Journal of International Oncology 2009;36(12):940-943
The process of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer includes tumor cells invasion, survival in blood stream, extravasation to the liver and proliferation. It is involved in series of molecular markers, among which vascular endothelial growth factor and endothelial growth factor receptor are the major targets.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(10):-
Objective To examine the inhibitory effect of Chinese herbal Compound Dongju on 4-nitroquinoline 1-oxide(4NQO)-induced tongue carcinogenesis in rats. Methods A total of 85 Wistar rats were divided into four groups: model group(n=35),administration group(n=35),normal control group(n=5) and herb control group(n=10).4NQO dissolved in drinking water was administered orally to induce tongue carcinogenesis in rats. The herb compound was injected into the stomach of the rats during oral carcinogenesis.Rats were sacrificed at 9,13,20,24 and 32 weeks from the beginning of the experiment. The tongues of the rats were dissected for gross and histological assessment, and SP immunohistochemical method was also employed to detect the expression of cyclin D1 in the specimens. Results Compared with the model group, the incidence of dysplasia and the positive rate of cyclin D1 were suppressed by Compound Dongju(P
6.Clinical analysis of lower respiratory tract fungal infection in patients with mechanical ventilation in emergency intensive care unit
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, pathogen distribution and outcome of lower respiratory tract fungal infection in patients with mechanical ventilation in emergency intensive care unit(EICU). Methods The clinical data of patients with lower respiratory tract fungal infection treated with mechanical ventilation in EICU were retrospectively analysed. Results Eighty(64.5%) of the 124 patients with mechanical ventilation experienced lower respiratory tract infection, among whom 21(26.2%) were complicated with fungal infection. The predominant pathogen was Candida(Candida albicans,n=11;Candida tropicalis,n=5;Candida smooth,n=3;Candida parapsilosis,n=2).Compared with patients with non-fungal infection(n=59),those with fungal infection(n=21) had higher APACHE II score, longer mechanical ventilation time and longer ICU stay duration(P

The purpose of this study was to identify specific microRNAs (miRNAs) during differentiation and maturation of interneurons and to predict their possible functions by analyzing the expression of miRNAs during in vitro differentiation of the rat interneuron precursor cell line GE6. In the experiment, the interneuron precursor cell line GE6 was cultured under three different conditions, i. e. the first was that had not added growth factors and the normal differentiation cultured for 4 days (Ge6_4d); the second was that cultured with bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP2) for 4 days (Ge6_bmp2); and the third was that cultured with sonic hedgehog (SHH) for 4 days (Ge6_ shh). In addition, another group of undifferentiated GE6 (Ge6_u) was applied as a control. We found in this study that the expression levels of a large number of miRNAs changed significantly during GE6 differentiation. The expression levels of miR-710, miR-290-5p and miR-3473 increased in the GE6 cells with secreted factor BMP2. These miRNAs may play important regulatory roles during interneuron differentiation.

Objective To evaluate left ventricular systolic synchrony in patients with Ⅲ grade atrio-ventricular block(Ⅲ grade AVB) after pacemaker implantation by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography. Methods Methods Twelve patients with Ⅲ grade AVB implanted by VVI pacemaker, seven patients with Ⅲ grade AVB implanted by DDD pacemaker, twenty subjects with normal LV function were examined by Philips iE33 with a X3-1 probe. Results The minimal excursion in patients with Ⅲ grade AVB implanted by VVI pacemaker and DDD pacemaker was less than that in subjects with normal LV function (P <0.05) ,and two "bull eyes" displayed that some regional systolic timing delayed or ahead, but also some regional systolic excursion hypokinesis or dykinesis. Parameter index [including Tmsv 16-SD, Tmsv 12-SD, Tmsv 6-SD, Tmsv 16-Dif, Tmsv 12-Dif, Tmsv 6-Dif, Tmsv 16-SD (%), Tmsv 12-SD (%), Tmsv 6-SD (%), Tmsv 16-Dif (%), Tmsv 12-Dif (%), Tmsv 6-Dif(%)] of 17 segment time to minimal systolic volume in patients with Ⅲ grade AVB implanted by VVI pacemaker and DDD pacemaker was more than that in subjects with normal LV function (all P < 0.05). Conclusions Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography can rapidly evaluate left ventricular systolic synchrony in patients with Ⅲ grade AVB implanted by DDD pacemaker and VVI pacemaker.

Objective To investigate the value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography timing-excursion parametric index and 17 segment volume curves index in patients with restrictive cardiomyopathy. Methods Eight patients with restrictive cardiomyopathy (proven by biopsy),twenty eight subjects with normal left ventricular(LV) function were examined by Philips iE33 with X3-1 probe. Results Parameter index of the SD and maximum difference of Tmsv of 16 segments,12 segments, and 6 basal segments(Tmax 16SD,Tmsv-12SD Tmsv -6SD,Tmsv-16Dif,Tmsv-12 Dif,Tmsv-6Dif,Tmsv 16-SD%,Tmsv 12-SD%,Tmsv 6-SD%,Tmsv 16-Dif%,Tmsv 12-Dif%,Tmsv 6-Dif%) was significantly higher in patients with restrictive cardiomyopathy than that in subjects with normal LV function(all P<0.001).Average and maximum value and minimum of excursion was significantly lower in patients with restrictive cardiomyopathy than that in subjects with normal LV function(P<0.001,P<0.005,P<0.005).And parameter index of 17 segment volume curves index showed higher sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value for diagnose restrictive cardiomyopathy. Conclusions Real-time threedimensional echocardiography can evaluate and diagnose restrictive cardiomyopathy fastly.

China Pharmacy 2015;(23):3223-3225
OBJECTIVE:To investigate rules and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by monoclonal antibodies, and provide reference for rational drug use. METHODS:The literatures of ADR induced by monoclonal antibodies from Jan. 1979 to Dec. 2014 were retrieved and analyzed. RESULTS:Among the 132 ADRs induced by monoclonal antibodies,57 were male(43.18%),75 were female(56.82%),the ratio of male to female was 1∶1.3,the youngest was 2 years old,and oldest was 111 years old;Adalimumab dominated monoclonal antibody drugs(70 cases,53.03%);there were a maximum of ADR(44) within 1 d,accounting for 33.33%;ADR induced by monoclonal antibodies mainly were skin lesions (20.72%),systemic reac-tions(18.42%)and cardiovascular system damage(16.78%),with the specific performance of rash,itching,chills,fever,palpi-tation,rapid heartbeat and so on. CONCLUSIONS:ADR induced by monoclonal antibodies is more common in the clinic. The clin-ic should timely promote and strengthen the patients' care to ensure safe drug use and improve level of clinical treatment.
