1.Study on acute inhalation toxicity of Luowei,a plant molluscacide

Objective To study the acute inhalation toxicity of 50% Luowei,a plant molluscacide,in rats. Methods Twenty adult Wistar rats,half male and half female,were given of 5000 mg/m3 of 50% Luowei through a dynamic inhalation de?vice and the death and recovery of the rats were observed within 14 days,and LC50 was drawn. Results After exposure,the ac?tivities of the rats decreased and a few individual animals had scratching symptom,but the symptom disappeared after the expo?sure. No animals died during the whole observation period. Therefore,the acute inhalation LC50 was greater than 5000 mg/m3 for rats,and Luowei belonged to low toxicity level. Conclusions 50% Luowei will not cause animal death if it is inhaled into ani?mal body. However,people still need to wear protective equipment in production and use.
2.Effect of Opiod Pretreatments on Etomidate Induced Myoclonus:A Meta-analysis

Objective To assess the effect of opiod pretreatment on etomidate induced myoclonus. Methods The pertinent literatures were searched by two independent investigators from the following electronic databases:PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMbase,VIP,WanFang Data,and CHKD. Then the meta?analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.2 and STATA 12.0 software. Results A total of 24 RCTs involving 2 396 pa?tients were included for the study. Pretreatment ofμorκ?receptor agonists reduced myoclonus with RR=0.19(95%CI 0.14 to 0.27)and RR=0.22 (95%CI 0.12 to 0.40),respectively. Conclusion Pretreatment of opiods can reduce the incidence of etomidate induced myoclonus.

恶性肿瘤居中国各类疾病死因之首,发病率与病死率呈逐年上升趋势。近几年来靶向治疗已广泛应用于临床,显示 出良好的抗肿瘤效果,新靶点的探索和鉴定在靶向药物研发过程中起着重要作用。E3泛素连接酶斑点型锌指结构蛋白(speckletype POZ protein,SPOP)作为治疗选择的潜在靶点,能特异性识别底物,使底物发生泛素化降解,广泛参与机体内多种生理、病理 过程。研究发现SPOP基因突变或表达水平改变,通过调控AR/ERG、Akt-mTORC1、Hedgehog/Gli2等多种信号通路影响恶性肿 瘤的发生发展,并与前列腺癌、肾癌、结直肠癌等多种恶性肿瘤细胞增殖及远处转移密切相关。目前,SPOP影响恶性肿瘤发生发 展的相关研究为靶向治疗恶性肿瘤奠定了基础,综述SPOP在恶性肿瘤的最新进展对抗肿瘤研究具有重要的意义。
5.Research progress on the virulence factors of Streptococcus hemolysin S

Streptolysin S (SLS),one of the important virulence factors of Streptococcus,exist in several kinds of human and animal pathogenic bacterial,including Streptococcus pyogenes,Strepstococcus iniae and Streptococcus anginosus.SLS is a peptide toxin encoded by nine consecutive genes (sagA-sagⅠ).The functions of SLS include contributing pathogenic bacterium to pass through epithelial barrier,causing tissue damage,resisting to phagocytic clearance of host immune cells and interacting with other virulence factors.In addition,SLS as a signaling molecule of cell quorum sensing is involved in regulating the expression with other virulence factors.This paper summarized the structures and the biological functions of SLS in Streptococcus infection.
6.A new phenolic amide glycoside from Cimicifuga dahurica.

A new phenolic amide glycoside, cimicifugamide A (1) along with four known compounds, trans-feruloyl tyramine 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), (+)-isolariciresinol 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), cimidahurine (4), and 24-epi-7, 8-didehydrocimigenol-3-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside (5) were isolated from the rhizomes of Cimicifuga dahurica. Compound 3 was identified as a lignan and has been obtained from Cimicifuga genus for the first time. The structure of compound 1 was elucidated by IR, UV, HR-MS and NMR spectroscopic methods.
7.Improving scientific quality and cultivating innovative medical talents

8.Digital anatomy of lumbar spinous process tilt angle of adults in northeast China:prodinding reference for pedicle screw insertion

BACKGROUND:Posterior lumbar fusion using pedicle screw-rod system fixation is the main surgical method for various lumbar diseases, and the accuracy of pedicle screw insertion is the key to success. Spinous processes are superficial in position, which serve as a anatomical landmark providing significant reference. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the anatomical classification of spinous process tilt of adult in northeast China, and to discussthe feasibility of it as the reference of anatomical landmark in pedicle screw fixation.METHODS: The tilt angle of spinous processes of 97 adults in northeast China was measured, and spinous processes of lumbar vertebrae were then classified. All subjects underwent simulative operation to determine the optimal insertion angle,measure the angle between pedicle screw and the spinous process, or standard sagittal plane for comparative analysis.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The results were as follows: the distribution of type I was 75.1%, and 20.9% of typeII, 2.3% of type III, 1.7% of type IV. Moreover, there were no significant differences in the angle between pedicle screwand the spinous process, or standard sagittal plane. (3) These findings suggest that lumbar spine angle varies in different individuals, which shouldbe defined through relative examinations. Additionally, spinous process can be a reference inpedicle screw inserting operation.
9.Local intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate delays articular cartilage degeneration after traumatic osteoarthritis

Abstract BACKGROUND: Sodium hyaluronate is an effective treatment for osteoarthritis, but the underlying mechanism remains unclear. There is evidence that abnormal expressions of matrix metaloproteinase (MMP)-1, -3 and -9 and tissue inhibitor of metaloproteinase (TIMP)-1 and -2 show great effects on osteoarthritis. OBJECTIVE: To assess the influence of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on expressions of MMPs-1, 3, 9 and tissue inhibitor of TIMPs-1, 2 in the rabbit cartilage after osteoarthritis. METHODS: Twenty-four mature New Zealand white rabbits were divided into normal control, model, and sodium hyaluronate groups. The model and sodium hyaluronate groups underwent unilateral anterior cruciate ligament transection, and rabbits in the sodium hyaluronate group received 0.3 mL of 1% sodium hyaluronate via intra-articular injection at 4 weeks after modeling, once a week for 5 weeks. At 11 weeks folowing surgery, the rabbits were kiled and the cartilage was harvested to extract total RNA. mRNA expressions of MMPs-1, 3, 9 and TIMPs-1, 2 in the cartilage were analyzed using real-time PCR for each group. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the model group, the range and extent of cartilage damage was reduced in the sodium hyaluronate group (P < 0.01), and Mankin scores were noticeably decreased (P < 0.05). In the cartilage, mRNA expressions of MMPs-1, 3, 9 were enhanced and mRNA expressions of TIMPs-1, 2 were down-regulated in the model group. However, the mRNA expression levels of MMPs-1, 3, 9 and TIMPs-1, 2 in the articular cartilage were not obviously changed in the sodium hyaluronate group. These results suggest that MMPs-1, 3, 9 and TIMPs-1, 2 are involved in the progression of osteoarthritis and the therapeutic mechanism of sodium hyaluronate is not realized through the down-regulation of their expressions during development of osteoarthritis. Sodium hyaluronate for treatment of osteoarthritis is a complex process and the underlying mechanisms require further investigation.
10.Epidemiological investigation of HPV infection of the females in Chongqing city

Objective To investigate the infection status of human papillomavirus (HPV) of females in Chongqing city ,in or‐der to provide scientific references for prevention of HPV infection and control of early cervical lesions .Methods The detection re‐sults of cervical cytology screening for 19 860 females in the University‐Town Hospital of Chongqing Medical University ,the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and a county‐level hospital in Chongqing from January 2012 to January 2015 were collected ,and the HPV typing data were analysed .Results Among the 19 860 females ,5 681 females were infected with HPV ,the infection rate was 28 .61% .Due to the presence of multiple infection ,the actual infection frequency of HPV subtypes in 5 681 females was 8 906 .The infection frequency of high‐risk subtypes ,including multiple infections ,was 6 166 (accounted for 69 .23% ) .According to the probability of infection ,the top eight rate of subtype infection was HPV 52 ,16 ,58 ,6 ,CP8304(81) ,33 , 53 and 18 .The positive rate of single HPV infection was 19 .38% ,the positive rate of multiple infection was 8 .74% ,in which doub‐le infection was the main infection model .The infection rate of females aged 20 years old or less(43 .89% ) was the highest ,while have the infection rate of females aged 36-50 years old was the lowest(27 .26% ) .Conclusion The HPV infection rate of females in Chongqing is high ,the most of females infected by high‐risk subtype HPV .It is necessary to lay emphasis on preventing HPV 52 , 16 ,58 ,33 ,18 infection for females in Chongqing city .
