Objective To analyze the correlation between elective cesarean delivery and duration of breastfeeding in Ma'anshan city from 2013 to 2014. Methods From May 2013 to September 2014, a total of 3 474 pregnant women with the first prenatal checkup were recruited from Ma'anshan maternal and child health care hospital. Finally, 3 109 pregnant women were included after exclusion of those with terminated pregnancies, adverse birth outcomes, twin or multiple pregnancies, breech traction, breech midwifery and loss of delivery information. Demographic data of pregnant women, mode of delivery and breast feeding of children were collected through questionnaires and hospital records. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between elective cesarean delivery and duration of breastfeeding in children, with the mode of delivery as independent variable and the duration of breastfeeding as dependent variable. Results The age of 3 109 subjects was (26.6±3.6) years old, the rate of vaginal delivery was 51.1% (1 589), and the rate of elective cesarean delivery was 46.4% (1 443), among which the rate of non?indicative elective cesarean delivery was 26.4% (820), the rate of indicative elective cesarean delivery was 20.0% (623), and the rate of emergency cesarean delivery was 2.5% (77). The proportion of breastfeeding lasting until 4, 12 and 18 months was 45.0% (1 348/2 998), 23.7% (702/2 962) and 5.2% (154/2 944), respectively. After adjusting the confounding factors, compared with vaginal delivery, the OR (95%CI ) values of breastfeeding for 4 months in indicative elective cesarean delivery and non?indicative elective cesarean delivery women were 0.870(0.714-1.059), 0.795(0.665-0.949), and the OR (95%CI) values of breastfeeding for 12 months were 0.772(0.611-0.975), 0.755(0.610-0.934), respectively. Conclusion Elective cesarean delivery may result in shorter duration of breastfeeding in children.

Normal human blood pressure has a unique "dipper type" rhythm, but various pathological factors will lead to abnormal nighttime blood pressure decline, seriously damage the target organs such as the heart, brain and kidneys, and significantly increase the incidence of cardiovascular events. Therefore, it is necessary to pay sufficient attention to rhythm disorder of blood pressure and intervene early. Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) mostly understands the changes of rhythm of blood pressure from the view of the unity of nature and man, yin-yang theory and the theory of meridian flow, and study the syndrome distribution and TCM constitution law of rhythm disorder of blood pressure by combining TCM syndrome differentiation method and TCM constitution theory. TCM treatment can restore blood pressure rhythm and improve clinical symptoms and sleep quality of patients.

Objective To understand the physical activity of early stage pregnant women and explore its influential factors. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, 2122 pregnant women with early pregnancy card in Ma An Shan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and surveyed with a questionnaire. The Physical Activity Questionnaire was used to understand the physical activity of pregnant women in their early pregnancy. Analysis of variance and t-test were used to describe the distribution of energy expenditures of physical activity of pregnant women with different demographic characteristics, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the energy expenditure of their physical activity. Result The duration of activities of sleep and sitting type was (16.56 ± 3.54) h, accounting for 83.38%of total activity time;the energy consumption value was (17.17±5.59) METs·h;mild physical activity time was (2.62±1.86) h, accounting for total time. 13.19%and the energy consumption value was (6.06±4.43) METs·h;the average time of moderate to severe physical activity was (0.68±0.93) h, accounting for 3.42%of total physical activity time, and the energy consumption value was (3.22±4.58) METs·h. In the univariate analysis, the energy expenditures of physical activity between the different groups (t=-3.551), education level (F=1.347), and occupation type (F=1.485) were different, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In multiple linear regression analysis, different occupational types and education were the energy expenditure levels of physical activity during early pregnancy. Influencing factors (P<0.05). Conclusion Pregnant women have longer periods of sleep and meditation during the first trimester, and shorter duration of physical activity than mild and above;the energy expenditure of physical activity during the first trimester of pregnancy is affected by the occupational type and educational level of the pregnant woman.

Objective To explore the correlation between pregnancy-related anxiety and serum 25 (OH)D level during early pregnancy. Methods A radioimmunoassay was used to determine the serum 25 (OH)D levels of 2 122 early pregnant women in Maanshan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital, from June 2015 to 2016. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Results The mean serum 25(OH)D level was(29.71±32.27)nmol/L.About 15.2% of the subjects had adequate,22.6% had insufficient,45.1% had deficient, and 17.1% had severely deficient serum 25(OH)D levels. The type of housing and testing seasons were significantly associated with the serum 25(OH)D level.Single factor logistic regression analysis results show that pregnancy-related anxiety incidence in the group deficient in 25(OH)D was higher than that in the adequate group, which has a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After adjusting for the maternal age,BMI,and educational level, multivariate logistic regression analysis results showed that the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The serum 25(OH)D level in early pregnant women was inadequate. Furthermore, lack of serum 25(OH)D in early pregnancy and pregnancy-related anxiety were negatively correlated.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2019;40(5):654-657
Objective:
To investigate the longitudinal association between peer bullying victimization and internalizing symptoms, and to examine whether parental warmth buffers against this effect,so as to provide a reference for improving the mental health of the special group of children.
Methods:
Students in grade 4 and grade 5 from three primary schools in Ma’anshan, Anhui Province were selected in Oct. 2017 with informed consent. Height, weight and pubertal development were objectively assessed. Internalizing symptoms and peer bullying victimization were evaluated at baseline and 1-year follow-up by using the MacArthur Health and Behavior Questionnaire-Child. Children were classified into three groups as non-bullying, non-consistent and consistent bullying victimization group. Multiple linear regression model was used to analyze whether the association between peer bullying victimization and internalizing symptoms varied across different parental warmth groups.
Results:
Compared with non-bullying victimization group, consistent-and non-consistent bullying victimization had higher internalizing symptoms at baseline and 1-year follow-up(P<0.01). Students reported consistent, non-consistent bullying victimization under moderate parental warmth had lower internalizing symptoms at baseline and 1-year follow-up than those reported under low parental warmth group(P<0.01). Multiple liner regression showed that consistent bullying victimization [β=0.66(95%CI=0.33-0.99), 0.37(95%CI=0.15-0.59), 0.58(95%CI=0.31-0.84), P<0.05] and non-consistent bullying victimization[β=0.33(95%CI=0.18-0.47), 0.28(95%CI=0.13-0.41), 0.29(95%CI=0.08-0.51),P<0.05] were associated with higher 1-year follow-up internalizing symptoms in non-consistent, moderate-and low parental warmth group, while such association was not observed in consistent parental warmth group.
Abstract
The experience of peer bullying victimization increases the risk of internalizing symptoms and this finding suggests that parental warmth help to buffer children from the internalizing symptoms associated with bullying victimization.
10.Prospective association between adverse childhood experiences and pubertal development
Chinese Journal of School Health 2019;40(5):662-665
Objective:
To explore the impact of adverse childhood experiences on pubertal development, and to provide a reference for conducting the targeted intervention in the early stage.
Methods:
A cluster sampling method was used to randomly select students of grades 3 to 4 from three primary schools in Ma’anshan municipality of Anhui province in October 2017. Self-reported childhood adverse experiences (ACEs), including physical, emotional and sexual abuse, as well as physical and emotional neglect were collected. Testicular volume and breast Tanner stage were assessed. A follow-up survey was conducted one year later to assess ACEs and pubertal development. ACEs of each dimension were divided into non-exposure group, transient exposure group and sustained exposure group according to ACEs exposure at baseline and follow-up. Multivariate linear regression model was used to analyze the relationship between ACEs exposure and pubertal development after 1-year follow-up.
Results:
Sustained emotional abuse was positively associated with increased breast Tanner stage and testicular volume (breast: β=0.36, 95%CI=0.09-0.63, P<0.01; testicular volume: β=1.07, 95%CI=0.47-1.66, P<0.01); sustained physical abuse was positively associated with decreased testicular volume (β=-0.83, 95%CI=-1.58--0.08, P<0.05); sustained and transient sexual abuse were significant positively associated with decreased breast Tanner stages (sustained: β=-1.43, 95%CI=-2.86--0.02, P<0.05; transient: β=-0.45, 95%CI=-0.73--0.19, P<0.05); sustained emotional neglect was positively associated with increased breast Tanner staging (β=0.33, 95%CI=0.06-0.61, P<0.05) and decreased testicular volume (β=-0.19, 95%CI=-1.38--0.19, P<0.01).
Conclusion
Sustained emotional abuse was associated with early pubertal development in boys and girls, and the specitic mechanisam differences of different ACES puberty development effects and the gender differences of the same ACES puberty development effects need to be furthur explored.
