OBJECTIVE:To discuss what service marketing strategies the pharmaceutical enterprises in China should choose in the face of more and more fierce competition in pharmaceutical markets.METHODS:The service characteristics of both prescription drugs and over-the-counter(OTC)drugs were analyzed and new conceptions in pharmaceutical marketing such as the development and application of the service marketing were introduced as well.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Di?versity,standardization,materialization are the right way the pharmaceutical enterprises should follow in the prescription drugs services;however,standardization,mechanics,brands are necessary for the OTC drugs services.
2.Effect of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 recombinant lentivirus in rats with lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury

Objective To investigate the effect of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (cdk2) recombinant lentivirus in rats with lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute lung injury (ALI).Methods Thirty-six adult SD rats were divided into control group, LPS model group and gene intervention group according to the random number table, with 12 rats per group.Rats with LPS-induced ALI were established by intratracheal injection of LPS.Saline solution (60 μL/kg) was injected in control group at the time point of 0, 24, 48 h respectively.Control-lentivirus (60 μL/kg) and cdk2 recombinant lentivirus (60 μL/kg) were injected respectively in LPS model group and gene intervention group at the time point of 0 h and 24 h.After 48 h, LPS (60 μL/kg) with isotonic saline solution were injected in both LPS model group and gene intervention group.Lung tissue samples from right-lower areas were collected at 24 h postinjury to evaluate the pathological changes with HE staining.Expressions of cdk2, clara cell secretory protein (CCSP), phospholipase A2(PLA2) and p-C/EBP β protein were detected by Western blot.Inflammatory factors of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6 and IL-10 in serum were measured with ELISA method.Results Inflammatory infiltration and damage to the alveolar structure were serious in LPS model group than control group, while inflammatory infiltration decreased significantly and alveolar structure tended to be normal in gene-intervention group.Expression of Cdk2 in control group (1.00±0.21) and LPS model group (0.93±0.17) were similar, but both were lower than that in gene intervention group (4.29±0.73) (P<0.05).Expression of CCSP in gene intervention group (3.19±0.38) was significantly higher than that in control group (1.00±0.20) and LPS model group (0.32±0.19) (P<0.05).Expression of PLA2 in LPS model group (4.49±0.51) was higher than that in control group (1.00±0.13) and gene intervention group (1.76±0.26) (P<0.05).Meanwhile, the variation of p-C/EBPβ concentration among the groups was similar to CCSP.Expression of TNF-α in LPS model group[(196.34±30.17)pg/ml] was higher than that in control group [(71.24±5.13)pg/ml] and gene intervention group[(86.32±11.02)pg/ml](P<0.05).Changes in IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-10 among the groups were similar to TNF-α.Conclusions Over-expression of Cdk2 plays a protective role for LPS-induced ALIby up-regulating CCSP and down-regulating inflammatory factors such as PLA2, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-10, as may relate to the phosphorylation of C/EBPβ.
3.Proliferation inhibition induced by Nimesulide through PPARγpathway in human colon cancer cell

Objective To study PPARγ inhibitor(GW9662) ,on colon cancer SW480 cell proliferation and apoptosis intervened by Nimesulide(N) in vitro ,in order to investigate the role of PPARγpathway in colon cancer cell proliferation inhibition and apop‐tosis promotion induced by Nimesulide .Methods Cells were divided into 4 groups ,namely :the control group ,GW9662 group (GW9662 0 .1 ,0 .5 ,1 .0 ,5 .0μmol/L) ,N group ,GW9662+N group .MTT assay and FCM were used to determine proliferation ,ap‐optosis and cell cycle of SW480 cells .And the expression of PPARγ,p21Waf1 ,p27Kip1 ,Bcl‐2 ,Bax ,VEGF proteins were measured by Western‐blot .Results N inhibited SW480 cells proliferation in a time‐dependent manner (P< 0 .01) .During a special range , GW9662 attenuated effect of nimesulide inhibiting SW480 cells proliferation in a dose‐and time‐dependent manner .The results of FCM showed :the apoptosis rates of SW480 cells had no statistical change between GW9662 group and control group(P>0 .05) . Cell apoptosis rate of group N increased significantly ,compared with control group(P<0 .01) .The apoptosis rates of SW480 cells incubated with Nimesulide and GW9662 dropped significantly compared with Nimesulide alone (P<0 .01) .Above results showed that GW9662 could attenuate the effect of nimesulide on cell apoptosis and cell cycle .The results of Western‐blot :Compared with the control group ,the expression of PPARγ,p21Waf1 ,p27Kip1 ,Bax protein were up‐regulated significantly in nimesulide group(P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) ,but Bcl‐2 and VEGF were down‐regulated significantly(P<0 .01) .Compared with the nimesulide group ,the expres‐sion of PPARγ,p21Waf1 , p27Kip1 and Bax protein were down‐regulated obviously in GW9662+N group(P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) .Corre‐spondingly ,Bcl‐2 and VEGF were up‐regulated obviously(P<0 .05) .Conclusion N could effectively inhibit SW480 cell prolifera‐tion and induce its apoptosis .PPARγpathway may play an important role in proliferation inhibition and apoptosis induced by Nime‐sulide in colon cancer cell .
4.Effect of anesthesia management in enhanced recovery after surgery on stress level in thyroid surgery

Objective To compare the effect of anesthesia management between enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocol and traditional protocol on stress level of thyroid surgery.Methods Sixty-two patients receiving thyroid surgery from May 2016 to August 2016, 13 males and 49 females, aged 18-65 years, of ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ, were randomly divided into group ERAS (n=29) and traditional group (group C, n=33).Each group had its own anesthesia management protocol.Operation method, operation duration, the level of pain during emergence and on the first postoperative day, the occurrence rate of complications and the satisfaction evaluation of pain and nausea and vomiting after the operation day were recorded.C-reactive protein (CRP), serum cortisol, interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) before and after the operation day were evaluated.Results The visual analogue scale (VAS) pain score in group ERAS was lower than that in group C during emergence [(0.42±0.83) points vs (0.95±1.16) points]and on the first postoperative day [(1.90±1.21) points vs (2.73±1.40) points] (P<0.05).Group ERAS was more satisfied with pain relief at first day after the surgery than that of group C (P<0.05).The level of CRP in group ERAS was lower than that in group C on the operative day and the first postoperative day (P<0.05).In group C, the level of CRP on the operative day and the first postoperative day were much higher than those before the surgery (P<0.05).The occurrence rate of complications between the two groups had no statistical difference.Conclusion The perioperative ERAS anesthesia management of thyroid surgery is safe and effective in pain management, patient satisfaction and accelerated recovery.
5.Rapid construction of engineered skin substitutes by adipose tissue-derived stem cells and fibrin glue for full thickness skin wound repair

To investigate the feasibility of construction of engineered skin substitutes with adipose tissue derived stem cells ( ADSCs)from GFP-mouse and fibrin glue. Methods: Adipose tissues were isolated from GFP-C57BL mouse groin, the fat was cut into pieces and incubated in a collagenase solution to establish ADSCs culture. The differentiation ability into adipocytes and osteoblasts of the ADSCs were investigated. The amplified cells in vitro were seeded in fibrin glue to form tissue engineered skin substitutes. Fifteen C57BL mice were randomly divided into three groups; experimental group was treated with ADSCs-fibrin glue tissue engineered active skin substitutes. Single fibrin glue and blank were served as two control groups. The materials were grafted onto total skin defects on the back of mice. The effect of wound repair was observed histologically. Results; The cultured ADSCs grew well in vitro. The cells showed characteristics of multipotent adult stem cells. ADSCs-fibrin glue shortened the wound healing time. Histological observation showed that thicker epithelium was formed and collagen fibers arranged in order in the ADSCs-fibrin glue experimental group,the number of fibroblasts was significantly increased as compared with those in single fibrin glue group or in the blank control group. Conclusion : GFP- ADSCs combined with fibrin glue can accelerate the mouse skin wound healing. It suggests that ADSCs with fibrin glue maybe an optional method of engineered skin reconstruction for wound repair.
6.Clinical characteristics of diabetes mellitus in Morindawa Daur population

Total 967 patients with diabetes mellitus treated in Morindawa People's Hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were included in the study,among them 425 (44.0%) were of Daur nationality and 542 (56.0%) were of Han nationality.The clinical data and laboratory tests were analyzed and compared between two groups.Compared with Han nationality,Daur patients presented a younger average age[(55 ± 1 1) y vs.(58 ± 1 0) y,P=0.000],an earlier age of onset[(50±10)y vs.(53 ± 1 1) y,P=0.000],a higher percentage of males (54.8% vs.46.9%,P =0.008),a higher percentage of rural residents (42.1% vs.36.2%,P =0.034),a lower level of fasting blood-glucose (FBG) [(9.25 ± 3.37) mmol/L vs.(10.28 ±4.33) mmol/L,P =0.000],higher levels of HbA1c [(7.61 ± 1.71)% vs.(7.29 ± 1.63)%,P=0.008],triglyceride (TG) [(2.91 ±2.06) mmol/L vs.(2.36 ±2.13) mmol/L,P =0.008],low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) [(3.22 ± 1.06) mmol/L vs.(3.01 ±0.92)mmol/L,P=0.020],systolic blood pressure (SBP) [(139.48 ± 21.58) mmHg (1 mmHg =0.133 kPa) vs.(136.37 ± 23.44) mmHg,P =0.002],diastolic blood pressure (DBP) [(87.23 ± 12.59) mmHg vs.(85.32 ± 12.52) mmHg,P =0.019],blood uric acid [(324.97 ± 106.45) μmol/L vs.(285.32 ± 98.69) μmol/L,P =0.000] and the ratio of urine microalbumin to urine creatinine [(2.29 ±5.57) mg/g vs.(0.12 ±0.98) mg/g,P =0.000].The results show that Daur diabetic patients are.younger in age,with more severe disorders in HbA1 c,blood pressure,blood uric acid and lipids levels,which increase the probability of renal damage or cardiovascular diseases in these patients.
7.Efficacy and safety of preoperative Ticagrelor loading treatment in emergency percutaneous coronary intervention for acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction

Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of preoperative Ticagrelor loading in emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)for acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods A total of 213 patients with acute STEMI before undergoing emergency PCI were randomly divided into Ticagrelor group(n =105)receiving 180 mg Ticagrelor loading dose,then 90 mg twice daily and Clopidogrel group(n =108) receiving 600 mg of Clopidogrel,then 75 mg once daily.Emergency PCI postoperative coronary artery TIMI flow grade and the change of incidence of no reflow,platelet aggregation rate,incidence of bleeding events and the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE) were compared between two groups.Results The rate of no-reflow was 7.6 % (8 cases)in Ticagrelor group,and 16.7 % (18 cases) in Clopidogrel group(x2 =3.26、P=0.030).Platelet aggregation rates at 1 h and 24 h after treatment were (55.6±4.3)% and (48.6 ± 4.1) % respectively in Ticagrelor group,and (63.6 ± 3.8) % and (57.6 ± 3.6) % respectively in Clopidogrel group,which showed that platelet aggregation inhibition effect was better in Ticagrelor than in Clopidogrel (t =14.40、17.20,both P =0.001).Two groups had no major life-threatening bleeding events.Bleeding incidence had no statistically significant difference between two groups(x2 =0.14,P =0.710),and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events showed no statistically significant difference(x2 0.04,P 0.840)between the 2 groups.Conclusions Preoperativeticagrelor loading treatment in emergency PCI therapy for acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction shows stronger antiplatelet aggregation function,significantly improve postoperative TIMI flow,and does not increase the incidence of bleeding events.
8.Recombinant human erythropoietin promotes angiogenesis in preterm rat models with periventricular white matter damage

Objective To evaluate whether recombinant human erythropoietin (rh-EPO) could increase the angiogenic responses in preterm rat models with periventricular white matter damage (PWMD).Methods Three-day postnatal rats were divided into 3 groups randomly:the sham group,the hypoxic-ischemic (HI) group and the recombinant human erythropoietin(rh-EPO)treatment group.Rat pups underwent permanent ligation of the right common carotid artery followed by 60 mL/L O2 for 4 h or sham operation and normoxic exposure.Immediately after the HI,rats received a single intraperitoneal injection of rh-EPO (5 U/g)or saline.Angiogenesis-related cells (CD34 + cells),microvessel density (MVD)and arteriovenous related genes (ephrinB2 and EphB4)were examined at 48 h and 96 h after operation.Results At 48 h after operation,the proteins of CD34 in HI rats increased compared with the sham rats (HI group vs Sham group:0.54 ± 0.05 vs 0.42 ± 0.05,P < 0.05).However,the MVD,the mRNA of ephrinB2 and EphB4 did not change (P > 0.05).The proteins of CD34,the mRNA of ephrinB2 and EphB4 increased after rh-EPO treatment compared with HI rats.However,the MVD did not increase.As the proteins of CD34 increased further at 96 h after operation (HI group vs Sham group:0.85 ± 0.06 vs 0.62 ± 0.06,P < 0.05),the MVD (3.14 ± 1.21 vs 1.50 ± 1.04),ephrinB2 (7.51 ± 1.89 vs 1.28 ± 0.24) and EphB4 (4.58 ± 0.82 vs 1.21 ± 0.22) also increased (all P < 0.05).And the proteins of CD34 increased after administration of rh-EPO(EPO group vs HI group:0.98 ± 0.07 vs 0.85 ± 0.06,P <0.05) and MVD(EPO group vs HI group:4.71 ± 1.38 vs 3.14 ± 1.21,P <0.05) were increased after administration of rh-EPO.However,the ephrinB2 and EphB4 did not increased after administration of rh-EPO at 96h time point.Conclusion Endogenous regenerative response is triggered in the damaged tissues and rh-EPO increases the angiogenesis in model rats with PWMD.
9.Obesity intervention studies in children and adolescents need compliance evaluation

Abstract
To curb the epidemic of overweight and obesity in children and adolescents, domestic and foreign scholars have carried out various intervention studies. But the effects of similar intervention measures are not consistent, which may be related to the compliance of intervention studies. Compliance evaluation can better explain the correlation between intervention measures and effects, and strengthening compliance can promote intervention effects. However, at present, there are some problems in compliance evaluation, such as a small number of studies, incomplete evaluation indicators, low quality of evaluation methods, and difficulty in specific implementation, which need to be further solved. In future studies, it is necessary to think about measures that can promote compliance before the intervention, and collect data as much detail as possible on compliance during the implementation process to better evaluate the effects of intervention.
10.Study on EEG classification based on multi-task motor imagery.

In order to promote the performance of EEG classification based on multi-task motor imagery (MI), we used common spatial pattern (CSP) as the feature extraction method, and we extracted the features under two conditions, with one "One versus One" and the other "One versus Rest". Then, as for the different feature extraction methods, we presented different classification methods based on support vector machine (SVM) according to the different input features. The final classification results showed that the mean Kappa of "One versus One" classification method based on decision value is much higher than that of voting rule, and a little higher than that of "One versus Rest" classification method.
