Cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells play important roles in the treatment of solid tumors.In particular,they have broad application prospects for the patients with recurrence or metastasis.Although recently CIK treatment strategy has achieved encouraging results in preclinical studies,there are still some difficulties in the clinical applications.Some key issues remain to be resolved,such as how to ensure that the antitumor immune effector can be a lot of amplified and can stay longer in the body,how to selectively kill tumor cells,and how to ensure the security of application.

Objective:To explore the cooradinative training model of postgraduate and and residency of nuclear medicine based on the ability promotion. Develop the learning of basic medical imaging knowledge, the training of clinical practice, the development of scientific research ability and the training of new technology and so on.Methods: Bibliometric analysis was used to analysis the domestic and overseas current situation and research hotspot about carrying out the training of clinical medicine and residency. Combing the existing problem and combined the characteristic of medical imaging, a training model based on ability enhancements be proposed and supporting system is constructed.Results:Search on the Wanfang Database, 170 literatures were obtained from 2007 to 2016 about training of postgraduates and residents of clinical medicine. The annual distribution was increased gradually, the articles number in 2016 was 4.3 times than in 2007. The research hotspots focus on the integration of medical postgraduate student and resident, clinical ability and cultivation of scientific research thinking ability , the penetration of new technology and the choices of research topics. Literature review shows the postgraduates of medical imaging faced the deficiency of anatomy and radiology knowledge, the capacity for scientific research, the training of new radiology technology. Proposed nuclear medicine postgraduate students and residency training cooradinative transformation of the new model and developed a corresponding training curriculum training system.Conclusion: Based on the background of capacity enhancement, the new model of postgraduate and clinicians training mechanism, the operation of collaborative transformation model, reasonable arrangements for the training and scientific research, the focused training, these methods could effectively satisfied both training needs. In order to develop the high-quality talent with both clinical experience and scientific research ability.

Osteoblasts are the most important mechanoreceptive and osteogenic cells.The loss of bone in microgravity is mainly due to the dysfunction of osteoblasts.Research on osteoblast cytology under simulated weightlessness has made great progress in recent years.Current experiments are focusing on the changes in the cellular proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis, function and signal transduction in osteoblasts.This paper reviews the progress of the studies in this field.

Objective To detect the relationship between CAG repeat in IT15 gene and clinical manifestations of Huntington's disease (HD).Methods Non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electro- phoresis method was used to detect CAG repeat.Clinical manifestations were scored by UHDRS and MMSE. ObjectiveTo evaluate the correlation between serum anti-Jo-1 antibody level and myositis disease activity in polymyositis/dermatomyositis.MethodsAnti-Jo-1 antibody levels in serum from 148 polymyositis/dermatomyositis patients and 130 healthy controls were measured by both ELISA and immunoblot assay.Disease activity of the anti-Jo-1 antibody positive patients was assessed by the global myositis disease activity score (visual analogue score,VAS) established by the International Myositis Assessment and Clinical Studies(IMACS) Group.The correlation between disease activity and level of serum antiJo-1 antibody was assessed.Comparisons between groups were performed by x2 test or t test.ResultsThe positive rate of ELISA and EUROLINE was 24.3％(36/148) and 27.0％(40/148) respectively.Fever,ILD,arthritis/arthralgia were found to be more predominant in anti-Jo-1 antibody positive patients than those who were anti-Jo-1 antibody negative patients.There was significant positive correlation between the global myositis disease activity score (VAS) and serum level of anti-Jo-1 antibody (r=0.874,P=9.000).Serum antiJo-1 antibody levels,together with global disease activity,were significantly decreased in the 7 patients after treatment.ConclusionAnti-Jo-1 antibody level measured by ELISA is associated with disease activity of PM/DM,and could be a marker of disease activity.

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen sanhan tongluo decoction combined with moxi-bustion and celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). METHODS:A total of 70 KOA patients were selected from Chongqing Kanghua Hospital during May 2014-Dec. 2015,and then divided into observation group and control group ac-cording to odd and even number,with 35 cases in each group. Control group was given Celecoxib capsule 0.2 g,qd;observa-tion group was additionally given Bushen sanhan tongluo decoction(one dose a day,300 mL,decocted with water,taking it 3 times in the morning,noon and night)and moxibustion. A treatment course lasted for 4 weeks,and both received 2 courses of treatment. Clinical efficacies as well as TCM syndrome score,VAS score,WOMAC score,lab indexes,joint condition be-fore and after treatment,the occurrence of ADR were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:Total response rate of observa-tion group (85.71％) was significantly higher than control group (68.57％),with statistical significance (P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in above indexes between 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment,TCM syn-drome score,VAS score,WOMAC score,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP level and knee swelling score of 2 groups were decreased significantly,compared to before treatment;those indexes of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the number of bone fric-ative joint between 2 groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR (5.71％ vs. 2.86％) between 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Bushen sanhan tongluo decoction combined with moxibustion and celecoxib can improve clinical symptoms,relieve joint pain,joint inflammation and swelling of KOA pa-tients with good safety.

Objective To investigate the position sense in chronic non-specific low back pain (CNLBP) patients, and the correlation to pain and endurance of psoas muscles. Methods From January, 2014 to May, 2015, 30 patients with CNLBP and other 30 healthy subjects were measured spine flexion and extension position sense absolute error (AE) and psoas endurance with Biodex System 3 synchronously, and the patients were self-assessed the pain in lumbar with Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). The Pearson correlation coefficient of AE to pso-as endurance and NRS was calculated. Results AE of flexion and extension was both more in the patients than in the healthy (t>1.862, P<0.05), and the psoas muscle endurance was less (t=2.307, P<0.05). AE of flexion (r=-0.71) and extension (r=-0.47) negatively correlated with the psoas muscle endurance in the patients, and positively correlated with NRS score (r=0.78 for flexion, and r=0.49 for extension). AE mildly negative correlated with the psoas muscle endurance (r=-0.38 for flexion, and r=-0.29 for extension). Conclusion Spine sensation has been impaired in CNLBP patients, and may associate with pain and psoas muscles endurance loss.
