Objective To investigate the perception of Mandarin's tones by children with speech development disorders so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical rehabilitation. Methods Thirty children with speech development disorders (DPDs) aged 4 to 6 were matched with 30 healthy counterparts as a control group. Both groups underwent the tone perception experiment, which included tone identification and discrimination tasks. The speech stimuli were 11 computer-simulated voices expressing a continuum of sounds from Mandarin speech ranging from /bá/ to /bà/.The two groups were compared in their ability to identify and differentiate the tones. Results Both groups showed typicalS-shaped identification curves in a category pattern. The category boundaries of the control group were between stimulus steps 6 and 7,significantly different from those of the experimental group where the boundary fell between stimulus steps 5 and 6.On the distinguishing curve, both groups presented obvious peak values. The stimulus steps of the peaks and the crossing points of the identification curves were consistent. In addition, the average ahsolnte value (b1) of the identification curve and the peaks' degree of steepness (DP) of the DPD group's distinguishing curve were significantly lower than those of the control group. At the same time, the average boundary width (Wcb) was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Children with speech development disorders perceive Mandarin tones with categories different from those of normal children. They may have difficulty in perceiving tones, which might be an important factor leading to pronunciation errors.

Given that the traditional algorithms for elimination of electrocardiogram(ECG)contamination have a poor performance on abnormal ECG signals,a denoising algorithm for diaphragmatic electromyogram(EMGdi)signals based on wavelet dual-threshold filtering is presented. The method constructs the detection threshold of R peak in QRS group wave based on wavelet coefficient for accurately locating the position of the R peak, and takes the average energy on both sides of one interference range as the threshold of this interference range for eliminating ECG contamination.Experimental results of eliminating ECG contamination from clinical EMGdi signals show that the proposed algorithm surpasses the traditional algorithms in interference removal, especially for weak EMGdi signals.

Since the reform and opening-up, China’s health care has made great progress, and the level of national health literacy has steadily improved. However, there is still a disconnect between the health literacy and healthy behavior of Chinese residents, and traditional health education has little effect on behavior change. Based on the limitations of current traditional health education on improving health level of the whole people, this paper explored more effective education methods, deeply discussed how to integrate health ethics into health education to achieve the purpose of effectively promoting individual health behaviors. At the same time, this paper systematically expounded how the theory of behavioral economics provides theoretical support for the rationality and feasibility of health ethics education to promote healthy behavior, further explained the internal psychological mechanism of health ethics education affecting people’s healthy behavior, and provided feasible solutions for how to integrate health ethics into the new model of health education in practical application. To sum up, the integration of health ethics into health education is conducive to disseminating health concepts, improving health literacy, as well as promoting health behaviors, and then promoting the effective implementation of individual health and Healthy China.
