Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment value of laparoscopic surgery in tubal obstruction infertility patients with endometriosis. Methods Retrospective analysis was done in 381 cases underwent laparoscopic treatment for tubal obstruction from May 2005 to May 2010,,of which 119 cases were combined with endometriosis. The treatment results were analyzed, including the decomposition of the umbrella side tubal obstruction adhesions, lesions of endometriosis electrocoagulation, endometriosis cystectomy and pregnancy and so on.Results Hysterosalpingography(HSG)showed tubal occlusion in both side or one side in the distal end in 381 cases, and these patients were treated with laparoscopic surgery. There were 262 cases showed distal tubal occlusion not companied with endometriosis,of which 82 cases clinically pregnanced, accounting for 31.3%.Surgical treatment of endometriosis found in 119 cases, accounting for 31.2% ; and 29 cases pregnaced, which accounted 24.4%.We found 42 cases of tubal adhesions grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ and endometriosis stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,16 cases of clinical pregnancy, accounting for 38.1% ;Twenty-six cases of tubal adhesions grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ and endometriosis stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,7 cases of clinical pregnancy, accounting for 26.9% ;Twenty-eitht cases of tubal adhesions grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ and endometriosis stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,4 cases of clinical pregnancy, accounting for 14.3% ;Twenty-three cases of tubal adhesions grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ and endometriosis stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,2 cases of clinical pregnancy, accounting for 8.7%.The clinical pregnancy rate in the first group was significantly higher than the other groups, chnical pregnancy rate of the last group was the lowest. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is an effective treatment of tubal obstruction infertility combined with endometriosis. After laparoscopic surgery, the clinical pregnancy rate is significantly higher in Tubal obstruction without endometriosis than patients with endometriosis. After surgery, the clinical pregnancy rate in patients with the light stage tubal adhesions and endometriosis is better than those severely.

AIM: To clone P1 and P3 promoters of the human insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ) gene. METHODS: According to the complete DNA sequence of IGF-Ⅱ gene, the nested primer PCR was performed for amplifying P1 and P3 promoter fragments of the gene from human L-02 cell line. These PCR products were analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis, and cloned by using TOPO TA Cloning kit. The positive clones containing P1 and P3 fragments were selected and confirmed by sequencing.RESULTS: The DNA sequences of P1 and P3 promoters cloned were accordant with GenBank data. CONCLUSION: In this study P1 and P3 promoters of the IGF-II gene were cloned successfully.

To study the protective effect and the mechanism of asiatic acid (AA) from Potentilla chinensis on alcohol hepatic injury in rats. Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: the normal control group, the AA control group (8 mg · kg(-1) AA), the model group (5.0-9.0 g · kg(-1) alcohol) and high, medium and low-dose AA-treated groups (alcohol + 8, 4, 2 mg · kg(-1) AA). Each group was orally administered with the corresponding drugs once a day for 24 weeks. Approximately 1. 5 hours after the final administration, all rats were killed, and their blood samples and hepatic tissues were collected. The AST and ALT in rat serum and the contents of MPO, TNF-α, IL-1β, SOD, GSH-Px, GSH-Rd and MDA in hepatic tissues were detected. The expressions of NF-κB, TLR4, CD14, MyD88, TRIF and protein expression in hepatic tissues were measured by western blot. The pathological changes in liver tissues were observed by histological examination. The results showed that compared with the model group, the AA-treated groups showed significant decreases in serum ALT, AST and MDA and increases in the activities of SOD, GSH-Px, GSH-Rd and MPO. Moreover, AA markedly inhibited the expressions of TNF-α, IL-1β, TLR4, CD14, MyD88 and NF-κB. The histological examination showed alleviated hepatic issue ijury to varying degrees. In short, asiatic acid (AA) from P. chinensis could protect alcohol-induced hepatic injury in rats. Its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of NF-κB inactivation and the reduction of inflammatory response.

Fluid therapy has been the focus of attention and dispute. In this paper, there are three aspects including postoperative bowel function, surgical prognosis, and acute diffuse peritonitis. Colloidal supplement and appropriate crystal/colloid ratio should be noted in low perfusion conditions. The different types of fluid in recent studies did not show a significant difference in the long term. The new evidence will be noted in fluid therapy among 2012 SSC Severe Sepsis and Septic Shock Guideline update (unpublished).

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of short-term enriched environment on the hippocampal formation and the myelinated fibers in the hippocampal formation of mid-aged female rats. Methods Twenty 14-month female SD rats were randomly divided into 10 enriched environment (EE) rats and 10 standard environment (SE) rats. EE rats were reared in enriched environment and SE rats were reared in standard environment for 4 months. Then, five rats were randomly selected from each group. The spatial learning capacity was assessed with Morris water maze. The hippocampal formation and the myelinated fibers in the rat hippocampal formation were quantitatively investigated with transmission electronic microscopy technique and stereological methods. Results Short-term enriched environment enhanced the spatial learning capacity of the mid-aged female rats. The total length and total volume of the myelinated fibers in the hippocampal formation of the EE rats was significantly increased by 43.3% and 47.4%, respectively, when compared to the SE rats. There was no significant difference in the hippocampal volume and the mean diameter of the myelinated fibers in the hippocampal formation between two groups. The increase of the total length of the myelinated nerve fibers in the hippocampal formation was mainly due to the increase of the myelinated fibers with small diameter. Conclusion Short-term enriched environment had significant effects on the spatial learning capacity and the myelinated fibers in the hippocampal formation of middle-aged female rats.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of short-term enriched environment on the hippocampal formation and the myelinated fibers in the hippocampal formation of mid-aged male rats. MethodsTwenty 14-month old male SD rats were randomly divided into enriched group and standard group. Enriched rats were reared in enriched environment and standard rats were reared in standard environment for 4 months. Then, the spatial learning capacity of enriched rats and standard rats was tested with the Morris water maze. After the Morris water maze test, the total volume of the hippocampal formation and the myelinated nerve fibers in the hippocampal formation were quantitatively estimated with transmission electronic microscopy technique and stereological methods. Results There was not significant difference in the spatial learning capacity between enriched group and standard group. The total volume of the hippocampal formation of enriched rats was not significantly increased by 4.6% when compared with that of standard rats. The total volume, total length and mean diameter of the myelinated nerve fibers in the hippocampal formation of enriched rats were significantly increased when compared with those of standard rats. Conclusions Four-months enriched environment significantly affected the myelinated fibers in the hippocampal formation of mid-aged male SD rats. The present results might provide an important theoretical basis for searching the ethology strategy to delay the progress of brain aging in the future.
