1.Role of BCL-2 family in cell autophagy
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(10):701-704
Apoptosis, a mechanism of cell physiological death, is a kind of autonomic and order death process sequence-controlled by gene. Cell Autophngy is a kind process of serf-degrade, by enwraping cytosol and organelles, fusing with the lysosome, finally degrading lumen. There is complex relation between apop-tosis and autophngy. Autophngy can protect cells against death during stress, but it can also mediate cellular demise, depending on the specific circumstances. Bcl-2 family plays an intercross role apeptosis and autoph-ngy. This review focuses on the current research progress of the role of Bcl-2 family in cell autophagy.

Objective To evaluate the expression of human kallikrein10 (KLK10) in different endometrioid tissues and analyse the relationship of KLK10 with ER and PR in endometrioid adenoearcinoma. Methods The expression of KLK10 protein in 12 normal endometria,19 endometrial hyperplasia and 34 endometrial carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlations of the expression of KLK10 protein,ER and PR were analyzed. Results The expression of KLK10 in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 64.3 %(9/14),30.0 % (3/10),10.0 % (1/10),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The expression of KLK10 in endometrial carcinoma, normal endometria, endometrial hyperplasia were 66.7 % (8/12),33.3 %(4/12),10.0 % (1/10),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The expression of KLK10 in G1,G2,G3 were 66.7 %,33.3 %,10.0 %,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The positive rate of KLK10 expression was 38.2 % and the positive rates of ER and PR expression were 67.6 %and 55.9 %,respectively,in 34 endometrial carcinoma. The expression of KLK10 was positively correlated with ER and PR expression (x2 =0.448,P < 0.01).Conclusion Absence or down-regulated expression of KLK10 may play an important role in the formation and development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The low expression of KLK10 is correlated with low expression of ER and PR in endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The positive expression of KLK00,ER and PR predicts a better prognosis.

Objective The aim of this study was to generate human cholesteryl ester transfer protein ( CETP) transgenic rabbits and analyze their biological properties. Methods We generated human CETP transgenic rabbits by DNA microinjection, and detected the expression of human CETP by real-time PCR and Western blot assay. The activity of CETP was measured using an activity assay kit. Results Human CETP transgenic rabbits were successfully generated by DNA microinjection.Compared with wide type rabbits, the expression of human CETP was dramatically increased in the liver of the human CETP transgenic rabbits. The plasma CETP activity was also much higher in the liver of human CETP transgenic rabbits than that of control rabbits. Conclusions The model of human CETP transgenic rabbits is successfully established by DNA microinjection. It will provide a useful tool for the studies of CETP biological function and its involvement in the mechanisms of cardiovascular diseases.

Objective To investigate the blood-borne occupational exposure situation of medical staffs and to analyze its risk factors in order to provide a basis for working out the protective measures of medical staffs and risk evaluation .Methods The monitoring data of medical staffs with blood-borne occupational exposure in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed for understanding the occupational exposure risk factors of medical staffs ,exposure sources ,preventive drugs , regular check-up and follow-up situation as well as the relationship between the occupational protection training and the occupational exposure occurrence rate .Results Females among occupational exposure persons were more than males during 2013-2015 ,nurses were more than doctors ,which were dominated by persons under 30 years old .The occupational exposure links were mainly pulling out needle ,followed by operation suture and medical wastes handling ;the occupational exposure mainly occurred at morning , followed by afternoon ,night was minimal .The occupational exposure occurrence rate after protection training was significantly lower than that before training ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .01) .The exposure sources were in turn hepatitis B , syphilis ,AIDS and hepatitis C .No infection case occurred after 6-12 months regular check-ups and follow-up of serology and virology .Conclusion Conducting the occupational protection training for medical staffs ,strictly complying with the medical procedures and increasing the safety protective awareness can reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure and are conducive to control the occupational risk .
