Objective To investigate and analyze the health-promoting lifestyle and its influencing factors in patients with impaired glucose tolerance ( IGT) in Shenzhen, to provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling the occurrence and development of IGT.Methods By using the convenience sample method, a total of 90 patients who were diagnosed with IGT during medical examination in VIP&Health Center from January to June 2015 were investigated with health-promoting lifestyle profile ( HPLP) and general information profile. Results The total score of lifestyle was (133.94±22.75) points, and the average score of total items was (2.58±0.44) points; differences of HPLP score in patients with different age, educational level, marriage, occupation, income and body mass index (BMI) were significant (χ2 = 3.017,2.220,3.529, 2. 341,2.341,3.017;P<0.01).Conclusions The health-promoting lifestyle of IGT patients was in a good level, IGT patients who are <45 years old, below college degree, enterprise managers, annual income≥250, 000 yuan, BMI≥25 kg/ m2, their HPLP level was rather lower, and they should develop good exercise habits, as well as prevent and control the occurrence and development of IGT and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, in order to reduce microvascular and macrovascular complications, and enhance their overall living quality.

Objective To study the therapeutic mechanisms of pseudolaric acid on allergic contact dermatitis in mice. Methods A total of 50 BALB/C mice were selected and randomly divided into control group, model group, and treatment A, B, C groups with 10 rats in each group. ACD model was established in model group, and treatment A, B, C groups but not in control group. Model group received no treatment, but treatment A, B, C groups were treated with external application of the concentration of 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4% of the pseudolaric acid for the lesions of ear skin. And the weight gain and the swelling degree of the mice' ear were recorded, weight of thymus and spleen were measured. Spleen suspension was prepared to test T lymphocyte and B lymphocyte levels of mice in five groups. Changes in serum IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-10 levels were tested through the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The weight gain of mice in model group were significant lower than those of mice in the control group and the treatment A, B, C groups (P < 0.05). Weight gain of mice in treatment A, B groups were significant lower than that of control group (P < 0.05), but the difference in weight gain between treatment C group and control group showed no significant difference (P > 0.05). The swelling degree and the weight of mice ears in model group were significant higher than those of mice in control group and treatment A, B, C groups (P < 0.05). Swelling degree and the weight of mice ears of treatment A, B, C groups were obviously higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). The swelling degree and weight of mice' ears in treatment A, B, C groups were decreased with the increase of the drug dosage, but comparison between A, B and C group showed statistically differences (P < 0.05). The thymus and spleen index of mice in model group were significant higher than those of the other four groups (P < 0.05), among the four groups, thymus and spleen index of treatment A and B group were higher than control group and treatment C group (P < 0.05). The stimulation index of T and B cells of mice in model group was significantly higher than the rest four groups (P < 0.05). The serum IFN-γ level of mice in control group and treatment A, B and C group was obviously lower than that of mice in model group (P < 0.05). The serum IFN-γ level of mice in treatment A, B and C group were decreased with the increasing of the drug dosage, and the level of C group was obviously lower than that of A and B group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The pseudolaric acid has anti-inflammation and immune adjustment the effects showing a remarkable therapeutic effects for the ACD mice.

OBJECTIVETo explore the relationship between expression of CD96 and CD123 and prognosis of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS).
METHODSEight-nine MDS patients(MDS group) and 20 persons without hematologic disease as controls(Control group) were enrolled. The patients were grouped by the risk. All participants received bone marrow biopsy. Mononuclear cells were extracted, CD34CD38CD123and CD34CD38CD96cells were counted by using flow cytometry. Expressions of 2 type cells in control group, MDS group and its subgroups were analyzed.
RESULTSThe proportion of CD34cells and CD34CD38cells in mononuclear cells of patients in MDS group was higher than in control group (P<0.05). The proportions of CD34CD38CD123cells and CD34CD38CD96cells in CD34CD38cells were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05) and the proportion increased with the risk. In the low-and middle-risk group, the rates of complete remission(CR) and partial remission(PR) of patients with CD123and CD96were higher than those in patients with CD123and CD96; in the middle-2 and high risk patients, the PR of patients with CD123was higher than that in patients with CD123(P<0.05). The CR rate of patients with CD96was higher than that of patients with CD96(P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe differentiation of CD34cells in bone marrow of MDS patients is abnormal, and the high expression of CD123 and CD96 cells existes. These findings may partially explain the cause of hematopoietic stem cell malignant clone in MDS patients.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the expression level of T lymphocyte subsets in elderly patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM), and to evaluated the prognostic value of T lymphocytic abnormalities in elderly NDMM patients.
METHODS:
Pretreated peripheral blood of 39 newly diagnosed elder patients with MM was tested by multi-parameter flow cytometry (MFC) to quantitatively detect T lymphocyte subsets, including CD4T cell, CD8T cell, and CD4/CD8 ratio. The prognostic values T-lymphocyte subset were evaluated in newly diagnosed elderly patients with MM.
RESULTS:
The median follow-up time was 21.5 (range, 3.0-66.0) months. Absolute counts of CD4T cell and CD4/CD8 ratio positively correlated with prognosis. In the multivariate COX analysis, lower CD4/CD8 ratio and CD4T cell counts were identified to be independent adverse prognostic factors for OS.
CONCLUSION
Lower CD4/CD8 ratio and CD4T cell counts at initial diagnosis are independent unfavorable prognostic factors for elderly patients with MM, and T lymphocyte subsets are crucial indicators for MM patients' prognosis.
