Objective:To explore the relationship of teachers'job burnout with job stress, coping swategies associated with job stress, teachers'sense of efficacy,self-esteem,locus of control, social support in primary and secondary schools. Methods:Questionnaires about teachers'job burnout, job stress, coping strategies associated with job stress, teachers' sense of efficacy,self-esteem,locus of control, social support were applied to 766 primary and secondary teachers from Shandong and Hubei provinces.Results:(1)Teachers' job burnout was significantly positive correlated with its job stress, inactive coping and locus of control(r=0.23~0.40);(2)Teachers' job burnout was significantly negative correlated with its active coping, teachers' sense of efficacy,self-esteem and social support (r=-0.28~0.41).Conclusion:Teachers' sense of efficacy, job stress,self-esteem,locus of control, inactive coping, active coping and social support significantly can predict their job burnout.

70 bpm during scan),the proportion of segments that could not be assessed because of motion artifact were 0.1%(1/759),1.1%(7/649),2.5% (10/407),42.6%(103/242),and 75.5%(108/143),respectively.With conventional selective coronary angiography as the golden standard, the sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative prediction values to detect≥50% stenotic lesions in the assessable segments were 79.2%,96.0%,83.8%,and 94.6%,respectively.There was a significant correlation between the number of segments per patient not assessable because of motion artifact and heart rate during the scan(r=0.655,P=0.000).Conclusion MSCT is capable of achieving high accuracy for detection of coronary artery stenosis, and is a reliable technique to diagnose coronary artery disease.

Objective To investigate the effects of methylprednisolone(MP) on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-9 and airway inflammation in murine models of asthma. Methods Thirty female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into asthma group,MP group and control group(n=10).Murine models of acute asthma were established by ovalbumin(OVA) via peritoneal injection and intranasal instillation. The pathological changes of lung tissues were observed with HE staining, and cell quantitation was conducted in bronchalveolar lavage fluid(BALF).The expression of MMP-9 protein was determined by immunohistochemistry and gelatin zymogram, and the expression of MMP-9 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR. Results Compared with control group, there were more significant airway spasm and more infiltration of inflammatory cells in histologic examination, and there was higher eosinophil cell quantitation in BALF in asthma group(P

Objective To investigate the clinical value of high resolution ultrasound combined with radiological imaging in the diagnosis of Meckel′s diverticulitis (MD),and to analyze the causes of missed diagnosis as well as misdiagnosis by ultrasound. Methods The image data of 61 patients with MD were retrospectively analyzed, the essentials and the causes of missed diagnosis as well as misdiagnosis of ultrasound were summarized and compared with the results of operation,CT,gastrointestinal contrast,as well as radionuclide. Results The patients were divided into simple type(18,29.5%) and complex type(43,70.5%) according to ultrasonography. The simple type diagnostic accuracy rate was 100%,the ultrasonography showed the right lower abdominal tubular bowel shadow or cystic echo mass, and the structure of diverticulum could clearly showed by ultrasound. In another side, the complex type diagnostic accuracy rate was 55.8%,the ultrasonography showed the right lower abdominal mixed echo mass or concomitant with other alimentary tract malformation, while the diverticulum structure was difficult to be distinguished. The diagnostic accuracy rate of radionuclide imaging was 83.6%,CT was 37.0%,while gastrointestinal contrast was 30.0%.Among 19 cases of misdiagnosis by ultrasound,13 cases of MD were confirmed by radionuclide and CT examination, the diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasound combined with radiological imaging diagnosis was 90.2%.Conclusions The sonographic features of MD are lack of specificity, especially in the complex type, while the patients with recurrent hemafecia or acute abdomen should be alert to the presence of MD.Patients who are suspected of MD by ultrasound diagnosis should also be examined by radiological imaging in order to make an early diagnosis and surgical treatment to improve the prognosis of patients.

Pancreatic cancer is a kind of highly malignant tumor with a low survival rate and poor prognosis. The effectiveness of gemcitabine as a first-line chemotherapy drug is limited; however, it can activate dendritic cells and improve antigen presentation which increase the sensitivity of tumor cell to immunotherapy. Although immunotherapy has made some advancements in cancer treatment, the therapeutic benefit of programmed cell death receptor 1/programmed death receptor-ligand 1 (PD-1/PD-L1) blockade therapy remains relatively low. The chemokine C-X-C chemokine ligand 12 (CXCL12) contributes to an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment by recruiting immunosuppressive cells. The receptor C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4), highly expressed in various tumors including pancreatic cancer, plays a crucial role in tumor development and progression. In this study, the anti-tumor immune response of human peripheral blood mononuclear cell (hPBMC) was enhanced using the combination of BsNb PX4 (anti-PD-L1&CXCR4 bispecific nanobody) and gemcitabine. In a co-culture system of gemcitabine-pretreated hPBMCs with tumor cells, the BsNb PX4 synergized gemcitabine to improve the cytotoxic activity of hPBMCs against tumor cells. Flow cytometry analysis confirmed increased ratio of CD8+ to CD4+ T cells in combination treatment. In NOD/SCID mice bearing pancreatic cancer, the combination treatment exhibited more infiltration of CD8+ T cells into tumor tissues, contributing to an effective anti-tumor response. This study presents potential new therapies for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Ethical approval was obtained for collection of hPBMC samples from the Local Ethics Committee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. All animal experiments were approved by the Animal Ethic Committee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (authorizing number: A2024246).
