2.Effect of Hongjingtian injection adjuvant therapy on blood glucose, blood lipid and clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(11):158-160
Objective To investigate effect of Hongjingtian injection adjuvant therapy on blood glucose, blood lipid and clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 40 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.20 cases in control group were treated with routine treatment, 20 cases in experimental group were treated on the basis of control group by Hongjingtian injection.Fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and clinical efficacy were compared post-treatment.Results Compared with pre-treatment, the level of LDL-C and TC in control group was lower(P <0.05), the levels of FBG, TC, TG and LDL-C in experimental group were lower (P <0.05), and the HDL-C level was higher (P<0.05).Compared with control group, the levels of LDL-C, TG, TC and FBG in experimental group were lower (P<0.05), and the HDL-C level was higher (P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group (95.00%) was higher than control group (65.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Hongjingtian injection can decrease the level of fasting blood glucose in patients with acute cerebral infarction and decrease serum TG, TC, LDL-C level, increase the level of HDL-C, improve the clinical efficacy, and have a guiding significance for clinical.

Objective To study the standards and safety of low intensity warfarin anticoagulation therapy in elderly patients after heart valve replacement. Methods Three hundred and fifty-six patients (203 males and 153 females) aged 60-73 (64.3±5.1) years who underwent heart valve replacement in our hospital from January 2004 to June 2014 were divided into aorta valve replacement (AVR) group (n =101),mitral valve replacement (MVR) gro up (n =164),and combined AV and MV replacement group (DVR,n =91) according to their surgical procedure, and further divided into INR <1.6 group (n=19),1.6≤INR≤2.5 group (n=299),and INR>2.5 group (n=38)according to their INR.The INR and incidence of thrombosis and hemorrhage were recorded during the follow-up period. Results Thrombosis occured in 5 patients (1.4%),hemorrhage was found in 49 patients (13.8%),the INR was 1.6-2.5 in the patients included in this study. No significant difference was found in the incidence of hemorrhage in AVR,MVR and DVR groups. The incidence of hemorrhage was significantly different in INR<1.6 group,1.6≤INR≤2.5 group, and INR>2.5 group. Conclusion Oral warfarin at the mainteinance dose of 1.6-2.5 can achieve its satisfactory anticoagulant effect in old patients after heart valve replacement.
4.Expression and antitumor activity of fusion protein RGD-TRAIL in Pichia pastoris.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(5):552-559
To compare the activity of RGD-TRAIL in different expression systems, RGD-TRAIL in both Escherichia coli (E.coli) and Pichia pastoris was constructed and expressed. In vitro activity of RGD-TRAIL from Pichia pastoris expression system was also analyzed. Genetic engineering techniques were used to construct recombinant plasmid pET30-rgd-trail and pHBM-rgd-trail. The recombinant protein RGD-TRAIL was purified with Ni ion affinity chromatography after induction. MTT assay, ELISA, scratch wound healing, transwell migration assay and Hoechst 33342 staining were performed to detect the effects of RGD-TRAIL on proliferation, binding activity, migration and apoptosis. The expression of apoptosis-associated proteins was detected by Western blotting. Recombinant protein RGD-TRAIL was successfully expressed in a form of inclusion body in E.coli, while expressed secretorily in Pichia pastoris. It possessed more potent cytotoxicity than RGD-TRAIL in E.coli by MTT assay. The RGD-TRAIL expressed by Pichia pastoris showed powerful binding affinity with cancer cells expressing α(v), DR4, DR5 and highly potent cytotoxicity through inducing apoptosis of cancer cells. Nuclear fragmentation was examined by Hoechst 33342 staining. Cleaved PARP and caspase-3 were also detected after incubation with RGD-TRAIL. Additionally, RGD-TRAIL inhibited migration significantly in A549 and HT1080 cells. The results demonstrate that Pichia pastoris expression system is more suitable for the recombinant protein RGD-TRAIL. Its binding affinity and antitumor activity might make RGD-TRAIL a promising candidate for cancer therapy.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2017;16(6):556-559
It is unable to cultivate students' ability of application and innovation by the traditional teaching form in pharmaceutics for the pharmaceutics is fragmented and intersective with other disciplines. This paper analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of traditional teaching methods of pharmaceutics. The flipped classroom is applied to pharmaceutics teaching with SPOC, world coffee and hacker. The results shows that the flipped classroom can effectively improve the motivation and learning efficiency of students, especially improve their self-study and innovation ability. It can realize the diversity of teaching evaluation.

Objective To evaluate the relation between cystatin C and the presence and severity of asymptomatic coronary artery disease in metabolic syndrome(MetS).Methods A total of 201 asymptomatic MetS patients with normal renal function were per-formed the coronary angiograph and the detection of serum Cystatin C level and other risk factors for atherosclerosis. Results Ser-um cystatin C level in the MetS patients with asymptomatic coronary artery disease were significantly higher than those in the pa-tients without coronary artery disease, moreover the more severe of the disease, the higher the cyctatin C,which was independently associated with other risk factors for atherosclerosis. Conclusion Serum cystatin C level can been used as the index for the presence and severity of asymptomatic coronary artery disease in Mets with normal kidney function.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(04):-
The skin biopsy specimens from fifteen patients with Langerhans cell histiocytosis were studied. Thirteen out of fifteen cases were positive to S100 protein antibody and peanut agglutinin, but negative to Mac387 and lysozyme antibodies, and three cases were positive for CD1 antibody by immunohistochemistry. Birbeck granules were demonstrated in one of the three cases by electron microscopy. Ten cases were analysed by flow cytometry, six cases (60%) were aneuploid, DNA index was 1.38?0.32, proliferative index was 38.69%. These results showed that these pathognomonic histiocytes were of Langerhans cell origin and their potential malignancy could not be ruled out.
