3.Treatment of the toes movement on hemiplegia patients affected limb
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(11):713-714
ObjectiveTo expose the effects of toes movement treating on the improvement of motor function of the patient s' affected lower limb.Methods36 patients with hemiplegia were divided into twe groups,22 patients for treating group in which toes treatment was applied, and 14 patients for comparative group in which no toes treatment was applied. After two months treatment, the effect was judged using Japanese Motor Function Test.Results22 patients in the treating group had gotten level 8 or higher (100%), while 7 patients in the comparative group had gotten that(50%).ConclusionToes movement treating is important in the recovery of functional movement of the hemiplegia patients.

Group A,the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P0.05). TCR,CCR,DAP,OD,BRC in Groups B and C showed trends of increasing, the differences in terms of the contents of BMP-RⅠamong the 3 phases were statistically significant(P0.05);the ER in Group B and C showed a trend of decreasing, thee difference between 4- and 8-week and 4- and 12-week were signifieantly dif- ferent(P0.05).Conclusion After application of glucocorticoid for a short term, pathological changes maintained and showed trends of inereasing in early stage.HBO can reverse these changes. The outcome of 3-course HBO therapy is better than that of 1-course therapy.

Chinese Journal of Health Management 2012;06(4):259-263
Objective To explore if there is a difference in blood pressure in left and right extremities. Methods A total of 20164 adults who took part in health check-up at Health Examination Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital between December 2009 and August 2011were enrolled in this study.Age,height and body weight were recorded, and blood pressure in extremities was measured in synchronous way by using an arteriosclerosis detector. Results (1) Blood pressure in upper left extremity was slightly higher than that in upper and lower right extremity ( all P =0.0001).( 2 ) Difference in diastolic blood pressure in upper left and right limbs in females (2.1±6.7) mm Hg(1mm Hg =0.133 kPa) was more significant than that in males (1.4 +6.5 ) mm Hg ( P =0.0000).In males, difference in systolic blood pressure between two lower extremities ( 2.3 ± 9.6 )mm Hg was more significant than that in females (1.9 ±13.4) mm Hg ( P =0.0225 ).( 3 ) The above mentioned differences were found in low or normal weight and over-weight/obesity populations, which was not correlated with body mess index.(4) The difference of diastolic blood pressure in left and right limbs of relatively taller adults ( >170 cm) was more significant than that in shorter populations ( <170 cm ) (P =0.001).Conclusion The differences in blood pressure in left and right extremities do exist.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Objective To explore the mobile changes of nitric oxide(NO) and the relationship between nitric oxide and glomerular hyperfiltration in experimental diabetic rats. Methods Experimental diabetes mellitus(DM) was induced in rats with streptozotocin(STZ).The levels of NO and NOS in renal tissue homogenate were assayed after establishment of diabetesat the 4 th,8 th,12 th week.At the same time, renal morphology in diabetic rats was examined by light microscope and image of computer. Results The contents of NO and NOS in renal homegenates were evidently increased at 4 th week, and decreased gradually from 8 th week(P

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
Since 1970's , lots of studies on biodegradation of chloroanilines (CAS) have been done, especially, in these aspects: spieces and capability of the microbes; metabolic pathway; gene cloning, expression of degradation plas-mid and pivotal metabolic emzymes. It is necessary for us to review the study on biodegradation of chloroanilines in order to summarize some useful results and the problems in this study.
