The article analyses the feasibility and necessary of hospital network establishment. Combined with the requirements and characteristics in hospital, the design strategies of network station is proposed along with the Topol. At last, this paper designs the safety plan from both software and hardware.

This study was aimed to find the correlation between amino acid compositions and Cold-Heat Nature of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in order to provide basis for the research of TCM natural theory. A total of 17 kinds of amino acid were determined by application before column derivatization reaction and high-perfor-mance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the tryptophan was determined by UV method. The data were collected for analysis by Fisher method in PAST software. The best statistical identification model was determined. And the Cold-Hot medicine property markers (CHMP-markers) were determined. The results showed that the discriminant function established by Fisher method based on 18 kinds of amino acid contents has good identification ability, and the accuracy of the Fisher discriminant analysis is 82%. Support vector machine (SVM) is the best statistical identification model . The cold and heat markers were analyzed by SVM . The cold nature material bases in-clude Glu, Gly, Arg, Thr, Ala, Tyr, Val, Ile and lys. And the heat nature material bases contain Asp, Ser, His, Pro, Met, Cys, Leu, Phe and Trp. It was concluded that there is relationship between 18 kinds of amino acid contents and the Cold-Heat nature of TCM .

Objective To investigate the relationship between the average amplitude of swallowing-related muscles during pharyngeal swallowing and age and swallow model of healthy adults in different age groups.Methods A total of 200 healthy adults were recruited and divided into 4 age groups:group A (18 ～ 30 years old,n =59),group B (30～50 years old,n=50),group C (50 ～70 years old,n=49) and group D (70 years old,n=40).Surface electromyography was used to acquired the average amplitude of electrical activity of the muscles during three swallow models:resting state,voluntary single swallows of saliva (dry swallowing),voluntary single swallows of 5 ml water at once(wet swallowing)and voluntary single swallows 20 ml water at once.The mean value of the average amplitude of normal adults of different ages were calculated and analyzed.Results ①Intergroup comparison showed no difference in the average amplitude of submental muscles and infrahyoid muscles among the 4 age groups (P ＞ 0.05) in all the three swallowing models ;②Intra-group comparison showed that,there were no statistical differences in the average amplitude of submental muscles among the three swallow models between groups A and B (P ＞ 0.05).In group C,there were no statistical differences between dry swallowing and wet swallowing of 5 ml of water in terms of the average amplitude of submental muscles and infrahyoid muscles during dry swallowing.(P ＞ 0.05),however,but there existed statistical differences in terms of the average amplitude of submental muscles and infrahyoid muscles,when comparing dry swallowing with voluntary single swallowing 20 ml water at once(P ＜ 0.05).The average amplitude of submental muscles and infrahyoid muscles during swallowing of 20 ml water were significantly higher than that during wet swallowing(P ＜0.05).In group D,there was no difference between drying swallow and wet swallowing(P ＞ 0.05)in terms of the mean sEMG amplitude of the muscles,but all lower than swallowing 20 ml of water,with a statistically significant differences(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The sEMG amplitude in swallowing-related muscles during pharyngeal swallowing is not related to age,but swallowing models.

Objective The purpose of the study was to characterize the X-ray and CT findings of ameloblastomas of the jaw.Meth-ods X-ray (n=9)and CT (n=20)findings of 20 patients with pathologically proven ameloblastomas of the jaw were obtained.Image features included location,size,shape,density of the lesion,and changes of adjacent bone were assessed.Results 1 9 cases were located in the mandible,including 10 cases in the molar-ramus region,four cases in the whole half of the mandible body,two cases in the whole half of the mandible body and the opposide mantum,one case in the whole mandible body,two cases in the anterior teeth region and mantum.One case was located in the molar region of the maxilla.Three cases were uniocular and 17 cases were multiocular in shape.All lesions caused expansile changes in the adjacent bone,including expanding towards the lip and bucca(n=15),the lingua(n=3),and expanding uniformly(n=2).The interruptions of the surrounding bone cortex were demonstrated in 1 9 cases.Conclusion There are some characteristic imaging find-ings for ameloblastomas of the jaw.Correct preoperation dignosis can be made on the basis of imaging findings.

Objective To explore the molecular mechanisms of primary amenorrhea by using arrayCGH technology. Methods Ten patients with primary amenorrhea and 10 female volunteers with regular menstrual cycles as healthy controls were selected. All patients and control samples were analyzed by conventional chromosome analysis (G-banding technology) and array-CGH technology, respectively. ArrayCGH was performed using Affymetrix Cytogenetic 2. 7M arrays following the manufacturer's standard protocol. Results Both the patient group and control group analyzed by conventional G-banding karyotype technology showed a negative result with a normal female karyotype: 46, XX. The result of array-CGH analysis demonstrated a microdeletion of approximately 110 000 bp located at the end of the short arm of X chromosome [46, X, del (X) (p22. 33 )] were identified in 5 patients, which was not detected in the control group. All healthy control samples by array-CGH analysis showed no pathological DNA copy number variation. Conclusions Array-CGH technology can improve the diagnosis rate of chromosomal disease at the DNA level. It is necessary to provide array-CGH for higher resolution genetic analysis of idiopathic primary amenorrhea patient who can not be identified by conventional technology.

This paper is to build a finite element model of brain with a real brain shapeon which simulation studies of electrical impedance tomography EIT in the brain is based. A curve of a real brain shape is simulated with the curve-fitting methods and EIT in the brain is finished with finite-element methods and Equipotential Lines Back-Projection algorithm.The locationarea and amplitude of the change of the resistivity are reconstructed accurately. But the image quality has to be further improved.This paper provides a basis for clinical applications of EIT in brain.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC characteristic chromatogram of pheretima,and compare the differences of the main ingredient contents of Guangdong pheretima and Shanghai pheretima and the chromatogram differences among pheretima and 3 other animal drugs. METHODS:Pheretima HPLC characteristic chromatogram method was adopted to determine the characteris-tic chromatograms of 16 Guangdong pheretima,8 Shanghai pheretima,3 eupolyphaga,3 hirudo and 3 catharsius. Similarity evalua-tion and t test were used to analyze the differences of chromatogram data of 5 animal drugs. RESULTS:The established HPLC char-acteristic chromatogram method firstly identified 11 common characteristic peaks,including 6 nucleosides,4 nucleobase and 1 ami-no acid;and it could be used for the identification of pheretima from eupolyphaga,hirudo and catharsius;the differences of main ingredient contents in the characteristic chromatogram of Guangdong pheretima and Shanghai pheretima were firstly studied. The contents of xanthine and adenosine in Guangdong pheretima were higher than Shanghai pheretima,while the contents of uridine, guanosine and 2′-deoxy guanosine in Shanghai pheretima were higher than Guangdong pheretima. A new index S,calculated by these 5 constituents,was successfully applied to distinguish the 2 kinds of pheretima. CONCLUSIONS:The characteristic chro-matogram can be used for the identification of pheretima,and can provide reference for the pharmacodynamic differences study of Guangdong pheretima and Shanghai pheretima.

Objective To report the surgical methods and results of pure laparoscopic radical cystectomy with orthotopic U-shape ileal neobladder.Methods From August 2010 to April 2014,19 patients with locally advanced bladder cancer (cT2-3 N0-2 M0) underwent pure laparoscopic radical cystectomy and Endo-GIA assisted orthotopic U-shape ileal neobladder reconstruction.Perioperative and follow-up data were collected.Results The surgeries were successful in all 19 cases with the operating time ranging from 261 to 380 min,blood loss of 100 to 350 ml.Postoperative hospital stay was 21±4 (15-26) days,postoperative intestinal function recovery time at 1.9±0.4 (1.5-2.3) days.Surgical margins were all negative.Lymph node positive rate was 32％ (6/19).Complications were including 1 case of lymphatic leakage; 3 cases of new bladder and urethra anastomotic fistula.There were 17 cases of urinary incontinence,all these cases were improved after 3 months,but there were still 8 cases of night-time incontinence.Three cases had unilateral ureteral reflux,ureter mild hydrocephalus,1 of the cases had recurrent infections within 1 month after surgery.After the anti-inflammatory and catheterization treatment,the symptoms were improved.Two cases had unilateral ureteral anastomotic stricture,one underwent percutaneous nephrostomy and cystoscope-assisted double J tube placement,another underwent laparoscopic ureteral neobladder reimplantation.One case had bilateral ureteral stenosis due to recurrent infections,and underwent bilateral laparoscopic ureteral-new bladder reimplantation.Patients were followed up for 8-42 months,no recurrence or distant metastasis was found.Conclusion Pure laparoscopic radical cystectomy with endo-GIA assisted orthotopic U-shape ileal neobladder can reduce surgical trauma and help patient's postoperative recovery.

Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin and Snail proteins in rectal cancer and their significance. Methods The expression of Snail and E-cadherin proteins was detected using immunohistochemical SABC method in 101 cases of rectal cancer tissues. Results The positive rate of Snail in rectal cancer was 78.2% (79/101). The negative expression rate of E-cadherin in rectal cancer was 62.4% (63/101). The expression of Snail and E-cadherin were significantly related with the lymph node metastasis and Dukes' stage of rectal cancer (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of Snail and the decreased expression of E-cadherin might be important biological markers for malignant transformation, invasion and metastasis of rectal carcinoma.

Breast cancer is one of the major causes of death in women,and its incidence has been increasing year after year.The Rho GTPases,their regulatory proteins and Rho GTPases play an important role in promoting the occurrence and distant metastasis of breast cancer.Here we summarized the current knowledge of the regulation network of Rho GTPases,their regulatory proteins and Rho GTPases on the occurrence and development of breast cancer,and targeted therapy for RHO GTP enzyme pathway in breast cancer.
