Objective To know the effect of cold stress on the artery pressure and the concentration of IL-2, IL-10, IFN-?, TNF-? in the serum of the rabbits. Methods The local white rabbits of China (clean grade) were anesthetized. The mAP (mean artery pressure), mSP (mean systolic pressure), mDP (mean diastolic pressure) and the concentration of IL-2, IL-10, IFN-?, TNF-? were determined at 0 h, 0.25 h, 0.50 h, 0.75 h, 1.00 h, 1.50 h, 2.00 h, 3.00 h, 4.00 h and 6.00 h after cold stress. Results The mAP,mSP and mDP changed undulant with the delay of cold stress, but the whole tendency was descendent. The mAP,mSP and mDP went up to the peak at 1 h,however lower than control. The concentration of IL-2 increased then decreased with the delay of cold stress, the concentration of IL-10 went down then up and the concentration of TNF-?,IFN-? went down gradually. There was a strong correlation between IFN-? and TNF-? (r=0.983 0,P

Objective To explore the value of dual-phase enhanced CT radiomics in predicting post-acute pancreatitis diabetes mellitus(PPDM-A).Methods A total of 145 patients with acute pancreatitis(AP)were retrospectively collected, including 62 patients in PPDM-A group and 83 patients in non-PPDM-A group. The patients were randomly divided into training set and test set at a ratio of 7︰3,the pancreatic parenchyma in arterial phase and venous phase was delineated and the radiomics features were extracted.Vari-ance threshold method, univariate selection method and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)were used to screen radiomics features. The prediction performance of the model was evaluated by the area under the curve(AUC).The DeLong test was used to compare the prediction efficiency between the models, and the calibration curve and decision curve were used to evaluate the prediction efficiency of the model. Results The AUC of arterial phase model, venous phase model, combined arterial venous phase model, clinical model and radiomics combined clinical model in the training set were 0.845,0.792,0.829,0.656 and 0.862,respec-tively.The DeLong test results showed that only the difference between the radiomics combined clinical model and the clinical model in the training set and the test set was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decision curve showed that the radiomics combined clinical model had high clinical practicability in a certain range, and the calibration curve showed that the radiomics combined clinical model had the best fitting degree with the actual observation value. Conclusion Based on the dual-phase enhanced CT radiomics combined clinical model,PPDM-A can be predicted more accurately, and it can provide a certain reference value for the clinical development of per-sonalized treatment programs.

Objective:To compare the localization accuracy of interictal 18F-FDG and 18F-flumazenil (FMZ) PET/CT imaging for focal cortical dysplasia (FCD). Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 22 patients (12 males, 10 females; age 8-36 years) with pathologically confirmed FCD who underwent surgical resection at Huashan Hospital, Fudan University from July 2021 to June 2023. All patients underwent 18F-FDG and 18F-FMZ PET/CT scans before surgery. Surgical pathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard. Visual scoring was used to analyze the images. The accuracy of the two imaging methods in the localization of FCD was compared, and subgroup analysis (FCD Ⅱa, FCD Ⅱb) of different pathological type was further performed. Paired- t test, χ2 test or Fisher′s exact test was used to analyze the data. Results:The visual score of 18F-FMZ PET/CT was higher than that of 18F-FDG (3.00±0.82 vs 2.27±0.92; t=4.17, P=0.020). The accuracy of interictal 18F-FMZ PET/CT was 77.27%(17/22), which was higher than that of 18F-FDG PET/CT (36.36%, 8/22; χ2=7.50, P=0.006). Subgroup analysis showed that within the cohort of patients diagnosed with FCD Ⅱa ( n=18), 18F-FMZ PET/CT outperformed 18F-FDG in terms of accuracy for localization (15/18 vs 6/18; P=0.006). Conclusion:Compared to 18F-FDG, 18F-FMZ PET/CT demonstrates clearer and more accurate identification of lesion borders, and exhibits higher precision, which provides valuable guidance for preoperative localization.
