Colon carcinoma is one of the most common malignant neoplasms.The incidence of this disease has been increasing significantly in recent years in China.Ahhough diagnostic and therapeutic methods have been im proved greatly.carcinoma invasion and metastasis are considered to be the main causes of poor prognosis and death. Tumor metastasis is a complicated process with multiple steps and factors.Cell adhesion molecule(CAM)play a very impntant role in this process while it expresses exceptionally or loses its function.CAM is a kind of glycopro tein molecule by the cell synthesis which mediates the intereontact and intercombination between cell and cell or be tween cell and matrix.It takes part in a series of important physiologic and pathologic processes,such as cell signal conduction and activation,cell extension and migration,tumor metastasis and wound healing,and so on.

Interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) is interposed between enteric neurons and smooth muscle cells in gastrointestinal muscles, it is the pacemaker cells of the gastrointestinal tract. ICC are essential for generation and regeneration of slow wave and play an important role in the regulation of gastrointestinal smooth muscle. Further study of ICC has importance in realizing the physiology of gastrointestinal motor and the mechanisms of gastrointestinal motility disease.

This paper reviews the coronavirus species and post-infection symptoms of aquatic animals such as marine mammals, ferrets, fish, and waterfowl, analyzes the activity and transmission of coronaviruses in the aquatic environment, compares the homology of aquatic coronaviruses with SARS-CoV-2, and assesses the zoonotic risk. The results showed that aquatic animal coronaviruses were mainly α, γ, δ coronavirus and Alphaletovirus. SARS⁃CoV⁃2 is more similar to marine mammal coronavirus (51.90%-52.30%) and less similar to fish, mink, duck and goose coronavirus (43.30%-47.90%). The risk of transmission of coronaviruses carried by minks and marine mammals to humans is relatively greater, and from fish and waterfowl to humans is relatively small. By elaborating on the situation of coronavirus infection in aquatic animals, this paper is conducive to solving related issues such as the prevention and control of coronavirus epidemics, which is of great significance to ecosystems and public health.

A patient with intermittent right lumbar pain for more than one month and aggravating for one week was reported. The right laparoscopic radical nephrectomy was performed, and fibrosarcoma of the right kidney was diagnosed. The patient refused further radiotherapy or chemotherapy and was discharged on the 11th after surgery. One year after operation, the patient underwent chest CT, and subdural tumor of right lobe of liver was detected. A surgery was performed in another hospital, and liver metastasis from right renal fibrosarcoma was diagnosed. He was alive four months after operation.

Currently, the total ureteral avulsion are mainly secondary to ureteroscopy, and it is rarely caused by uterine evacuation clinically. This paper reported a case of total ureter avulsion after uterine evacuation, treating by ileal replacement for ureter under general anesthesia, and the surgical outcome was good. Uterine evacuation is a routine, less risky procedure, but it also can lead to serious complications such as total ureteral avulsion or bladder rupture. For potential high-risk patients with uterine evacuation, preventive measures such as accurate localization under B-ultrasound guidance or pre-operative ureteral stents indwelling are useful to avoid the occurrence of such serious complications. If total ureteral avulsion occurs, ileal replacement for ureter is a viable and effective treatment.

A female patient who was admitted to the hospital on March 4, 2020 due to the right kidney mass for 4 days by physical examination. Ultrasound examination revealed a single space-occupying lesion in the right kidney, and further examination of the abdominal enhanced CT and three-dimensional reconstruction showed two lesions in the right kidney. The retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy was carried out. The pathological diagnosis were renal leiomyoma and renal eosinophiloma, respectively. After 1 year follow-up, no recurrence or metastasis was found.

The segmental testicular infarction rate is extremely low, usually showing acute testicular pain, which needs to be distinguished from testicular tumor, testicular torsion, etc. Only a few cases were reported. In this study, two cases were presented. Case one, a 13-year-old boy, was admitted to hospital due to right testicular swelling and pain for 3 days. Presenting with vomiting once on May 5, 2017.He underwent right scrotum exploration and testicular fixation. Testicular pain was disappeared and discharged on the five days operation. There was no obvious abnormality in color doppler ultrasound after one year after operation. Another patient, a 26-year-old man, was admitted to hospital due to left testicular swelling and pain for 6 on March 15, 2018. He was treated with Xue Saitong, natra heparin calcium and Maizhiling tablets. After seven days of treatment, the testicular pain improved and were discharged. One month after discharge, the patient had no pain or discomfort, and the color Doppler ultrasound showed that the left subtesticular polar-like low-isoecho, and a small amount of star-like blood flow signal around.

[摘 要] 目的：探讨中药地黄提取物梓醇（Cat）对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖与凋亡，以及裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响及其机制。方法：以不同质量浓度（0、5、25、50、100、200 μg/mL）Cat处理人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞，用MTT法筛选Cat给药浓度。将MCF-7细胞分为空白对照组、Cat低剂量组、Cat中剂量组、Cat高剂量组、Cat+sh-NC组和Cat+sh-FOXO3组，采用Edu细胞增殖实验、平板克隆实验、流式细胞术分别检测各组细胞的增殖与克隆形成能力、凋亡率和细胞周期，WB法检测各组细胞中FOXO3、FOXM1、caspase-3和caspase-8蛋白表达。构建乳腺癌MCF-7细胞裸鼠移植瘤模型，观察Cat对移植瘤生长的影响，WB法检测移植瘤组织中FOXO3和FOXM1蛋白表达。结果：Cat低（50 μg/mL）、中（100 μg/mL）、高（200 μg/mL）剂量处理的MCF-7细胞的增殖能力均显著下降（均P<0.05）。与空白对照组比较，Cat低、中、高剂量组Edu阳性细胞率、克隆形成数、S期与G2/M期细胞比例及FOXO3蛋白表达均显著降低（均P<0.05），细胞凋亡率、G0/G1期细胞比例及FOXM1、caspase-3、caspase-8蛋白表达均显著升高（均P<0.05）；与Cat+sh-NC组比较，Cat+sh-FOXO3组Edu阳性细胞率、克隆形成数、S期与G2/M期细胞比例及FOXO3蛋白表达均显著升高（均P<0.05），细胞凋亡率、G0/G1期细胞比例及FOXM1、caspase-3和caspase-8蛋白表达均显著下降（均P<0.05）。Cat组MCF-7细胞裸鼠移植瘤体积、质量和FOXO3蛋白表达均显著降低（均P<0.05），FOXM1的蛋白表达显著升高（P<0.05）。结论：Cat抑制乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖并促进凋亡，在体内抑制裸鼠移植瘤的生长，其机制可能与上调FOXO3、下调FOXM1的表达有关。

Objective To understand the distribution and the characteristics on molecular typing of Salmonella (S.) typhimurium isolates gathered from the surveillance program and to construct the standard S.typhimurium databank in the laboratory through surveillance network PulseNet,in Guangdong province to improve the capability of detection on laboratory-based foodbome outbreaks.Methods With the application of standard pulse-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and multiple loci VNTR analysis (MLVA) including seven VNTRs loci protocols on PulseNet International Network,275 isolates of S.typhimurium from ten cities in Guangdong province were typed and their patterns analyzed.The molecular typing databank was constructed by BioNumerics.Results With S.typhimurium the most common serotypes,the average annual positive rate of Salmonella strains and S.typhimurium were 4.03％ and 1.38％ respectively.The positive rate and proportion presented a double-peak trend,appearing in May and September.The chromosomal DNA of S.typhimurium was digested with Xba Ⅰ restricted endonucleotidase and 124 PFGE patterns were observed after pulse-field gel electrophoresis,with the discrimination index (D) as 0.928 6.The patterns including more than three S.typhimurium isolates and were further digested with the second enzyme Bln Ⅰ to achieve 174 patterns,with the D value as 0.989 1.Under MLVA method,143 variant patterns were obtained,with the D value reaching 0.966 5.Data showed that the discriminatory ability of the MLVA typing method in S.typhimurium was superior to PFGE-Xba Ⅰ but equal to PFGE-Xba Ⅰ-Bln Ⅰ.In addition,when S.typhimurium strains were respectively analyzed by PFGE under double enzymes digestion and MLVA,the results appeared coincident and relative.Conclusion The variant patterns showed by the two molecular typing methods indicating a genetic diversity existed among the clinical S.typhimurium isolates in Guangdong province.Databank of S.typhimurium was constructed and could be used in laboratory surveillance programs.Under the characterization of analyzing similarity and evolution among S.typhimurium isolates,MLVA was suitable for cluster analysis on early detection of outbreaks caused by S.typhimurium.
