Angelicae Sinensis Radix, dried roots of Angelicae sinensis, is a well-known traditional Chinese medicine. Six compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and preparative HPLC. According to physicochemical properties and spectral data, the compounds were identified as senkyunolide H-7-acetate (1), o-phthalic acid (2), diisobutyl phthalate (3), p-hydroxyphenylethanol ferulate (4), ferulic acid (5) and coniferylferulate (6). Compound 1 was a new one.

This study was aimed to observe the effect of Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule ( DJC ) on expression of solu-ble thrombomodulin ( sTM ) and soluble endothelial cell protein C receptor ( sEPCR ) in experimental rats of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). This study also explored possible mechanisms of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue method on vascular endothelial tissue and discussed mechanisms of prevention and management of T2DM vascular lesions . A total of 60 male Sprague-Dawley ( SD ) rats were fed for one week and then randomly divided into the nor-mal control group ( group N , n = 12 , rats were fed with routine food ) and diabetes mellitus group ( n = 48 , rats were fed with high-fat diet). After 4 weeks, rats in the diabetes mellitus group were injected with strepto-zotocin ( STZ ) to induce T2DM . According to the blood glucose level , rats were divided into three groups , wh ich were the model group (group M), pioglitazone (group P), and pioglitazone combined with DJC (group D). Group P was treated with pioglitazone (10 mg?kg-1?d-1), group D was given pioglitazone (10 mg?kg-1?d-1) and DJC ( 0 . 47 g?kg-1?d-1 ) . The group N and group M were treated with sodium chloride ( 5 mL?kg -1?d-1 ) . After four-week drug administration , the levels of sTM , sEPCR , PT , APTT and FIB in each group were tested . The results showed that compared with the control group , the levels of sTM , sEPCR and FIB in group M , group P and group D were significantly increased ( P < 0 . 05 ) , and the levels of PT and APTT were obviously reduced ( P < 0 . 05 ) . Compared with group P , the levels of sTM , sEPCR , FIB of group D were significantly reduced ( P< 0 . 01 ) , and the level of APTT was significantly increased ( P < 0 . 05 ) . However , there was no significant dif-ference in the increasing of PT. It was concluded that the Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue method can reduce the levels of sTM and sEPCR , and effectively improve coagulation . The possible mechanisms of protective effect on the vascular endothelium can be from reducing levels of sTM and sEPCR in order to enhance the activity of anti-coagulation and fibrinolysis , regulate the function of blood coagulation to improve hypercoagulable state .

ObjectiveTo determine the serum level of anti-aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase (ARS)antibody in patients with polymyositis (PM) and dermatomyositis (DM) and to investigate the value of anti-ARS antibody for diagnosing interstitial lung diseases(ILD) in patients with PM/DM compared with anti-Jo-1 antibody.MethodsSerum anti-ARS antibody concentrations were measured by ELISA in 109 adult PM/DM patients,20 patients with SLE,20 patients with RA and 50 healthy controls.T test,Mann-Whitney U test,chi-square test or Fisher exact test were used to compare the sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing ILD in PM/DM patients between anti-ARS antibody and anti-Jo-1 antibody.Moreover,McNemar test was employed to analyze the correlation between the clinical features and anti-MDA5 antibody in PM/DM patients.Results The serum positive rate of anti-ARS antibody was 37.9％,7.8％,10％,0 and 0 in PM/DM patients with ILD and without ILD,patients with SLE and RA and healthy controls,respectively.Serum anti-ARS antibody levels and positive rate in the PM/DM patients with ILD were significantly higher when compared with PM/DM patients without ILD,patients with SLE and RA and healthy controls (X2=-13.5,5.45,10.57,15.17; P＜0.01 ).Anti-ARS antibody presented a significantly higher sensitivity for diagnosing ILD in patients with PM/DM compared to anti-Jo-1 antibody (P＜0.01).The rate of fever and ILD were significantly higher in anti-ARS positive group than anti-ARS negative group(X2=12.55,13.53; P＜0.05),while heliotrope rash and shawl sign occurred more often in anti-ARS negative group(X2=5.7,5.8; P＜0.05).Additionally,follow-up study showed that the serum anti-ARS antibody were all negative in nine patients who died of PM/DM with ILD (P＜0.05).ConclusionSerum anti-ARS antibody is a stronger predictor for early diagnosis of PM/DM with ILD compared to anti-Jo-1 antibody.The detection of anti-ARS antibody can be widely applied to clinical practice.

Abstract：Objective To analyse the level of measles antibody and serological susceptibility of the enterprise employees in Jin⁃ shan District，Shanghai in 2019，to provide references for measles prevention and control of enterprise employees. Methods A total of 1 796 employees were selected from 6 enterprises in Jinshan District by using a stratified random sampling method，of which serum samples from intravenous blood were collected and determined for IgG antibody level of measles by ELISA. Geo⁃ metric mean concentration（GMC）of measles IgG antibody，antibody positive rate and antibody protection rate were calculated and the susceptibility factors of measles in enterprise employees were analyzed by using the unconditional multivariate Logistic regression model. Results The GMC of measles antibody in 1 796 monitoring objects was 639. 71 mIU／mL，the positive rate was 87. 58% and the protection rate was 29. 06%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the odds ratio（OR）of measles susceptibility was 1. 55（95% CI：1. 14 ~ 2. 12）in native subjects compared with non⁃resident subjects，while 2. 35 （95% CI：1. 35 ~ 4. 08）in subjects aged 40 ~ 49 years compared with those aged ≥ 50 years. Conclusion In 2019，the measles antibody level of enterprise employees in Jinshan District of Shanghai was low，and people aged 40 ~ 49，especially the nativeadults，wereathighriskofsusceptibilitytomeasles. Supplementaryimmunizationwithmeaslesvaccineshouldbecarried out for high⁃risk enterprise employees to reduce the risk of measles infection and control the epidemic situation of measles.

The recombination clones contained CFP, LTB-ST foreign gene were screening by PCR using individual bacterial colonies as template, the aimed band was amplified from positive clones, the result was as well as plasmid PCR. The selecting of agrobacterium transformed with recombination plasmid could also use this method of PCR screening of individual bacterial colonies. The result of individual bacterial colonies PCR was as well as that of PCR using bacterial solution as template. It showed that the method individual bacterial colonies PCR was an efficient, easy one that characterized recombination clones.

Abstract? AIM: To analyze the ocular manifestations of meningiomas in the trigone of the lateral ventricle, discuss the relevant factors of visual impairment in these patients and things need attention clinically.?METHODS:Retrospectively study on the clinical data of 90 eyes in 45 patients diagnosed of trigonal meningiomas treated at Beijing Tian Tan Hospital from October 2011 to October 2015.Preoperative examinations including visual acuity, optic disc findings, visual field, size of tumors and other change in MRI were analyzed.?RESULTS: Patients'age was 12-68 years old ( mean 41.7 ±13.7 years ). Male/female ratio was 1 ∶4.6. Decreased visual acuity occurred in 18 eyes.Optic disc edema was found in 24 eyes and optic disc pale in 6 eyes. Fourty -seven eyes had visual field defect, mostly homonymous hemianopia or defect. The maximum diameter of tumors was 2.1-9.6cm (4.8±1.7cm).Range of tumor volume was 3.02-193.2cm3(48.3±47.8cm3).A positive correlation of preoperative visual field defect was found with tumor volume, tumor maximum diameter, and brain midline shift respectively. While the preoperative visual field defect was not found any correlation with age, gender, course, and the enlargement of the ventricle and the edema of the tissue around the tumors. After Mann-Whitney U test, the differences on tumor volume, the maximum diameter of tumors, and brain midline shift between the two groups were significant.? CONCLUSION: Patients with trigonal meningiomas often have ocular signs and symptoms.The major reason of visual field defect is the damage of optic radiation around the tumor.The specific position of injured optic radiation determines the type and extent of visual field defect.Both ophthalmologist and neurosurgeon should pay attention to tumors nearby posterior visual pathway. Doing neurophthalmology examinations for these patients and realizing the position between the tumor and posterior visual pathway will be helpful and necessary in surgical planning.

Objective To investigate the expression and prognostic significance of P-JAK2, P-STAT3 and mutant p53 in cervical lesions. Methods A total of 153 cervical biopsies of patients from Gynecology Department, The Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were recruited during December 2013 to June 2015. Fifty-seven cases of squamous carcinoma of cervix (SCC), 36 cases of low grade intraepithelial neoplasia (LSIL), 30 patients with high grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HSIL) and 30 cases of normal cervix (NC) were included in the study. Gene chip method was used to detect high-risk hu-man papillpmavirus(HR-HPV)infection. Hematoxylin-eosin staining was used to make pathological diagnosis. Immunohis-tochemical assay was used for the detection of P-JAK2, P-STAT3 and mutant type p53 protein expression in cervical le-sions. Results (1) HR-HPV infection rate and P-JAK2 expression were significantly higher in SCC group than those of HSIL group, LSIL group and NC group (P<0.05). (2) The expression of P-STAT3 and mutant type p53 were significantly higher in SCC group than those of LSIL group and NC group (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference between SCC group and HSIL group. (3) The positive expressions of P-JAK2 and P-STAT3 showed significant differences in different FIGO stages, histopathological grade, lymph node metastasis and HR-HPV infection in SCC group, respectively ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in the positive expression of mutant type p53 between different FIGO stages and HR-HPV infection (P<0.05). (4) There was positive correlation between P-JAK2, P-STAT3, positive expression of mutant type p53 and HR-HPV infection in SCC tissues (P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between P-STAT3, p53 expression and HR-HPV infection (P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between mutant p53 expression and HR-HPV infection (P<0.05). Conclusion P-JAK2, P-STAT3 and mutant p53 protein expression rates are high in SCC group than those of NC and SIL groups, which may be associated with HR-HPV infection, cervical cancer occurrence and progression.

Objective To evaluate the valuse of endoscopic ultrasonography ( EUS ) for upper gastrointestinal submucosal lesions and the role of Photoshop in differentiating leiomyoma and stromal tumors. Methods Data of 656 patients with upper gastrointestinal submucosal lesions evaluated by EUS and receiving endoscopic submucosal dissection ( ESD ) from April 2010 to March 2015 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. The goldern standard for lesions size and origin was the intraoperative diagnosis of ESD, and that of the type of lesions ( leiomyoma, stromal tumor, ectopic pancreas, lipoma, etc.) was pathological and immunohistochemical finding. The consistency of diagnosis of the EUS was evaluated. In addition, Photoshop was used to differentiate diagnosis of leiomyoma and stromal tumors which were confirmed by pathology and immunohistochemistry. Results The consistency in diagnosing the size and lesion origins was 92?56%(560/605) and 88?43%(535/605)between EUS and ESD intraoperative result. The consistency in pathological types of EUS was 79?34%(480/605). Photoshop was used to analyze the EUS images of 177 stromal tumor and 241 leiomyoma. The gray value of stromal tumor was significantly higher than that of leiomyoma(59?97 VS 39?39, t=43?27, P<0?05).The echo of stromal tumor was higher. The standard deviation of gray value of leiomyoma were significantly lower than that of the stromal tumor ( 4?81 VS 5?42, t = 2?83, P < 0?05 ) , indicating the echo uniformity of leiomyoma was better. Conclusion EUS shows high accuracy rate for upper gastrointestinal submucosal lesions, providing more accurate basis for endoscopic therapy. EUS combined with Photoshop is helpful for differentiating stromal tumor from leiomyoma.
