Objective To investigate the biodistribution,excretion and other pharmacokinetics,of 188Re-1-hydroxy-1,1-ethylidene disodium phosphonate (HEDP) in cancer patients with osseous metastases who were suffering form bone pain. Methods A single dose (20,30,40,and 50 MBq/kg,10 patients in every group) of 188Re-HEDP was administered as a bolus injection,meanwhile dynamic images on patient's chest were collected for 30 min. Anterior and posterior whole-body images were obtained at 1,2,4,5,12,24,36,48,60 and 72 h after injection of 188Re-HEDP. By region of interest (ROI) technology,the curve of time-background corrected counts of left cardiac ventricle could be generated,and the background-corrected counts of various organs and total whole body could be calculated as a geometric mean using the anterior and posterior scans,and transformed to the percentage injected dose ( % ID). Urine was collected after injection of 188Re-HEDP. Counts of urine were measured by γ counter. Analysis of variance and t-test were used. Results Linear relationship of metabolism of 188Re-HEDP was observed in the doses from 20 to 50 MBq/kg,with correlation coefficient r2 = 0. 9376. A two-compartment model was the best fit for metabolism of 188Re-HEDP with the parameters median area under curve (AUC) 3.32 × 105,3.97 × 105,7.83 × 105,8.58 ×105,respectively; median α 0.06,0.05,0.04,0.06 respectively; median β 1.16 ×10-3,1.16 × 10-3,1.03 × 10-3,1.15 × 10 -3 respectively; median A 3591.21,4858.23,5642. 48,4167.05 respectively; median B 293.97,352.95,614.41,1063.82 respectively; median T1/2(α) 12.51,12.83,15.41,12.02 min respectively; median T1/2(β) 595.47,596.50,673.09,600.93 min respectively in the doses of 20,30,40and 50 MBq/kg. 188Re-HEDP was taken up mainly by bone up to 40% ID at 4 h. Urine profile showed that 66.79 % ID was eliminated within 24 h,being its 74% collected along the first 5 h after-administration.Conclusions In the doses of 20,30,40 and 50 MBq/kg,metabolism of 188Re-HEDP presented linear model. Pharmacokinetics of 188 Re-HEDP followed a two-compartment model administrated by blood vessel.Following injection,188 Re-HEDP was taken up mainly by bone and excreted by uropoietic system.

Objective To prepare liposome-entrapped mitoxantrone (LEM)-GM-CSF and observe the cytotoxicity of HL-60/ADM cells treated with LEM-GM-CSF, LEM and dihydroxyanthraquinone (DHAQ) in vitro. Methods LEM was prepared by reverse phase evaporation (REV). High speed centrifugation was applied to separate LEM and dissociate DHAQ. Colorimetry was employed to determine encapsulation efficiency. The liposome structure and particle size were determined by transmission electron microscopy. GM-CSF was coupled to LEM by glutaraldehyde method. UV-spectrophotometric analysis was applied to measure the coupled efficiency. Flow cytometry was applied to determine the immunoconjugate retained efficiency. The cytotoxicity of HL60/ADM cells and interdiction efficiency of GM-CSF were investigated by MTT test. Results The encapsulation efficiency of LEM was 80%. Most liposomes were monolayer, and the particle size was 170-220 nm. Its coupled efficiency with GM-CSF was 42.3%, and the immunoconjugate retained efficiency was 74.6%. All LEM-GM-CSF, LEM and DHAQ had cytotoxicity on HL60/ADM, their cytotoxic power in decrement sequence: LEM-GM-CSF, LEM, DHAQ. After treated with LEM-GM-CSF, LEM and DHAQ for 24 h, the IC50 of HL-60/ADM was 8.73, 12.42, 27.31 ?g/ml respectively and for 48 h the IC50 were 0.62, 8.25, 12.44 ?g/ml. The inhibition rate increased in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion The encapsulation efficiency, the coupled efficiency and the immunoconjugate retained efficiency of LEM-GM-CSF prepared by our method were satisfying. LEM-GM-CSF representing anti-leukaemia efficiency in vitro had cytotoxicity on HL60/ADM cells.

RESULTS:The whole architecture of the system mainly includes hospital business platform,data integration platform,information processing plat-form and application service platform;the functions of the system include medicine homepage show,single species analysis,antimi-crobial agent analysis,national essential medicine analysis,injection analysis and sunshine medicine analysis. It can monitor the drug utilization in multi-angle and multi-level manners by building data center and creating multidimensional models. Besides,the sys-tem could solve thedrugs unified coding and information controlproblems,data collection and information integrationprob-lems in different hospital,andthe efficient calculation and analysis of a large number of drug use data. It can realize drug analy-sis and monitoring in the hospital,analysis and online monitoring of drugs prescribed by the doctor,finding,warning and evaluat-ing abnormal phenomenon of drug use in the medical institutions,so that it is better for the supervisors to monitor the usage of drugs. CONCLUSIONS:The system with easy operation,flexible monitoring,rich chart shows,comprehensive monitor index has a positive effect on rational medication level.

The influence of separating effect of different chromatographic conditions of mouse gut flora by high performance ion exchange chromatography analysis was studied. The optimum chromatographic conditions for separating gut bacteria were determined. The sample was applied to the chromatography column packed with Toyopearl SuperQ-650c anion resin, equilibrated with 0.02mol/L piperazin-hydrochloric acid buffer (pH 8.0), and elution salt 1mol/L NaCl, eluted with the gradient of 0-50% NaCl/ 80 min, then 50%~75% NaCl/ 25 min at the flow rate 1ml/min, and injecting volume was 1ml.Under these conditions, intestinal flora were separated into several fractions. The establishment of HPLC analysis method will lay a foundation of further research on the components of mouse gut flora and their dynamic changes.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Ding Kundan on the expression of TGF-β1,CTGF and AR in PCOS model rats,and to explore its treat mechanism on PCOS.Methods: The PCOS model rats induced by DHEA were intervened with high, medium and low dose of Ding Kundan(4.5,2.25,1.125 g/kg),ELISA,immunohistochemistry,RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect serum hormone levels,mRNA and protein expression of TGF-β1,CTGF and AR in each group of rats.Results: Compared with model group Ding Kundan high,medium and low dose group of E2,LH and T were decreased,while FSH was increased.And the differences were statistically significant.Protein expression and mRNA of TGF-β1,CTGF and AR were decreased,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion: Ding Kundan shows significantly therapeutic efficacy on PCOS rats,and its possible mechanism is related to regulating expression levels of TGF-β1,CTGF and AR in ovarian tissue.

Erectile dysfunction is common complication of diabetes mellitus. The incidence of diabetes mellitus induced erectile dysfunction (DMED) is 20% - 75%. DMED appears to be due to vascular-neuropathic and corpus cavernosum smooth muscular damage. To control blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipids is the basis of DMED therapy. In 50% of the patients with DMED, the phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors is effective, while intracavernous pharmacotherapy is effective for more than 90%. Penile prosthesis implantation continues to be the treatment of choice in case of other therapy failure.
