 2021 to August 2022, 34 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) underwent B-TUERP in day surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. Patients completed the screening and anesthesia evaluation before admission and received the standard surgery which implements "anatomical enucleation of the prostate" and "absolute bleeding control" on the same day of admission, and by the same doctor. Bladder irrigation was stopped, catheter was removed and the discharge evaluation was performed on the first day after operation. The baseline data, perioperative conditions, time of recovery, treatment outcomes, hospitalization costs, and postoperative complications were analyzed.
RESULTS:
All operations were successfully conducted. The average age of the patients was (62.2±7.8) years, average prostate volume was (50.2±29.3) mL. The average operation time was (36.5±19.1) min, the average hemoglobin and blood sodium were decreased by (16.2±7.1) g/L and (2.2±2.0) mmol/L, respectively. The average postoperative length of hospital stay, and total length of hospital stay were (17.7±2.2) and (20.8±2.1) h, respectively, and the average hospitalization cost was (13 558±2320) CNY. All patients were discharged on the day after surgery except for one patient who was transferred to a general ward. Three patients received indwelling catheterization after catheter removal. The 3-month follow-up results showed a substantial improvement in the International Prostate Symptom Score, quality of life score and maximum urinary flow rate (all P<0.01). Three patients experienced temporary urinary incontinence, 1 patient experienced urinary tract infection, 4 patients were diagnosed with urethral stricture and 2 patients experienced bladder neck contracture. No complications above Clavien grade Ⅱ occurred.
CONCLUSIONS
The preliminary results showed that B-TUERP ambulatory surgery is a safe, feasible, economical and effective treatment for appropriately selected patients with BPH.

OBJECTIVE To explore standardized evaluation process for clinical comprehensive evaluation of blood lipid- regulating drugs and perform rapid assessment of clinical comprehensive evaluation of blood lipid-regulating drugs with different mechanisms so as to provide reference for the drug catalogue selection and rational drug use of medical institutions. METHODS Referring to guidelines and consensus such as the guideline for the management of comprehensive clinical evaluation of drugs, the methods such as literature research, expert interviews, and Delphi expert consultation were used to establish a multi-dimensional and multi-criteria clinical comprehensive evaluation index system and quantitative scoring table for blood lipid-regulating drugs around the two main lines of technical evaluation and policy evaluation. Then 13 blood lipid-regulating drugs with different mechanisms in 21 third-grade class-A medical institutions from five provinces and regions of Northwest China were scored from both technical and policy dimensions to form a comprehensive evaluation result. RESULTS The clinical comprehensive evaluation index system and corresponding rapid evaluation quantitative scoring table were constructed for blood lipid-regulating drugs in the five northwest provinces and regions. The technicalevaluation section included 6 primary indicators, 13 secondary indicators, and 34 tertiary indicators, totaling 110 points. The policy evaluation section included 4 primary indicators and 6 secondary indicators, with a total score of 40 points (30 points for some drugs) and a total score of 150 points (or 140 points). The scoring results showed that the highest score was atorvastatin, followed by rosuvastatin and simvastatin. CONCLUSIONS Statins are still the cornerstone of drug therapy for patients with dyslipidemia; the rapid evaluation quantitative scoring table constructed in this study is comprehensive, systematic and operable. The evaluation process in this study can provide empirical references for other groups to exploring the standardized path and quality control mechanism of clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs.
