OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the application of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period in hospital.METHODS Totally 2 055 cases under operation were investigated prospectively from Jun to Dec in 2005.RESULTS The rate of antibiotics usage was 99.95% among the 2 055 cases. The usage of antibiotics in aseptic wound was 99.92%,and in aseptic-contaminative and contaminative wound was all 100%;72.47% of the patients received single antibiotic treatment,25.84% and 1.12% received 2 to 3 kinds of antibiotics combined therapy respectively. The mean time of the usage of antibiotics during perioperative period was 8.16 days, and that for aseptic,aseptic-contaminative and contaminative wound was 8.1,8.2,and 8.2 days,respectively.29.65% Patients were given antibiotics in 0.5-2 hours before operation,68% were given after operation. The duration of antibiotics therapy less than 48 hours was only 3.45%.The rate of wound infection was 0.75% in patients. The rate of wound infection of aseptic,aseptic-contaminative and contaminative operations was 0.29%,1.33% and 3.42%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS Application of prophylactic antibiotics during perioperative period in hospital is not reasonable. The problem is improper time that given antibiotics, improper kind of antibiotics selected and too long duration of the antibiotics therapy. It is necessary that the antibiotics administration should be standardized.

World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(7):1608-1613
This article was aimed to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture and flunarizine for migraine treatment. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) in migraine treatment by acupuncture andflunarizine were searched in the Pubmed, Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP, and W anfang database. The quality of inclusion criteria were assessedaccording to the CochraneCollaboration's recommended methodand the effective data was extracted. Then, the RevMan5.2 software was used in thesummary and analysis of the effective literatures. The results showed thatthe total sample size was893 cases, with 10 studies according to the inclusion criteria. Meta-analysis showed that the short-term efficacy of the treatment group was higher than the control group [RR = 1.27, 95%CI (1.11, 1.45), P<0.000 4];the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was higher than the control group [RR = 1.76, 95%CI (1.05, 2.94), P=0.03]; headache degree of improvement was better than thecontrol group [MD = -2.00, 95%CI (-3.01, -0.99), P=0.000 1]. It was concluded that acupuncture was more effective than flunarizinein migraine treatment. However, the whole study sample size was relatively small, thequality assessment was not high, and the funnel plot analysis was left-right asymmetry, which indicated the presence of publication bias. It was concluded that more high-quality clinical cases should be confirmed in the future.

Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
The effects of solid-state fermentation (SSF) and submerged fermentation (SmF) and the addition of olive oil on the whole-cell lipase production by Rhizopus chinensis CCTCC M201021 were investigated.Compared with SSF, higher biomass, hydrolytic activity and synthetic activity were observed in SmF.By the addition of olive oil, the synthetic activity of whole-cell lipase in both fermentations was enhanced significantly, especially in SmF, while the biomass and the hydrolytic activity were also increased.Hence, olive oil serves as both carbon source and the inducer of lipases in fermentation. It was also found that the synthetic activity of whole-cell lipase was not accordant to the hydrolytic activity during both SmF and SSF, suggesting that isoenzymes with difference in lipase properties may be produced by Rhizopus chinensis.
4.Intracoronary stenting for senile patients with acute myocardial infarction
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(9):557-557
ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of intracoronary stenting for senile patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods42 senile patients with AMI underwent intracoronary stenting were analysed. Before and after stenting, the changes of the patients' blood pressures, heart rates and cardiac functions tested by ultrasonography were observed.Results45 intracoronary stents were implanted in 42 patients, one patient falled during hospitalization. The blood pressure was increased significantly, the heart rate decreased and the candiac function improved after stenting.ConclusionIntracoronary stenting is a very effective and safe therapy for the senile patients with AMI.

Objective To explore the correlation between caring behavior and critical thinking of nursing students in clinical practice. Methods Totally 203 nursing students in clinical practice were investigated with Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory- Chinese Version (CTDI- CV) and Caring Behavior Scale (CBS). Results The structural model obtained a good fit. Critical thinking and caring behavior were positively correlated with each other(β=0.46,P<0.01). Conclusions Nursing students′caring behavior could improve their critical thinking. With the cultivation of critical thinking of nursing students, nursing educators should pay attention to improving their caring behavior.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2008;14(12):1182-1183
Objective To observe the effect of nitroglycerin(NTG) on pulse wave velocity(PWV) in patients with hypertension(HTN).Methods36 volunteers, mean age 48.1±10.2 years, were divided into HTN group and non-hypertension(NHTN) group according to whether he or she had hypertension or not.The baseline PWV and PWV at 5th minute and 10th minute after sublingual NTG were detected.PWVs of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe basal PWV in HTN group was higher than that in NHTN group.PWV was reduced significantly after NTG were given sublingually 5 minutes or 10 minutes compared with baseline condition(both P<0.01).PWV 10 minutes after sublingual NTG raised a little compared with that after 5 minutes(P<0.01).PWVs 5 minutes or 10 minutes after sublingual NTG in HTN group were higher than those in NHTN group(both P<0.05).ConclusionNTG can reduce PWV in patients with HTN.

Abstract: Toxoplasma gondii, an opportunistic pathogenic protozoan, is widely distributed worldwide and can cause
zoonoses, which is a serious threat to human health. Nowadays, the relationship between T. gondii infection and
neuropsychiatric diseases has attracted researchers' attention increasingly. T. gondii infection is related to the pathogenesis of
many neuropsychiatric diseases by affecting the nervous system, such as schizophrenia, depression, Alzheimer's disease, and so
on. This review will focus on the relationship between T. gondii infection and neuropsychiatric diseases and summarizes the
possible mechanisms of disorders resulting from T. gondii infection. It is expected that the study on the related pathogenic
mechanism of T. gondii will lead to new therapeutic directions and feasible solution for the clinical treatment of
neuropsychiatric diseases caused by T. gondii infection.
