ObjectiveTo observe the dynamic change of muscle tissue restoration after damaging at different observation time through acoustic radiation force impulse(ARFI).MethodsAccording to different observation time,16 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, including before injury,1 day after injury,7 day after injury,14 day after injury.A homemade gravity hammer was used to establish damage model of rabbit gastrocnemius, then applied ARFI to observe changes of virtual touch tissue quantification (VTQ) of gastrocnemius. All the rabbits were executed after measurement, then the pathological changes of muscle tissue were observed under microscope. Results The VTQ of damaged muscle group were significantly higher than that of nomal muscle group( P <0.01),and VTQ of 1 day,7day,14 day group after injuried had significant difference between two groups (P < 0.01).Through pathological examination, normal musule fibers were continual and there were not swelling and bleeding. One days after injury, muscle fibers were fractured, swollen, bleeding and congestive.7 days after injury, large areas of muscle cells were necrotic, and amounts of calcium salt depositsed.14 days after injury, lots of fiber cells proliferated, and the deposits of calcium obviously reduced. The results of ultrasound elastography were consistent with these of pathological.ConclusionsARFI can direct, noninvasively evaluate the changes of muscle tissue restoration after different time of injury, and provide objective basis for diagnosis and treatment.

Objective:To discuss the feasibility, safety and efficacy of kissing cover stents technique in the management of pseudoaneurysm near the bifurcation of innominate artery (the distance <1 cm). Methods:A retrospective study of 10 patients with pseudoaneurysm near the bifurcation of innominate artery were performed in the Affiliated Wuxi People’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from May 2013 to August 2018. There were 6 males and 4 females, aged from 25.0 to 77.0 years old, with a median age of 50.5 years old. All patients were treated with Viabahn stents combined with kissing stents. The adverse reactions were observed during the perioperative period, and the patients were followed up to evaluate the stents position and patency. Results:Among 10 patients, 2 were in the distal of innominate artery, 5 were in the bifurcation of innominate artery, 2 were in the root of right common carotid artery and 1 was in the origin of right subclavian artery. The distance from the injury site to the bifurcation of innominate artery was less than 5 mm in 4 cases and 8 mm in 1 case. All of them were successfully treated with Viabahn stents combined with kissing stents. Operation time ranged from 100.0 to 150.0 (122.0±14.9) min. The postoperative hospitalization time was (6.3±1.5) d, ranged from 4.0 to 9.0 d. During the operation, 8 mm×100 mm Viabahn stents were implanted in the right subclavian artery and 10 mm×100 mm Viabahn stents were implanted in the right common carotid artery. There were no severe adverse reactions during the perioperative period. Follow-up time ranged from 12 to 24 months. During the follow-up, color Doppler ultrasound and carotid CT angiography showed that the stents were in appropriate position, the blood flow was unobstructed, and there was no occlusion and displacement of stents. Viabahn stents remained at the level of proximal end of the innominate artery. Conclusion:Viabahn stents combined with kissing stents is a safe and effective treatment for pseudoaneurysm near the bifurcation of innominate artery.

Based on the reported IDO1 inhibitor U-3i,11 phenylsulfonamide derivatives were designed and syn-thesized by adopting bioisosterism and molecular docking technology. The inhibitory activities of the target compounds against IDO1 were determined by the HeLa cell-based kynurenine assay. The results demonstrated that most compounds showed different degrees of inhibitory effects on IDO1.Among them, compounds 3b and 3e displayed the most potent activity and could reverse IDO1-mediated immune suppression, which might be worth of further investigation.

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of Embosphere microsphere in the treatment of massive hemoptysis during bronchial arterial embolization(BAE).To analyze the factors influencing the recurrence by Cox regression model. Methods Ninety patients with massive hemoptysis who underwent BAE using Embosphere microsphere were included. The immediate hemo-stasis rate within 24 hours, clinical success rate and prognostic factors were statistically analyzed. Results The immediate hemosta-sis rate within 24 hours was 94.4%(85/90).The clinical success rate was 56.7%(51/90).Cumulative hemoptysis-free recurrence con-trol rates at 6 months,1 year and 2 years postoperative were 81%,78%and 57%,respectively.Cox regression model analysis showed that the variables associated with recurrence were long-term hemoptysis, lung cancer, tuberculosis and lung destruction. Conclusion Embosphere microsphere are safe and effective embolic particles in the treatment of massive hemoptysis during BAE.Risk factors for hemoptysis recurrence include long-term hemoptysis, lung cancer, tuberculosis and lung destruction.
