Lipase from Burkholderia cepacia complex is one of the most versatile biocatalyst and is used widely in many biotechnological application fields including detergent additives, the resolution of racemic compounds, etc. Based on the known whole genomic information of B. cepacia, both ampicillin and kanamycin were added to the TB-T media, the traditional selective media, to screen B. cepacia complex strains from rhizosphere soil samples. The single colonies on the plates with the modified TB-T media were then qualitatively determined the ability to produced the extracellular lipase in the rhodamine B-olive oil agar plates. Thirty-five strains of lipolytic pseudo-B. cepacia complex were isolated and the positive rate of lipolytic bacteria was 65%. Among them, 15 pseudo-B. cepacia complex strains with the tolerance to benzene, n-hexane and n-heptane at the concentration of 10% (V/V) were selected and identified by the recA gene sequence. All of the 15 lipolytic bacteria belonged to the B. cepacia complex.

Objective To investigate the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines in lumbar dorsal root ganglions (DRG) of rats model of high-dose fentanyl induced hyperalgesia. Methods 64 male SD rats were divided into 2 groups (n = 32), fentanyl group and normal saline (NS) group. The rats were injected with fentanyl (60 μg/kg) or NS 4 times in total subcutaneously with a 15-minute interval. Mechanical and thermal nociception were measured via the tail pressure test (tail flick thresholds, TFT) and paw withdrawal test (paw withdrawal latency, PWL) at 1 day before, at 1, 2, 3 and 4 hour and on 1 ~ 7 day after administration. 4 rats were sacrificed and the lumbar DRG were harvested to analyze the expression of PGE2 , IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-αvia ELISA. Results There were no significant changes of TFT, PWL and the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines in DRG compared to baseline of rats in NS group. The value of TFT , PWL in fentanyl group were above the baseline at the 1 ~ 4 hour and below the baseline at 1~3 day after fentanyl injections. PGE2 , IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-6 increased on 1,3,5,7 day after fentanyl injections significantly. Conclusions High-dose fentanyl induced significant hyperalgesia and up-regulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines in DRG. The expression pro-inflammatory cytokines peaked later and were more protracted than the change of behavior test and show no direct relationship between the two.

To obtain the key genes for chlorogenic acid biosynthesis of Lonicera hypoglauca, four new genes ware obtained from the our dataset of L. hypoglauca. And we also predicted the structure and function of LHPAL4, LHHCT1 , LHHCT2 and LHHCT3 proteins. The phylogenetic tree showed that LHPAL4 was closely related with LHPAL1, LHHCT1 was closely related with LHHCT3, LHHCT2 clustered into a single group. By Real-time PCR to detect the gene expressed level in different organs of L. hypoglauca, we found that the transcripted level of LHPAL4, LHHCT1 and LHHCT3 was the highest in defeat flowers, and the transcripted level of LHHCT2 was the highest in leaves. These result provided a basis to further analysis the mechanism of active ingredients in different organs, as well as the element for in vitro biosynthesis of active ingredients.

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of zoledronic acid in the treatment of osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients. Methods 100 elderly patients with osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture treated in our hospital from February 2014 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. There were 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment (calcitonin), and the experimental group was treated with zoledronic acid. The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding treatment, the VAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were (0.36±0.42) and (0.34±0.40), and there was no statistical significance. The excellent rate of hip joint function was 82% in the control group, and the excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the experimental group was 80%, which was not statistically significant. In addition, there were no statistically significant differences in fracture healing time and complications between the two groups. After 1 years, the hip bone mineral density and the lumbar vertebral bone mineral density were (0.78±0.05) g/cm2, and (0.85±0.06) g/cm2 were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Zoledronic acid in the treatment of senile osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture clinical effect is remarkable, can increase bone mineral density in a large extent, the joint recovery had no effect, has clinical significance.

Objective: To study the relationship between vitamin A (VA) supplementation and the level of IgG antibody to measles strengthened vaccination. Method: Fifty-three school children aged 5-13 years were selected as the test group of VA supplementation, and fifty-two school children as the control group whose ages and sex matched with the test group. The test group was supplicd po the VA pills (2 500IU) at the same time with measles strengthened vaccination for one month. The level of serum VA was analyzed by HPLC. Measles antibody IgG was detected by ELISA. Results: One month after VA supplementation, sernm VA in test group was 376.5?74.2 ?g/L, showing statistical increase over before. The positive rates of measles antibody in the test group were increased from 69.8% to 100%, and the protective rate from 5.6% to 60.4%. The positive rates of measles antibody in the control group were increased from 71.2% to 100%, and the protective rates from 0% to 17.4%. The protective rate in the test group was statistically higher than the control. Conclusion: Simultaneous VA supplementation (especially for the children of VA deficiency) and measles strengthened vaccination contribute to the increase of measles antibody IgG in school children.
