Objective To discuss a method to show the structure of small mammary gland well by computed radiography(CR).Methods By analyzing 150 radiographs of mammary glands, the results showed that the mammary structure showed well whether or not was depended on the size of mammary gland.Using 24 steps aluminum ladder mimiced the small mammary gland and radiography was taken with various parameters and different imaging plate(IP) shading ways, then processed and printed, after that it was measured by density instrument. Results The display of grey scale of 24 steps aluminum ladder was improved if shading 10~15 mm margin of the IP by collimator or shading the central by a square cuprum plate with 22 mm length and 0.2 mm thickness.Radiography of small mammary gland by the same way was performed and the mammary structure was also showed well. Conclusion Shading the exposing areas properly by collimator or cuprum plate during CR can apparently improve the display of small mammary structure.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of dorsal interosseous artery island flap to cover soft tissue defects of the hand. Methods Ten cases (8 males and 2 females) treated between 2009 and 2012 were included. The age was from 15 to 74 years. There were 4 patients associated with mechanical injury,3 electric injury,2 chronic ulcer and 1 hot crush injury.Size of the defect ranged from 3.0 cm × 2.5 cm to 12.0 cm × 7.0 cm,and the size of the flap ranged from 4.0 cm× 3.0 cm to 13.0 cm × 8.0 cm.The portable Doppler ultrasound was employed to locate the branches from the forearm dorsal interosseous artery. The dorsal interosseous retrograde artery distally based was used to repair hand softtissue defects. Results All the flaps survived except for some necrosis in one case which healed after dressing change.Eight patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year and two patients were lost to follow-up.Flap had soft texture and similar color and sensation as the adjacent skin.No apparent hypertrophic scarfing on the donor site was observed.Flap was slighdy swollen in one case. Conclusion Dorsal interosseous artery retrograde island flap is safe and effective to repair hand soft tissue defects.

OBJECTIVETo determine the compound Daqiqi decoction( CDQD) combined cisplatin plays on the cell apoptosis of subcutaneous transplanted ovarian cancer in nude mice, to provide theory evidence for clinical treatment.
METHODMaking the models of subcutaneous transplanted ovarian cancer in nude mice, and divide the 40 mice with tumor into 5 groups (n = 8), the model control group, CDQD low dosed group, CDQD high dosed group, cisplatin group, cisplatin combined CDQD group, killing all the mice after 3 weeks' treatment and stripping tumors. Measure the volume and weight of the tumor and calculate tumor growth curve damps, the inhibition rate. Examining the expression of the Bcl-2(B-cell leukemia /lymphoma 2) and Bax (Bcl-2 associated x protein) mRNA and protein by the RT-PCR and the Western blot.
RESULT(O)The tumor weight shows that there was certain lighter effect in each CDQD group, and compared with cisplatin groups has no statistical significance, the cisplatin combined CDQD group is obviously lighter than that of the other group(P <0.01). The tumor growth curve damps shows that compared with model control group, the treatment group tumors had some extent narrowing (P < 0.01). (2) RT-PCR results: Bax (Bcl-2 associated x protein) mRNA expression shows that compared with model control group, the treatment group has increased (P < 0.01), and the cisplatin combined CDQD group compared with the other group is the highest, there was significant difference with the rest of the treatment group (P < 0.01). In the Bcl-2 mRNA express lowest in cisplatin combined CDQD group (P < 0.01), there has no difference between CDQD high dose group and cisplatin group. (Western blot shows: compared with model control group, the Bax protein of treatment group has increased expression (P < 0.01), the expression of Bax protein in cisplatin combined CDQD group is the highest(P < 0.01). There has no difference between CDQD high dose group and cisplatin group. The Bcl-2 protein expression of the cisplatin combined CDQD group is the lowest (P < 0.01), there has no difference between CDQD high dose group and cisplatin group.
CONCLUSIONThe effect of CDQD on subcutaneous transplantation ovarian tumor has promoting apoptosis function, its mechanism may be related to downgrade the Bcl-2 expression, higher expression of bax, stimulation on the apoptosis of tumor cells; cisplatin combined CDQD have synergistic effect.

Microtubule is one of the key components of the cytoskeleton and plays an important role in the maintenance of cell shape and the process of signal transduction and mitosis. Due to the extreme importance of microtubule in the process of mitosis, tubulin becomes one of the most important targets for development of new anticancer drugs and tubulin inhibitors are used for the treatment of cancer nowadays. These inhibitors have antitumor activity by inhibiting or promoting the assembly of tubulin to microtubules and interfering the process of cell mitosis. This review summarized the research progress of the tubulin inhibitors, especially the introduction of the tubulin inhibitors of pharmacological activities and the progress of clinical research. Also, the development trend of these inhibitors is discussed.

Background Lensectomy with anterior capsule preserving is still advisable under specific conditions during vitrectomy.Although lens epithelial cells were polished off during surgery, opacification in varying degrees could be observed.Understanding the composition of proliferative anterior capsule membrane is of an important clinical significance for the prevention and manegement. Objective This study was to investigate the management and pathology of the pupillary area membranous opacity underling preserved anterior capsule after lensectomy in diabetic eyes with silicone oil tamponade. Methods Twenty-three eyes of 21 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) and cataract received vitrectomy combined with lensectomy preserved anterior capsule in China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January to December 2013,and the proliferative anterior capsular membrane specimens with the opacification grade C or D were obtained. The fibrotic membrane underlying anterior capsules were removed in order to make a clear optical area during the operation of silicone oil removal. The proliferative membrane at pupillary area was cut off by cutter probe for the eyes with the membrane attaching tightly or partial capsule laceration occurred. The available specimens were examined under the optical microscope and polarized microscope respectively after hemotoxylin and eosin staining,Van Gieson collagen staining,Masson collagen staining and Picrosirius staining. Results The proliferative fibrosis membranes were pilled to get a clear pupillary area in 15 eyes, with the successfully rate 65.2% (15/23).In 14 eyes with degree C opacity, the proliferative fibrosis membranes were pilled in 9 eyes, with the successfully rate 64.3 % (9/14),and 5 eyes received anterior capsule cutthrough by cutter in pupillary area, with a diameter of 3-4 mm,and available specimens were obtained in 3 eyes.In 9 eyes with degree D opacity, the proliferative membranes were pilled in 6 eyes, with the successfully rate of 66.7% (6/9),and 3 eyes underwent cut-through by cutter, and available specimens were obtained in 7 eyes. The best corrected visual acuity was obviously improved in 20 eyes and unchanged in 3 eyes after surgery. The histopathological examination showed fibroblasts, pigment particles and intracellular and extracellular vacuolus formation by hemotoxylin and eosin staining, fibril tissue with the pinke staining by Van Gieson, collage formation with green color by Masson staining in the specimens.Picrosirius staining plus polarization microscopy observation revealed that the collagen consisted of abundant type Ⅰ collagen with stronger reddish yellow color and small amount of type Ⅲ collagen with green color. Conclusions A combination of silicon oil removal with proliferative mambrane pelling is a available way to restore pupillary transparency in the eyes of PDR with cataract and silicone oil tamponade eyes.Proliferative residual lens epithelial cells, pigment epithelial cells and silicon oil granules are the main composition of opacity mambrane. The type Ⅰ collagen is dominant in proliferative collagen tissue.
