Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2010;26(8):561-564
To probe into problems in the existing essential medicine system in China and the necessity of legislature in this regard, and propose to build a legal framework for such a system. The author holds that the administrative regulations formulated by the State Council can ensure the promotion and implementation of the essential medicine system effectively.
2.Relationship between malunion of distal radius fracture and functional recovery
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(06):-
Malunion is one of common complications after distal radius fractures. It is indicated that malunion plays an important role in fracture recovery in many studies. This article sums up the research data, from aspects of both biomechanical analysis and follows-up of clinical cases,of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years, and reviews the influences of malunion on wrist joint functional outcome.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(01):-
Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of acteoside in Conghuang Bushen Capsule. Methods The HPLC method was employed with a column of Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm? 250 mm,5 ? m) and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-1 % HOAc(13 ∶ 9 ∶ 78),the detection wavelength being at 334 nm,flow rate being 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature being at 40 ℃ . Results The linear range was 0.108 5 ? g ~ 0.650 7 ? g,r=0.999; 1.The average recovery of acteoside and RSD were 98.42 % and 1.89 %,respectively. Conclusion The present method is simple, rapid and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Conghuang Bushen Capsule.

Recent Advances in Ophthalmology 2017;37(4):362-364
Objective To explore the difference of ocular biological measurements between type 1 and type 2 diabetic patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 66 type 2 diabetic patients (67 eyes) with PDR (aged 37-77 years old),10 type 1 diabetic patients (19 eyes) with PDR (aged 18-57 years old) and 35 idiopathic macular hole patients (35 eyes, aged 21-74 years old) from September,2014 to July,2016 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and the differences of axial length, corneal endothelial cell and age among three groups were compared. Results The average axial length of type 1 diabetic patients with PDR was (21.74 ± 0.68) mm,type 2 diabetic patients with PDR was (23.06 ± 0.65) mm,idiopathic macular hole patients was (23.39 ± 0.65) mm,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.001).There was no statistical difference in average corneal endothelial cells number among three groups (P =0.103),but there was statistical difference in the age (P < 0.001).Conclusion The axial length in patients with type 2 and type 1 diabetic patients with PDR are less than the normal, while type 1 diabetic patient is shorter than type 2 diabetic patient, and the onset time of type 1 diabetic patients with PDR is earlier than that of type 2 diabetic patients with PDR.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(9):953-955
"Conducting yang from yin, and conducting yin from yang" is the essential principle of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of diseases, originated from Neijing (Internal Classic). In clinical, yin and yang are not just limited as the natures of meridians and zangfu organs, but also refer to the locations of acupoints, such as the upper and the lower, the left and the right, the anterior and the posterior, the exterior and the interior. Besides, they include the time of acupuncture, such as four seasons and midnight-midday ebb flow, and the manipulation of acupuncture, etc. The ultimate goal of acupuncture is to regulate yin and yang.

7.Role of silent information regulator 1 in development and progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2018;34(3):649-652
Silent information regulator 1(SIRT1),a member of the Sirtuin family,is a deacetylase depending on nicotinamide adenine di-nucleotide and is mainly involved in energy metabolism, cell survival, aging, and apoptosis. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a chronic liver disease closely related to insulin resistance, oxidative stress, and lipid peroxidation. This article elaborates on the association of SIRT1 with energy metabolism, oxidative stress, lipid peroxidation, and endoplasmic reticulum stress and points out that SIRT1 is closely as-sociated with the development and progression of NAFLD.

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2015;(12):1922-1925
Objective To explore the relationship between TSLC-1 protein expression and the progression and carcinogenesis of human papillary thyroid carcinogenesis. Methods Expressions of TSLC-1 protein in 20 pieces of benign thyroid lesions and 40 pieces of papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of TSLC-1 in papillary thyroid carcinoma (9/40) was lower than that in benign thyroid lesions (22.50% versus 90.00%, P < 0.05). Expression of TSLC-1 was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis and TNM in papillary thyroid carcinoma (P < 0.05). Conclusions Expression of TSLC-1 is closely related with carcinogenesis , lymph node metastasis , and clinical stage in papillary thyroid carcinoma.

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(12):1192-1194
ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture plus fumigating eyes with cool Chinese medicinal fog in treating severe dry eye syndrome (DES).MethodTwenty-six outpatients with moderate-severe DES patients were classified into 11 cases of heat damaging yin type (20 eyes) and 15 cases of phlegm-stagnation type (23 eyes), to simultaneously receive acupuncture and fumigating eyes with cool Chinese medicinal fog. Tear break-up time (BUT), tear production (SchirmerⅠtest, SIT), and subjective symptoms score were observed and analyzed before treatment, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after treatment.ResultThe SIT, BUT, and subjective symptoms score 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after treatment were superior to that before treatment (P<0.01); The SIT, BUT, and subjective symptoms score 6 months after treatment were lower than that of 3 months after treatment (P<0.05) but still significantly different from that before treatment (P<0.05).ConclusionAcupuncture plus fumigating eyes with cool Chinese medicinal fog can improve the symptoms and signs of DES, though the therapeutic efficacy decreases during the long-term follow-up study.

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2008;26(7):420-424
Objective To confirm that astrocytes from cerebral cortex of newborn rat can be the target cells of Hantaan virus (HTNV)and Seoul virus (SEOV)infection and to observe changes of astrocytes after different infection time. Methods Astrocytes were prepared from cerebral cortex of newborn rat, and then infected with HTNV and SEOV. The established virus infections were confirmed by detection of virus nucleocapsid protein (NP) and S segment RNA in astrocytes using double-label immunofluoreseence, Western-blot and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results The astrocytes from cerebral cortex of newborn rat were cultured successfully in vitro, which could be infected by HTNV and SEOV. The number of infected astrocytes and the virus titer in the infected astrocytes kept on increasing along with the extended infection duration. Conclusions Astrocytes from cerebral cortex of newborn rat are the target cells for HTNV and SEOV infection. Then establishment of in vitro cultured astrocytes model for Hantaviruses infection will be helpful for the study on the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.
