4.Clinical observation on the treatment of distal radius fractures operation
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(17):18-20
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of distal radius fractures operation. Methods Eighty distal radius fractures patients who were treated from January 2010 to January 2011 were divided into observation group and control group by random digits table method, each group had 40 cases. The observation group was treated with plate internal fixation, the control group took closed reduction and splint external fixation. The palmar tilt, radial ulnar deviation, axial shortening before treatment and after treatment for 3 months were compared between two groups. The clinical curative effect after treatment for 1 year was compared. Results The palmar tilt, radial ulnar deviation, axial shortening before treatment between two groups had no significant difference (P > 0.05).After treatment for 3 months, the palmar tilt, radial ulnar deviation, axial shortening in observation group were (17.0 ± 1.6)°,(23.0 ± 2.1)°,(1.0 ± 0.2) mm,in control group were (4.0 ± 0.8)°,(10.0 ± 1.1)°,(4.0 ± 1.1) mm,there was significant difference(P< 0.05).After treatment for 1 year, the excellent and good rate in observation group was 90.0%(36/40),significantly higher than that in control group [50.0% (20/40)] (P < 0.05).Conclusion Plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures is more conductive to the wrist recovery of joint structure and function, reduce the occurrence of wrist joint dysfunction, improve the quality of life, and is worth to be applied in clinic.
5.Long-term safety follow-up of living kidney donors: a report of 26 cases
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
Objective:To evaluate the long-term safety of living kidney donors after nephrectomy.Methods:Twenty-six living donors of kidney were followed up for 2-8 years, with a mean of(4.27?2.11)years.The serum creatinine, blood pressure, proteinuria and psychological stress were observed in the donors during follow-up.Results..The serum creatinine had a significant increase after nephrectomy(P
6.THE CLINICAL APPLICATION OF ANESTHESIA FOR DENTAL PHOBIA IN CHILDREN'S O-RAL TREATMENT SEVOFLURANE INHALATION
Modern Hospital 2015;(4):35-36,37
Objective To explore dental phobia in children 's oral treatment sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia clinical results. Methods 100 cases of dental phobia children in our hospital between January 2012 to January 2014 were observed, which were divided to the school -age group and preschool group , 50 patients, respectively. They were all treated with heptafluorobutyric alkyl inhalation anesthesia , and the anesthesia effects were compared .Results The adverse effects, oxygen saturation and mean arterial blood pressure changes and induction of anesthesia in chil -dren awake have statistically significant difference (p <0.05).Conclusion This study suggest that sevoflurane in -halation anesthesia is an effective dental phobia children 's oral therapy, and has a high application value .
7.The experimental studys on the effect of glutamine in the intestinal barrier function on rats
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2004;0(06):-
Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of glutamine(Gln) on the intestinal barrier function in rats. Methods: Forty-five Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups(groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢ) of fifteen animals each:.Rats of groupⅠ,groupⅡwere fed on normal diet and group Ⅲ was fed on 3% Gln-supplemented diet. The stress model was established in rats of groupⅡand Ⅲ.3 weeks later, the D-lactate,Gln levels in plasma and the contents of corticotropic releasing hormone(CRH),neurotensin(NT) in brain were measured. The morphology of small intestinal protein,DNA contents and its mucosa were observed. Results: Compared with control group, stress increased D-lactate level in plasma and reduced plasma glutamine level and the content of protein and DNA in small intestinal mucosa respectively. The small intestine demonstrated evident pathological characteristics under stress.Compared with stress group,D-lactate level in plasma was reduced and DNA content in small intestinal was increased in group Ⅲ.The CRH content in brain tissue was reduced and NT content in brain tissues was increased after Gln-supplemented.The pathological picture of small intestinal mucosa under stress was ameliorated after Gln-supplemented.Conclusion: The intestinal barrier function of rats may be protected after Gln-supplementation.Gln-derived neurotransmitters could alleviate the stressful damage of intestinal mucosa.
8.Survivin expression in ovarian cancer and its associationwith tumor cellular apoptosis
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective: To investigate clinical significance of survivin expression, cellular apoptosis in ovarian cancer.Method: The apoptosis in sit ovarian cancer were identified by the terminal deoxynucleotidy transfer mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL) and survivin expression was detected by immunohistologic staining in 50 cases of ovarian cancer.Result: Survivin was expressed in 36 of 50 ovarian cancer(72%).The correlation was found between survivin expression, cellular apoptosis. The 5 year survival rate in the group of survivin-negative cases was significant higher than in the group of survivin-positive cases(P
9.Assessment of the social disability of elderly patients with urinary incontinence
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(8):56-58
Objective This study is to conduct an overall assessment of social function of elderly pa-tients with urinary incontinence (UI) and the factors that affect the social function exactly. Thus, some nurs-ing intervention can be put forward for the patients. Methods The investigation was carried out with inter-national consultation on incontinence questionnaire short form (ICI-Q-SF), incontinence quality-of-life scale (I-QOL) and social disability screening schedule (SDSS). Results The mean score of SDSS of patients was 4.0, this score was between patients with neurosis and patients with mental illness. The number of elderly pa-tients with UI investigated in this research who had social disability was 90. The incidence of social disability was 81.82%. Age and UI were the main factors affecting the social function of elderly patients with UI. There was significant correlation between social function and quality of life, the more serious of social disability, the poor of life quality. Conclusions Significant social disability exists in the investigated elderly patients with urinary incontinence. Some effective nursing interventions must be taken to improve the situation and increase their survival quality.
10.Anti-cancer gene vaccine
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(11):813-815
The development of cancer gene vaccineis gradually maturing, common genes mainly include cytokine gene vaccines,multi-gene combined vaccines,gene-transfered dendritic cell vaccines, and so on.In re-cent years the development of cancer gene vaccines gradually tend toward looking for gene vaccine adjuvants,or exploration of the combination of different genes to achieve a more effective therapeutic purposes.
