Objective An analytical approach has been studied lor high performance liquid chro-matographic determination of Diphacinone and its metabolites extracted from urine. Method Diphacinone and its metabolites extracted from rabbit urine by solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridges (CN and SAX) were analyzed with coumarin as the internal standard. Diphacinone and its metabolites were separated by reversed-phase gradient chromatography with DAD detector at 311nm. The analytical column was Hypersil BDS C18 (150mm?4.6nmi. d. ) and the guard column was Phenomenex ODS (4mm?3.0mmi. d.). The mobile phase was a gradient mixture of aqueous solution (A) and methanol solution (B), both containing 0.5% ion pair A. Results Eleven diphacinone metabolites were detected in poisoned rabbit urine by this method. Conclusion This method is simple, exact and rapid.

Objective To investigate the ability of locking plate construct plus fibular autograft that varies in way of augmentation to withstand varus stresses in a model of proximal humeral fracture. Methods Wedge osteotomy was conducted in the humeral surgical necks of 12 shoulders from 6 cadaveric specimens to create models of proximal humeral fracture. There were 3 males and 3 females;their average age at death was 83 years (from 75 to 87 years). The 12 left and right cadaveric humeri were randomly divided into equal groups A and B (n =6) for autogenous iliac bone graft. All the fibular autografts were harvested without distinction from the thinnest and even part of the fibular shaft.A fibular autograft of 8 cm was placed vertically in group A while a fibular autograft of 6 cm was placed slantly in group B.After the fractures were fixated with the proximal humerus internal fixation locking system (PHILOS),varus stress was repeatedly applied to the proximal humerus until the internal fixation failed in the fracture model. The 2 groups were compared in terms of number of compression, number of compression leading to 1 mm deformation, and average shape variable after each press. Results Cut-out of the lateral cortex of the humeral head by the humeral screw and plate loosening to different extents were observed in both groups. The number of compression leading to internal fixation failure was 31,338 ± 5,994 for group A and 30,608 ± 8,015 for group B;the number of compression leading to 1 mm deformation was 2,808 ± 1,501 for group A and 3,153 ±2,024 for group B;the average shape variable after each press was 0.52 ±0.39 μm/time for group A and 0.53 ±0.47 μm/time for group B.All the above comparisons between the 2 groups showed no significant differences (P > 0.05).Conclusion As locking plate construct plus slant fibular autograft augmentation provides no more strength to withstand repetitive varus stresses than locking plate construct plus vertical fibular autograft augmentation,it is not necessary to adopt the former way of augmentation in clinic practice for proximal humeral fracture.

Objective:To speculate the effect of birth spacing on the pelvic floor type Ⅰ and Ⅱ fiber muscle strength of postpartum women with parities of two in different delivery modes. Methods:Totally 2 361 parturients who were investigated in Xuzhou Central Hospital from June 2016 to December 2020 were included in the questionnaire, clinical examination and pelvic floor surface electromyography assessment. According to the interval years between two parities and the pelvic floor typeⅠ and Ⅱ fiber muscle strength under different modes of delivery, curve fitting function equation was performed using curve regression method. The accuracy of the equation was verified by the receiver operating characteristic curve and the maximum area under the curve, and calculating the relative error rate. Results:A total of 2 357 parturients were included in the study and were divided into 4 groups based on delivery modes, women with both normal vaginal delivery were assigned to group A (589 cases); women with a first vaginal delivery and a second cesarean section were assigned to group B (480 cases); women with both cesarean deliveries were assigned to group C (1 273 cases); women with a first cesarean section and a second vaginal delivery were assigned to group D (15 cases). All of the curve fitting results were quadratic curves, and the appropriate interval years were selected when the muscle strength of type Ⅰ muscle fibers was>35 μV and that of type Ⅱ muscle fibers was>40 μV: 6-8 years in the group A, 5-10 years in the group B, and 1-11 years in the group C. The peak values of the quadratic curve were as follows: 7-8 years in the group A, 7-8 years in the group B, and 6 years in the group C. The maximum area under the curve of the function equations were all>0.6 (all P<0.05), the average relative error rate was 4.909%. Conclusions:The pelvic floor function of postpartum women with parities of two increases firstly and then decreases over time, showing a quadratic curve shape. In order to protect the pelvic floor function, the appropriate interval of birth spacing is 6-8 years.

Objective:To investigate the status of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) health literacy and associated factors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Methods:Based on the multi-stage stratified sampling method, the questionnaire survey of health literacy of COVID-19 were carried out in 55 599 local residents from12 prefecture-level cities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region between March 10 and 15, 2020. The questionnaire in details included not only knowledge, attitude and behavior, but also mental health, their scores were calculated using Decimal method. A ≥80% of the correct answer rate of the survey content was regarded as qualified for health literacy. There were 51 722 (93.0%) valid questionnaires, according to the ratio of medical staff to non-medical staff, 32 529 questionnaires were selected for analysis. The health literacy level was defined according to the proportion of qualified people. The credibility and availability of the questionnaires were evaluated by Cronbach′s α coefficient and KMO test. The associated factors were analyzed by Pearson χ 2 test and logistic regression. Results:In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the whole level of health literacy of COVID-19 was 85.7%, and their scores were (26.30±2.48). Knowledge, attitude, and behavioral literacy levels were 61.6%, 95.6%, and 96.8%, respectively. Compared with the population of 15-25 years old, the health literacy level of 46-65 years old was the highest ( OR=2.00, 95% CI: 1.78-2.24). The health literacy level of medical staff group ( OR=2.54, 95% CI: 1.30-4.95) was far higher than the non-medical staff group; the population with college or above education level ( OR=10.22, 95% CI: 9.19-11.36) was significantly higher than the population with education level below college. The degree of anxiety was negatively correlated with education level. Conclusions:The health literacy level of COVID-19 in residents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is relatively high, but the level of knowledge literacy needs to be improved. The main factors affecting the health literacy of COVID-19 among Inner Mongolia residents are age, occupation and education level.
