A test was conducted to examine the effect of several electron donors such as glucose, sodium acetate, Fe0, Fe0+glucose and Fe0+sodium acetate on reductive dechlorination of 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) through inoculating the unacclimated anaerobic mixed bacteria. The optimum condition and sus-tainability of Fe0 as electron donor was also been discussed. The results showed that, Fe0+glucose enhanced the dechlorination of contaminant effectively compared to glucose. Sodium acetate, Fe0 and Fe0+sodium acetate were all effective electron donors and Fe0 was the optimum, the optimum initial pH was 8.0 and quantity of added Fe0 was 2.0 g/L. 4-CP was the mainly intermediate product for 2,4-DCP dechlorination. Fe0 could support the electron for reductive dechlorination of 2,4-DCP continuously. In contrast, when so-dium acetate as electron donor, the effect of dechlorination was inferior to Fe0 with the consumption of sodium acetate.

The degradation of nitrobenzene(NB) using a combination of Fe0 and anaerobic microorganism was studied. Nitrobenzene could be degraded effectively and the synergistic effect between Fe0 and anaerobic microorganism was apparent,and the nitrobenzene removal efficiency increased with the increasing of Fe0;the optimum pH was 5.0～6.0;as cometabolizing substrate,glucose could promote the degradation of nitrobenzene;In case of high concentration of Fe2+ and Fe3+,the anaerobic biodegradation activity of nitrobenzene were inhibited in a certain degree;0.5 mg/L Fe2+ and Fe3+ were the optimum to accelerate biodegradation rate of nitrobenzene; the degradation kinetics of nitrobenzene were followed by first-order reaction, reaction rate constant reduced along with the concentration of nitrobenzene increased.

Objective To investigate the developmental profiles on surface expression and colocalization of NMDA receptor and AMPA receptor on dendritic structures in cultured hippocampal neurons of rats. Methods Two vectors expressing green fluorescent protein tagged GluR1 subunit(GFP-GluR1) and FLAG tagged NR2B subunit(FLAG-NR2B) were co-transfected into cultured hippocampal neurons at 5 days in vitro(DIV5).Surface expressed GFP-GluR1 containing AMPA receptor clusters and FLAG-NR2B containing NMDA receptor clusters were then labeled in living neurons by using anti-GFP primary antibody followed by Alex488-conjugated secondary antibody,and anti-FLAG primary antibody followed by Cy3-conjugated secondary antibody.Furthermore,distribution of the surface clusters was observed on the detailed dendritic structures visualized with co-expression of cyan fluorescent protein tagged actin(CFP-Actin). Objective To synthesize Wye-125132,an inhibitor of mTOR,and to establish a synthetic route for industrial production.Methods Barbituric acid was used as the raw material to synthesize the intermediate 2, 4, 6-trichrolo-pyrimidine-5-carbaldehyde 2 via Vilsmeier-Haack and chlorination reaction, while intermediate 5 was prepared via 3-step reaction from 1,4-dioxaspiro-[4,5]decan-8-one.The condensation of 2 and 5 was followed by substitution reaction to obtain the key intermediate 7.The side chain 9 was prepared by 3-step reaction from bromine aniline.Then the title product 1 was obtained with the reaction of Suzuki cross-coupling of 7 and 9.The structures of intermediate and target compounds were confirmed by MS and 1 H-NMR.Results and Conclusion Compared with the method reported in the literature,this new synthesis method possesses some advantages, such as ready availablity of raw materials, simple operation, mild reaction conditions and easy disposal of products.The total yield is 13.2%,and the purity of the target compound is 99.77%.

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of overseas imported malaria reported in Chongqing City from 2011 to 2015,so as to provide the evidence for improving the imported malaria control strategies. Methods The epi-demiological data of overseas imported malaria cases were collected and analyzed descriptively for the species,original coun-tries,diagnosis and treatment in Chongqing City from 2011 to 2015. Results A total of 148 overseas imported malaria cases were reported in Chongqing City from 2011 to 2015,in which 96(65.54%)cases were falciparum malaria,and 37(24.32%) cases were vivax malaria;125(84.46%)cases were infected in Africa,and the rest of 23(15.54%)cases were infected in Southeast Asia. Most of the patients were 30 to 50 years old male workmen,and the ratio of male to female was 11.42:1. There was no obvious seasonal distribution among the reported timelines of the cases;however,there were two small peaks from June to August and from January to February. The median interval time of imported malaria cases from malaria onset to see a doctor was 1 day and from seeing the doctor to get malaria diagnosis was 2 days. The patients'first selected institutions were county medical institutions(50 cases,33.78%),then provincial medical institutions(36 cases,24.325%)and private doctors(20 cases,13.51%),and only 79(53.38%)patients got malaria diagnoses in their first selected institutions. The standard treatment were provided to 142(95.54%)cases. There were 43(29.05%)patients had serious complications and three patients were dead. Conclusion It is very important to enhance the multi-sector's collaboration to establish the collaborative investigation mechanism for screening malaria patients,and strengthen malaria health education for overseas workers and training courses in primary care medical institutions.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of clinical pharmacists participating in disease management of chronic heart failure(CHF). METHODS:A total of 180 CHF inpatients selected from cardiovascular medicine department of our hospital during Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2014 were divided into control group and pharmacist management group according to random number table,with 90 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment. The pharmacist management group additionally received indi-vidualized pharmaceutical care,such as pharmaceutical monitoring,psychological counseling,medication education and 6-month follow-up. The comprehensive self-care ability of the 2 groups were compared on admission and on discharge;re-hospitalization and mortality were compared between 2 groups within 6 months after discharged;the patients’NYHA classification,LVEF,plas-ma level of NT-proBNP and quality of life were compared between 2 groups on admission and 6 months after discharge. RE-SULTS:There was no statistical significance in the cognition of patients to disease,self-care ability,medication compliance score and total comprehensive self-care ability score between 2 groups on admission (P>0.05). Each score and total score of 2 groups were better on discharge than on admission,and the pharmacist management group was better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Within 6 months after discharge,re-hospitalization rate of pharmacist management group was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in mortality rate be-tween 2 groups (P>0.05). There was no statistical significance in NYHA classification,LVEF,plasma level of NT-proBNP be-tween 2 groups on admission(P>0.05). 6 months after discharge,the above 3 indexes of pharmacist management group as well as NYHA classification and plasma level of NT-proBNP of control group were improved significantly compared to on admission;NYHA classification,LVEF and plasma level of NT-proBNP of pharmacist management group were better than those of control group at corresponding period,with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in social limit,mood, symptom score and total score of life quality between 2 groups on admission(P>0.05). 6 months after discharge,each score and total score of 2 groups were all better than on admission,and the pharmacist management group was better than control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The participation of clinical pharmacists in the disease management of CHF can significantly improve comprehensive self-care ability,decrease re-hospitalization rate,ameliorate cardiac function and en-hance the quality of life.

A highly stable multilayer film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) containing polydopamine (PDA) and Cu microparticles was fabricated by layer-by-layer self-assembly technique. The fabrication process was based on the self-polymerization of dopamine and electroless deposition of Cu microparticles on PDA coating. The fabrication process of multilayer films was characterized by UV-Vis spectra. The electrochemical performance of GCE / (PDA/ Cu) n modified electrode for glucose detection was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and amperometric current-time curve under alkaline conditions. At detection potential of 0. 35 V, the GCE / ( PDA/ Cu) 4 modified electrode presented a linear range of 0. 5 - 9. 0 mmol/ L with a detection limit of 5. 8 μmol/ L (S / N=3). Moreover, the sensitivity of the modified electrode was tunable by controlling the number of bilayers of the multilayer films. The modified electrode showed highly selective, stable and fast amperometric sensing of glucose. It was applied to determine glucose in human blood serum with satisfactory results.

Objective To investigate the reproductive outcome after high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU ) ablation for pa-tients with adenomyosis who have fertility requirements .Methods From October 2010 to June 2013 ,38 patients with adenomyosis who have fertility requirements treated by HIFU in our hospital were analyzed .Results In 38 cases ,the menorrhagia severity score ,the dysmenorrhea pain score and adenomyosis lesions after HIFU ablation were significantly different from the levels before HIFU treatment(P<0 .05) .Successful pregnancy occurred in 15 patients ,full-term birth was seen in 7 patients(three of Cesarean section ,four of vaginal delivery);the remaining patients accept routine prenatal examination .All pregnant patients showed no ab-normality .Conclusion Although large sample size study with long-term follow up is need ,based on our results ,HIFU ablation for patients with adenomyosis might improve the pregnancy rate safely .

Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is the leading cause of chronic liver diseases worldwide.There is no vaccine to prevent HCV infection.Current standard of care (SOC) for hepatitis C is pegylated interferon-α (pegIFN-α) in combination with ribavirin (RBV).However,the efficacy of pegIFN-α and RBV combination therapy is less than 50％ for genotype 1 HCV,which is the dominant virus in human.Additionally,IFN and RBV are highly toxic,causing severe side effects.Therefore,it is urgent to develop safer and more efficacious anti-HCV drugs.Over the last decade,a number of HCV-specific inhibitors have been discovered with many of them reached to late stages of clinical trials.Recently,2 HCV NS3 protease inhibitors,telaprevir and boceprevir,have been approved by the Unite States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).This opens up a new era for anti-HCV therapy.Several new classes of antiviral drugs targeting HCV NS3 protease,NS5A and NSSB RNA-dependence RNA polymerase (RdRp) are currently at various stages of preclinical and clinical studies.Upon approval of more NS3 protease,NS5A and NS5B polymerase inhibitors,future clinical studies will lead to optimal combination therapies which will have desirable parameters such as IFN-free,higher efficacy,safe,one daily dose and short duration.
