The county health service planning is a very important link in county health reform, the planning process involves many professional problems, such as the setting of total bed number and proportional allocation. To solve these problems, it is needed to find a feasible method. Methods:Using operational research theory and method of linear programming to estimate whether the resource amount could satisfy the needs, and further explore the problem of the health resources in county-township-village. Results:(1) Operational research method could be used to judge whether the total bed amount and rate in county and township are suitable;(2) but linear programming to allocate capital budget model still exist some defects. The blind expansion and the pursuit of institution beds scale expansion are the phenomenon at present stage, the linear programming method could effectively help to determine whether these resources is really insufficient or excess. The method could be expanded to urban areas so as to supervision whether health resources are over expanded.

By following the acupuncture scholar ZHU Lian's academic thought in modern times, and comparing with other contemporary acupuncture scholars, it is found that since the Republic of China, there has been an obvious practice tendency of scientization among academic thoughts of acupuncture, especially in ZHU Lian. This tendency of scientization continues until the early stage of New China. Accompanied with the process of acupuncture high education, academic thoughts represented by acupuncture-moxibustion textbook are different from scientization that is represented by ZHU Lian, and the basic path of acupuncture-moxibustion education and academic theory changed from here.

Objective To study the efficacy and side effects of Ganciclovir combined with L-ornithine-L-aspartate on infant cytomegalovirus(CMV) hepatitis.Methods Sixty infants with CMV hepatitis hospitalized in our hospital from Dec.2009 to Dec.2010 were treated with ganciclovir combined with L-ornithine-L- aspartate.The parameters observed in the study included the pre-and post-treatment data on total Bilirubin (TBIL),alanine aminotransferase (ALT),alkaline Phosphatase (AKP)and the retraction of liver and spleen,as well as the adverse reactions of the treatment.Results The treatment significantly decreased serum TBIL (t =5.74,P ＜ 0.05 ),ALT( t =2.92,P ＜ 0.05 ) and liver( t =8.27 P ＜ 0.05 ) and spleen volume ( t =5.03,P ＜0.05).However,side effects such as liver damage and rash occurred occasionally during the ganciclovir treatment.Intravenous infusion of L-omithine-L-aspartate caused side effects such as vomiting and other mild gastrointestinal reactions.Conclusion The treatment of Ganciclovir combined with L-ornithine-L-aspartate on infant cytomegalovirus hepatitis created good efficacy and can be considered as the first treatment choice.Though it is relatively safe,adverse reactions should be monitored during the treatment.

Purpose:To investigate the expression of oncogene survivin,c-erbB-2 in breast cancer and its prognostic significance.Methods:Detect the expression of survivin,c-erbB-2 in 80 case breast cancer tissues by immunohistochemistry S-P method,analyze its correlation with axillary lymph node metastasis and 5-year disease free survival(DFS).Results:Survivin gene positive expression rate was 68.75%(55/80),c-erbB-2 gene positive expression rate was 36.25%(29/80) in breast cancer tissues,all have positive correlation with the axillary lymph nodes metastasis but negative to 5 years DFS(P0.05);survivin and c-erbB-2 genes expression have positive correlation(P

Objective To understand the status of indoor air formaldehyde pollution in a certain city in China.Methods 50 newly decorated houses in a certain city were chosen and the formaldehyde concentration in indoor air in different types of room were determined.Results The formaldehyde concentrations in indoor air in 56.6% of the investigated 50 houses exceeded the State Standard.And the highest concentration was 1.05 mg/m3 which was 10.5 times of the limit in the State Standard.Child's bedrooms were most seriously polluted,73% of which exceeded the State Standard.Conclusion The status of indoor air formaldehyde pollution in the newly decorated houses in a certain city in China is serious,this problem needs to be paid more attention to.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Xuezhikang on serum MCP-1 and endothelial function of brachial artery in patients with chronic heart failure but with normal cholesterol level. METHODS:Patients with chronic heart failure (NYHAⅡ-Ⅳ) were randomly allocated into two groups(n=24 each).
