Using the tissue culture technology to achieve the fast propagation of P.ternata and through the photosynthetic characters and yield comparison,two high-yield indivaduals were obtained. The result showed that the coefficent of propagation can get to 1∶6.23 per generation, through 3 month culture the average diameter of the in vitro tuber can get 0.88 cm. P.ternata was a typical shade-plant, of which LCP was only 700?mol?photons/s?m2. Photo-inhibition was observed among all the three leaf-types of P.ternata, and the willow leaf type showed the most obvious photo-inhibition. Both of the light response Pn curve and single tuber weight were significant different among leaf styles. Result for studying the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters showed that all the difference of NPQ, qP and qN among three leaf-types of P.ternata were significant and the difference of potential-photosynthetic productivity among them was significant. The willow leaf style had the strongest light-tolerance capacity.The individuals of T2(peach-leaf type) had the highest Pn and single tuber weight among 11 superior individuals and the individuals of L2(willow-leaf type) showed the strongest light-tolerance capacity. Through 6 month propagation ten thousands in virto tuber of T2 and L2 each were gotten. And after growing in Wenzhou experimental base for one year, the total gross weight of the high-yield individual tuber get to 100kg each.

[Summary] To investigate the effect of gliclazide on the proliferation and differentiation in MC3T3-E1 cells exposed to normal glucose concentration by applying CCK-8 and RT-PCR. Gliclazide improved the proliferation and stimulated COL-I, OPN and Runx2 mRNA expression in MC3T3-E1 cells, the best concentration of gliclazide was 20μmol/ L, the expression of COL-1 and OPN mRNA had a significant positive correlation with Runx2 binding activity.

After MC3T3-E1 cells were treated with 1,10,and 20 μmol/L glibenclamide for 48 h,the proliferation rate of cells was detected by CCK-8 assay.Flow cytometry was used to test cell apoptosis.The mRNA expressions of collagen I (COL-1) and osteopontin (OPN) were tested by realtime fluorescence quantitative PCR.Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of apoptosis-related proteins Bax and Bcl-2.The results showed that compared with the control group,the proliferation rate of MC3T3-E1 cells was gradually increased (P＜0.05),the apoptosis rate decreased (P ＜ 0.05),the expressions of COL-1 mRNA,OPN mRNA,and Bcl-2 protein were progressively raised (P＜0.05),and the expression of Bax protein were gradually decreased (P＜0.05) along with increasing concentration of glyburide.It suggested that glibenclamide could promote the proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells in high glucose and may inhibit apoptosis in a concentration-dependent manner within a certain range.

Objective To evaluate the effects of malignant ascites on the morphological characteristics and the proliferation and migration abilities of the tumor cell and ovarian cancer cell lines(SKOV3)in the ovarian cancerous ascites.Methods Tumor cells extracted from the ovarian cancerous ascites were cultured in vitro with DMEM high glucose culture medium,and ovarian cancer cell lines( SKOV3) were cultured in DMEM high glucose and DMEM high glucose with different proportion of malignant ascites.The morphological characteristics of the cells were observed by optical microscope and electron microscope respectively.Cell proliferation ability was de-tected by CCK kit;The effect of SKOV3 on the migration of ovarian cancer cell lines was measured by scratch test.Results The morphological characteristics of tumor cells and ovarian cancer cell lines( SKOV3) in ovarian cancer ascites were significantly different.The proliferation ability of tumor cells was decreased without the asci-tes.The proliferation and migration abilities of SKOV3 cultured in mixed culture medium were significantly im-proved compared with the cells cultured in high glucose medium.Conclusion The change of tumor cell morphol-ogy in ascites benefits its abilities of proliferation and migration.The malignant ascites promote the abilities of pro-liferation and migration of ovarian cancer cell line(SKOV3).

Objective To investigate the changes in prevalence of nutritional risk and undemutrition in patients with head and neck cancer during radiotherapy.Methods In this longitudinal observational study,a convenience sampling method was used to recruit patients with head and neck cancer who were receiving radiotherapy in Beijing Cancer Hospital.Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) was applied to assess the prevalence of nutritional risk in the patients,and Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA) and body composition test to determine the prevalence of malnutrition (undernutrition) before,during and after radiotherapy.Results 56 patients finished the three follow-up exams.Along with the progress of radiotherapy,the scores of NRS 2002 increased gradually (1.64±1.09 vs.2.30 ±1.06 vs.3.14 ±1.07,x2 =46.639,P＜0.001),and the prevalence of nutritional risk also increased gradually (21.43％ vs.37.50％ vs.71.43％,x2 =29.700,P ＜0.001);the total scores of PG-SGA [1 (1-13) vs.6 (1-15) vs.12 (1-18),x2 =63.206,P＜0.001] and dimensions of weight [0 (0-4) vs.1 (0-4) vs.3 (0-6),x2 =40.798,P＜0.001],intake [0 (0-2) vs.1 (0-2) vs.2 (0-4),x2=64.707,P＜0.001] and symptoms [0 (0-7) vs.2 (0-10) vs.6 (0-11),x2 =61.562,P ＜ 0.001] all increased gradually with statistical significance.The prevalence of malnutrition in different stage of radiotherapy were significantly different (x2 =64.999,P ＜ 0.001).The body composition analysis in 40 patients showed that all the indicators of body composition decreased significantly along with the progress of radiotherapy.There was a great loss in patients' body weight during radiotherapy,especially the fat-free mass.Conclusions The prevalence of nutritional risk and undernutrition may increase in patients with head and neck cancer during radiotherapy.Lean body mass accounted for most of the weight loss.We should pay more attention to those patients' nutritional status during radiotherapy.

Objective: To study changes of serum levels of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) in patients with essential hypertension (EH) and their significance. Methods: A total of 59 EH patients were selected, including 20 cases with EH stage 1 (EH stage 1 group), 19 cases with EH stage 2 (EH stage 2 group) and 20 cases with EH stage 3 (EH stage 3 group). Another 30 healthy subjects were regard as normal control group. Double antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent sandwich assay was used to measure concentrations of HGF and sICAM-1 in all groups, and then the results were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared with normal control group, there were significant increase in serum levels of HGF [(641.65±142.90) pg/ml vs. (998.15±241.38) pg/ml] and sICAM-1 [(161.70±32.36) ng/ml vs. (327.17±31.28) ng/ml] in EH patients (P<0.01 both), and it’s more significant as blood pressure increased (P<0.01). HGF concentration was positively correlated with sICAM-1 concentration (r=0.317, P<0.01). Conclusion: HGF and sICAM-1 may participate in pathogenesis of hypertension, indicating that HGF plays an important role in restore of impaired endothelial cells in hypertension.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the D-dimer level and the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD).Methods The changes of D-dimer levels in 156 patients (AECOPD group) before and after treatment were measured and compared with the D-dimer levels of 156 healthy subjects(control group).Results The concentration of plasma D-dimer in the AECOPD group was (1.35 ± 1.46) mg/L,which was significantly higher than (0.25 ± 0.16)mg/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t =9.354,P ＜0.05).The level of plasma D-dimer in the AECOPD group was (0.69 ± 0.87)mg/L,and compared with (1.35 ± 1.46)mg/L before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t =4.850,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion D-dimer level is correlated to the condition of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,it can be used as one of the indicators to diagnose whether a patient is in hypercoagnlable state or suffers thrombotic diseases.
