Objective : To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of influenza among the elderly in Heilongjiang Province from 2017 to 2021 (April 2017 to March 2022), so as to provide insights into influenza control among the elderly. Methods : The data pertaining to surveillance of patients with influenza-like illness (ILI) at ages of 60 years and older in Heilongjiang Province from 2017 to 2021 were retrieved from Chinese Influenza Surveillance Information Management, and the temporal distribution of ILI cases and the results of influenza virus tests were descriptively analyzed. Results : Totally 26 908 ILI cases at ages of 60 years and older were reported in Heilongjiang Province from 2017 to 2021, with an ILI prevalence rate of 0.17%. The prevalence of ILI appeared a tendency towards a rise in Heilongjiang Province from 2017 to 2021 (χ2trend=268.554, P<0.001), and the epidemic peaked in the 3rd to 7th weeks of 2019 and 2020. The overall positive rate of influenza virus was 6.80%, and the positive rate of influenza virus showed a tendency towards a decline from 2017 to 2021 (χ2trend=425.268, P<0.001). Influenza A (H1N1) pdm09 (46.82%) and A (H3N2) (22.79%), as well as influenza B virus lineages B/Victoria (12.11%) and B/Yamagata (18.28%) were predominant types, which changes among the study period. The detection of influenza virus-positive samples peaked from December to March of the next year, and a high positive rate of influenza virus was detected in Hegang (12.35%), Heihe (11.47%) and Daqing cities (11.07%). There was no significant correlation between the prevalence of ILI and the positive rate of influenza virus in Heilongjiang Province from 2017 to 2021 (rs=-0.800, P=0.104). Conclusions The prevalence of ILI appeared a tendency towards a rise among the elderly at ages of 60 years and older in Heilongjiang Province from 2017 to 2021, and the epidemic peaked in winter and spring. Influenza A (H1N1) pdm09, A (H3N2), B/Victoria, B/Yamagata were alternately prevalent and there was no obvious correlation between ILI prevalence and the positive rate of influenza virus.

Objective To investigate the role of CTLA4-Ig and anti-CD40L monoclonal antibody in the acute rejection of pancreaticoduodenal transplantation model of rats.Methods Pancreaticoduo- denal transplantation model was established from the donor F344 rats to the Lewis recipients(diabetes models).The models were divided into 4 groups:groups A,B,C and D with 12 rats in each group. Two days after transplantation,recipients were injected intraperitoneally with saline,CTLA4-Ig(200?g),anti-CD40L monoclonal antibody(200?g),CTLA4-Ig(200?g)combined with anti-CD40L monoclonal antibody(200?g)respectively.On the day 1,4,7,10 after transplantation,the grafts were harvested for histopathological examination and RT-PCR to determine the levels of interleukin (IL)-2,interferon(IFN)-?,IL-4 and IL-10;The blood CD3~+,CD4~+and CD8~+ T cells were detected by flow cytometry.On the day 4 after transplantation,the CD4~+ CD25~+ T cells in the grafts were de- tected by flow cytometry.Results As compared with group A,the severity of the rejection of grafts in groups B,C and D were depressed;Down-regulation of IL-2 was observed in the groups B,C and D, and the levels in group D were lowest.Down-regulation of IFN-7 was detected in the groups B,C and D,but there was no significantly difference between groups D and B or groups D and C.Up-regulation of IL-4 was observed in the groups B and C,and the levels in group D were lower than in groups A,B and C.Up-regulation of IL-10 was observed in groups B and C,and there was significant difference between groups D and B or groups D and C.The CD3~+,CD4~+ and CD8~+ T cells in groups B,C and D were less,but more CID4~+ CD25~+ T ceils in transplanted pancreas were observed,more notably in group D than in group C.Conclusions Combined use of CTLA4-Ig and anti-CD40L monoclonal anti- body can remarkably diminish the severity of the rejection,which might be mediated by altering the balance in Th1/Th2 and increasing the number of CD4~+ CD25~+ regulatory T cells.Co-stimulation blockade with CTLA4-Ig and anti-CD40L monoclonal antibody induction seems to be an attractive strategy to control allograft rejection.

Objective To investigate the impact of hs-CRP and IVUS on major adverse cardiac event in patients who after coronary artery intermediate lesions stent implantation.Methods 82 patients with clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease who had a segmental stenosis degree is 40％ ～ 70％ in one major coronary artery on coronary angiography,all of the patients do intravascular ultrasound,patients had minimal lumen area(MLA) of intermediate lesions ≤ 4mm2( the left main coronary artery)or≤ 6mm2( left main coronary artery) who received percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and the patients were divided into 2 groups,hs-CRP rise group(≥3mg/L) and hs-CRP normal group(＜3mg/L),compared the rate between the two groups in hospital and follow up periods by typical angina,nonfatal myocardial infarction,cardiac death and target-vessel revascularization and other major adverse cardiac events (MACE).Results The rate on major adverse cardiac event in hs-CRP rise group was significantly higher than the normal group(P ＜0.01 );the restenosis rate in hs-CRP rise group higher than hs-CRP normal group(P ＜0.01 ).Conclusion hs-CRP could predict the rate on major adverse cardiac event in patients with after coronary artery intermediate lesions stent implantation,the patients of hs-CRP rise group should strengthen antiplatelet,anti-inflammatory treatment etc.

Objective To compare the lipid lowing effect and the clinical safety between intensive therapy with Chinese medicine Zhihitai and atorvastntin in patients with moderate and high risk of atherosclerosis. Methods All the patients were randomly divided in to a Zhibitai group (n = 85) receiving 480 mg of Zhibitai orally twice a day or an atorvastatin group (n = 84) receiving 10 mg atorvastatin orally once daily. Blood lipoproteins, myocardial enzymes, fiver and renal function were measured before treatment and at the fourth and eighth week after therapy , while high sensitive creactive protein (hs-CRP), P-selectin, matrix-metall proteinase-9 (MMP-9) and soluble intercellular adhering molecule-1 (SICAM-1) were detected before treatment and eighth week after therapy in all patients. Results TC and LDL-C were significantly decreased while HDL-C was increased in both groups after 4 and 8 weeks treatment (P < 0. 05). TG was decreased in Zhibitai group after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, but it was decreased in atorvastatin group only after 8 weeks of treatment. Inflammatory factors such as hs-CRP, P-selectin, MMP-9, SICAM-1 were decreased significantly (all P < 0. 01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups. There were no difference in liver and kidney function, myocardial enzymes and incidence of muscle-ache and digestive system side reaction. ConclusionsBesides the lipoprotein disorder, inflammatory factors in patients with moderate and high risk of atherosclerosis could be regulated with intensive therapy of Zhibitai. Most importantly, it is safe to use Zhibitai clinically.

AIM To study the therapeutic effects of Deketoprofen trometamol (D KPT) on adjuvant arthritis (AA) and its side effects on gastroduodena. METHEDS The change of primary and secondary inflammatory and the injury effect of gastroduodena treated with D KPT were observed. The effect of D KPT on prostaglandin E 2 (PGE 2) produced by peritoneal macrophage (PM) on AA rats in vitro was also observed. RESULTS D KPT (2 5, 5, 10 mg?kg -1 ) significantly inhibited primary inflammatory, secondary inflammatory and multiple arthritis of AA rats. D KPT(10 -8 ,10 -7 ,10 -6 ,10 -5 ,10 -4 mol?L -1 )inhibited the elevated PGE 2 released from PM of AA rats in vitro . D KPT (10 mg?kg -1 ) significantly injured gastroduodena on AA rats, but the degree of injuries was less than that of ketoprofen (KP) (10 mg?kg -1 ). CONCLUSION D KPT has therapeutic effects on AA rats, and its injury effect on gastroduodena is less than that of KP.

pH, affects of different alkaline materials KOH, K 2CO 3, NaOH, Na 2CO 3 on the growth, and NaCl, KCl tolerance of 29 isolates from the saline and alkaline soils in Xinjiang and Qinghai Provinces of China and 1 type strain were studied. Results showed that only a few alkaliphilic actinomycetes were Na +-obligately dependent, and K +-sensitive. Some alkaliphilic actinomycetes were CO 3 2- -sensitive, and NaCl, KCl could inhibit their growth. 4 kinds of alkaline materials had no affect on growth of alkaliphilic Nocardiopsis, and these strains showed high tolerance to NaCl, KCl. So it was presumed that only K + and CO 3 2- obligately dependent alkaliphilic Actinomycetes maybe exist in alkaline environments.

From the N-terminal amino acid sequence of the Aspergillus niger F044 lipase,a potential homologous gene A84689 to the anl(the gene encoding the Aspergillus niger lipase)was found by means of bioinformatics.Based on the nucleotide sequence of the A84689,primers were designed to amplify anl.Nucleotide sequencing of the genomic anl gene revealed an open reading frame of 1 044 nucleotides,containing three introns(54,45 and 51 nucleotides).The deduced amino acid sequence of the anl gene corresponds to 297 amino acid residues including a signal sequence of 27 amino acid residues.The cloned cDNA coding for mature Anl(the protein of the Aspergillus niger lipase)was overexpressed in Escherichia coli BL21(De3),and the recombinant Anl was purified.The denatured recombinant Anl by 8mol/L urea was refolded in vitro by dilution and DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow chromatography.

Objective To study the biological activities of Synechococcus sp.PCC7942 with trans-mutated hCu,Zn-SOD-gene.Methods Synechococcus sp.PCC7942 with trans-mutated hCu,Zn-SOD were administered orally for 20d to mice,then the activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) were determined.Results The activities of GSHPx in serum and the activities of CAT in blood increased obviously;the activity of SOD in serum and liver increased markedly;the content of MDA in serum and liver decreased obviously.Conclusion Synechococcus sp.PCC7942 with trans-mutated hCu,Zn-SOD-gene had obvious antioxidant effect in vivo.

Objective To evaluate 99tcm-DTPA nuclear dynamic imaging in distinguishing the renal occupied disease.Methods A total of 164 in-patients with renal occupied disease who underwent surgery were included.According to the pathological diagnosis,119 patients had malignant tumors,and 45 patients had benign diseases.All patients’ imaging was retrospectively analyzed.Application of 99Tcm-DTPA nuclear dynamic imaging in renal occupied disease was compared with ultrasonography (US),computed tomography (CT),magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),intravenous pyelogram (IVP),and positron emission tomography (PET)-CT.Results The accuracy rates of different imaging methods in distinguishing between renal malignant and benign disease were 99Tcm-DTPA (84 ％,45 ％),US (72 ％,64 ％),CT ( 91％,92 ％),MRI (50 ％,67 ％),IVP (50 ％, 17 ％), respectively.The diagnostic accuracy rate of PET-CT for malignant tumors was 67 ％.The accuracy rates of 99Tcm-DTPA in distinguishing different phases of renal cell carcinoma were statistically significant (x 2 =83.4, P ＜ 0.01), while the accuracy rates in distinguishing renal cyst from renal angiomyolipoma were not statistically different.With the greater diameter, the diagnostic accordance rate is higher (x 2 =16.05,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion 99Tcm-DTPA could be used not only to evaluate the renal function quantificationally,but also be helpful to distinguish renal malignant tumor from benign disease.
