Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(12):67-69,76
A blended readers training model which combines online training (micro-lecture, online class, etc) with traditional training ( face to face teaching plus computer training) was proposed according to the theories in re-lation with blended learning, and scientific strategies for interaction of readers were established, which include the 5 dimensions ( demand, object, content, resource and evaluation) in order to integrate online learning resources and traditional offline training, optimize the allocation of training resources, and improve the training efficiency.

The β-Glucuronidase gene (sbGUS) cDNA firstly from Scutellari abaicalensis leaf was cloned by RT-PCR, with GenBank accession number KR364726. The full length cDNA of sbGUS was 1 584 bp with an open reading frame (ORF), encoding an unstable protein with 527 amino acids. The bioinformatic analysis showed that the sbGUS encoding protein had isoelectric point (pI) of 5.55 and a calculated molecular weight about 58.724 8 kDa, with a transmembrane regions and signal peptide, had conserved domains of glycoside hydrolase super family and unintegrated trans-glycosidase catalytic structure. In the secondary structure, the percentage of alpha helix, extended strand, β-extended and random coil were 25.62%, 28.84%, 13.28% and 32.26%, respectively. The homologous analysis indicated the nucleotide sequence 98.93% similarity and the amino acid sequence 98.29% similarity with S. baicalensis (BAA97804.1), in the nine positions were different. The expression level of sGUS was the highest in root based on a real-time PCR analysis, followed by flower and stem, and the lowest was in stem. The results provide a foundation for exploring the molecular function of sbGUS involved in baicalcin biosynthesis based on synthetic biology approach in S. baicalensis plants.

3. Research progress on Chinese materia medica gel plaster and its application in product development
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2018;49(21):5197-5204
As an important part of transdermal drug delivery system, gel plaster of Chinese materia medica (CMM) has inherited the traditional theory of traditional Chinese medicine and developed rapidly in recent years in combination with the new technology and technology of modern preparations. Compared with the traditional black paste and rubber paste, the gel plaster of CMM, which uses water-soluble polymer as the matrix, has the advantages of good moisturizing performance, good compatibility with the skin, and repeated patching. It has been paid more and more attention by researchers. At the same time, the gel plaster of CMM also faces many problems, such as unreasonable matrix ratio, simple preparation process, and imperfect quality evaluation system. This article reviews the development status, matrix composition, and preparation technology of gel plaster of CMM in recent years, and provides reference for the further study of gel plaster of CMM.
4. The application status of adjuvant drugs in our country and the management countermeasures study
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2016;51(8):678-682
OBJECTIVE: To know the current application status of the adjuvant drugs in our country, and preliminary explore the management measures of adjuvant drugs. METHODS: Through searching, reading, and summarizing the relevant content and literature, the application status of adjuvant drugs in China and the global demand for rationalization of drug use were reviewed. A few questionnaires that associated with adjuvant drugs were designed by Delphi method to investigate the medicine experts nationwide and to explore the management countermeasures of adjuvant drugs. RESULTS: The survey showed that 98% of medical institutions existing adjuvant drugs use of unreasonable/no specification. The medicine experts believe that there are unreasonable usages such as traditional Chinese medicine injections, cancer drugs except for chemotherapy drugs, etc. The unified management of adjuvant drugs application should determined by the state. CONCLUSION: The excessive use of adjuvant drugs ubiquitous in our country. Key monitoring varieties directory of adjuvant drugs and the limit to the drugs' use indicators to evaluate the rationality of drug use should be set. And there can be a special review team to review the use of adjuvant at regular intervals in order to standardize the clinical application of adjuvant drugs.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;0(S1):-
Objective To observe the influence of Suifukang (SFK) on hemorheological change of rats induced spinal cord injury. Method Through half-transection spinal cord injury, the effects of SFK on hemorheological changes of 50 SD rats were observed. Results After injury, the hemorheological property was changed from lower coagulability to higher coagulability. After administrated with SFK, the hemorheological property was changed from higher coagulability to lower coagulability. Conclusion SFK could effectively reverse the abnormal hemorheological status into normal one.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Objective To determine the content of gallic acid and evaluate the quality of Galla chinensis of different habitats in Guizhou Province. Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of Gallic acid on Alltima C18 column (4.6 mm?250 mm, 5 ?m) with the mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (15∶85∶0.085). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wave length was 270 nm. Results The contents of Gallic acid in Galla chinensis of 10 different habitats in Guizhou Province were 51.43%~ 60.25%. Conclusion The quality of Galla Chinensis in different habitats in Guizhou Province are up to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and the individual varibility is significant.

AIM: To establish HPLC fingerprint to make the difference between pre-and post processed Radix et Rhizoma Gentiana rigescen with wine-fried method. METHODS: Chromatographic fingerprint between pre-and post processed Radix et Rhizoma Gentiana rigescen with wine-fried was investigated by RP-HPLC and the gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid was applied to chromatographic separation(Alltima C_18(4.6 mm ?250 mm,5 ?m) column) for 65 min,and detection wavelength of 225 nm.Data were analysed by fingerprint similarity evaluation software to compare the similarity among the samples. RESULTS: The similitude degree of the10 batches of pre-and post processed Radix et Rhizoma Gentiana rigescen with wine-fried method were between 0.935-0.997 and 0.964-0.999,respectively.Comparing with the common processing of the HPLC fingerprint of Radix et Rhizoma Gentiana rigescen, the similarity of Radix et Rhizoma Gentiana rigescen processed with wine-fried was greater than 0.900. CONCLUSION: There have no significant deviation between semipolarity components of the pre-and post processed Radix et Rhizoma Gentiana rigescen with wine-fried method. The proportion of the main relative peak area has changed.

Objective To investigate the correlation and significance of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) an d gastric cancer-associated antigen MG7(MG7-Ag) in gastric carcinoma and non- cancerous tissues. Methods Avidin-biotin peroxidase complex immunohistochemical method was adopted to exam ine the expression of COX-2 and MG7-Ag in the gastric mucosa of 100 patients w ith gastric carcinoma. The Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection in gastr ic carcinoma was determined by blue amino toluene stain and modified Giemsa stai n. Results The positive rates of COX-2 and MG7-Ag in gastric carcinoma were 88.0% and 92. 0% respectively. From chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia to dysplasia, the expression of COX-2 and MG7-Ag showed a n ascending tendency. Both COX-2 and MG7-Ag were expressed at higher level in cases with lymph nodes or distal organs metastasis than those without (P
