The PET tracer 5-([11C]methyloxy)-L-tryptophan (5-(11)CMTP) was prepared by nucleophilic fluorination and alkylation reaction via a two-step procedure in order to develop specific tumor probe. The biodistribution and microPET imaging of 5-(11)CMTP were executed. The results unveiled that the overall radiochemical yield with no decay correction was (14.6 ±7.2) %, the radiochemical purity was more than 95% and high uptake and long retention time of 5-(11)CMTP in liver, kidney and blood were observed but low uptake in brain and muscle were found, furthermore, high uptake of 5-(11)CMTP in tumor tissue was observed. It seems that 5-(11)CMTP will be a potential amino acid tracer for tumors imaging with PET.

To explore the related risk factors and outcome in pregnancy- induced hypertension patients with Ⅲ phase of retinopathy.
●METHODS: A total of 105 pregnancy - induced hypertension patients with Ⅲ phase of retinopathy in our hospital from Januany 2012 to December 2013 were enrolled. Clinical date of them were collected to analyze.
●RESULTS: The occurrence of pregnancy - induced hypertension patients with Ⅲ phase of retinopathy were positively correlated with the course of the disease, blood pressure, proteinuria, and it was higher occurred in cold winter and spring, timely termination of pregnancy and appropriate hormone therapy can promote the recovery of vision, and improve outcomes of pregnancy.
●CONCLUSlON: The occurrence of pregnancy - induced hypertension patients with Ⅲ phase of retinopathy associated with season and disease severity. Timely treatment can restore normal vision, improve maternal and neonatal prognosis. Routine examination of fundus examination should be used as the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.

In 2014,serious Ebola fever epidemic broke out in West Africa .Afterwards, the US transported two Ebola patients from Liberia by air, which aroused world wide concern .During the aeromedical evacuation , there were lots of tech-nical problems and management procedures involved .First, the US government toke emergency measures for the patients in a local hospital ,which made evacuation possible .Secondly , the US CDC and other government departments coordinated this matter during and after the evacuation .Finally, upon arrival at home the two patients received careful isolation and treat-ment.Thus, the successful aeromedical evacuation is instructive for us .

Objective:To study the effects and safety of metformin combined with vildagliptin on the glycemic control for patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated from February 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with routine treatment. The observation group was treated with vildagliptin based on the control group. The blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin,two-hour postprandial blood glucose and serum as well as urinal amylase were measured before and after treatment, and the clinical curative effect of the two groups and the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor and C-reactive protein were compared. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 90%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.7%,P<0.05).After treatment, the serum interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor,C-reactive protein and fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and postprandial blood glucose levels were significantly lower than those of the control group[(7.63± 1.12)dvs(8.68± 1.30)d;(7.23± 0.95)d vs(7.89± 1.20)d;(11.14± 1.56)d vs(12.12± 1.89)d];[(12.12± 1.89)d vs(ll.20± 1.34)d;(6.89± 0.96)d vs(8.23± 1.10)d;(1.65± 0.23)d vs(3.65± 0.48)d] (P<0.05).After treatment, the INS level of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05) and the GLP-1 level was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with vildagliptin could effectively control the blood glucose of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and enhance the safety.

Metastatic epidural compression of the spinal cord is a significant source of morbidity in patients with systemic cancer. With improvment of oncotheray, survival period in the patients is improving and metastatic cord compression is en- countered increasingly often. Surgical management performed for early circumferential decompression for the spinal cord com- pression with spine instability, and spine reconstruction performed. Patients with radiosensitive tumours without spine instabili- ty, radiotherapy is an effective therapy. Spinal stereotactic radiosurgery and minimally invasive techniques, such as vertebro- plasty and kyphoplasty, percutaneous pedicle screw fixation, radiofrequency ablation are promising options for treatment of cer- tain selected patients with spinal metastases.

At present, TCM treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) is based on the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation. Therefore, the establishment of IBS-D of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome combined with animal model as a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine innovation theory has become increasingly concerned about, and gradually become a new direction for the development of TCM experimental animal model. This article reviewed the research progress in IBS-D liver and spleen deficiency syndrome in recent years, discussed the establishment of IBS-D liver stagnation and spleen deficiency animal model and research ideas for the treatment of IBS-D, and provided references for mechanism research of TCM treatment for IBS-D and research and development of new medicine.

Chinese Journal of Stomatology 2010;45(9):556-559
OBJECTIVETo evaluate the changes of the occlusal contact characteristics in adolescent patients during 12 months after active orthodontic treatment.
METHODSTwenty adolescent patients with Hawley retainers after active orthodontic treatment were divided into none occlusal interference group and occlusal interference group. The occlusion of the patients was examined with T-Scan II system directly after the appliance removal (T1) and after an average retention period of 12 months (T2). The changes of occlusal contact characteristics were observed.
RESULTSThe disclusion time during protrusion, left and right lateral movements reduced significantly. The average disclusion time decreased [from (1.07 ± 0.87), (0.91 ± 0.47), (0.76 ± 0.43) s to (0.43 ± 0.25), (0.67 ± 0.41), (0.50 ± 0.27) s] significantly (P < 0.05). The occlusal interference disappeared in 4 patients and 1 patient with occlusal interference showed masticatory muscle symptom. The dynamic occlusion [from (1.25 ± 1.11), (0.84 ± 0.15), (0.52 ± 0.49) s to (0.35 ± 0.15), (0.36 ± 0.15), (0.33 ± 0.11) s] improved significantly (P < 0.05) in none occlusal interference group after retention and no statistical differences were found in the occlusal interference group (P > 0.05).
CONCLUSIONSThe overall dynamic occlusion improved after retention in patients with retainers. The presence of occlusal interference affected the self-improvement process and increased the chance of the disorders of stomatognathic system, such as mandibular abnormal movements. Therefore, functional occlusion evaluation and final detailing were needed before appliance removal.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2007;42(12):1288-1291
This project is to study chemical constituents of Rubus biflorus Buch (Chinese name "Fenzhimei"), isolated by silica gel chromatography and structure determined by spectroscopic techniques. Two flavones were isolated from Rubus biflorus Buch and identified as 8-methyl-6-(3"-methylbut-2"-enyl)-5, 7-dihydroxy-5'-methoxy-3', 4'-methylenedioxy flavone (A) and 8-methyl-5-methoxy-6,7-(2", 2"-dimethylpyran)-3', 4'-methylenedioxy-5'-(3'''-methylbut-2'''-enyl) flavone (B), named as fenzhimines A and B, respectively. Compounds A and B are two new flavonoids.
