A series of studies have demonstrated that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are attractive candidates for cell and gene therapies, because they are readily obtained and multipotentially differentiated. Then homogeneous MSC cultures in vitro with more rapidly self-renewing ability and multipotential differentiation will accelerate and improve their progress in clinical application. Colter et al. found that early colonies contain a third kind of cells very small round cells that rapidly self-renew, besides spindle-shaped cells and large flat cells, called RS cells. RS cells are characterized by their extremely small size, rapid rate of replication, and enhanced potential for multilineage differentiation. Moreover, they can be distinguished from more mature cells in the same cultures by a series of surface epitopes and expressed proteins. Therefore, the results raise the possibility that RS cells may have the greatest potential for long-term engraftment and differentiation in vivo.

ObjectiveTo evaluate effect intervened by the linden relaxation technique (LRT) in the group of long-term naval shipmen's anxiety on surface ship.MethodsSelected naval surface ship unit 1402 shipmen serve as study subjects.140 anxiety shipmen (70 ≥ SAS score ≥ 50) screen out with Zung'self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).The person's group with anxiety mood,but did not meet the diagnostic criteria for anxiety disorders of DSM-Ⅳ.Anxiety shipmen were random divided into the linden relaxation technique group ( n =70) and No-intervention control group ( n =70).In the LRT intervention group:LRT exercises time course was 1 time/ day,and 30 min/time to persist 10 days.The control group without relaxation training.Before and after interventions,anxiety level separately were evaluated with SAS.ResultsBefore intervention,there were not statistically significant between intervention group and control group in SAS anxiety scores,respectively ( ( 54.00 ± 4.43 ) vs (53.91 ± 4.88 )).After intervention,there were statistically significant between intervention group and control group anxiety scores,respectively was ( (40.57 ± 8.98 ) vs ( 53.13 ± 5.51 ) ).The difference before and after intervention,anxiety scoring in intervention group (13.43 ± 7.82 ) was lower than that of the control group (0.79 ± 3.41 ).After following 2 months,SAS scores in the intervention group was more lower (36.76 ± 8.57 ) than the right finish intervention,there was significant different; but there was not significant different belong to the control group (52.34 ± 5.50).ConclusionLinden relaxation technique improves anxiety mood in the naval servicemen.

Objective To evaluate the reliability and accuracy of three-dimensional digital fusion anatomy in the preoperative evaluation and therapeutic strategy choice of intracranial tumors.Methods MRI scan,including regular MRI,MRA,MRV and DTI,were performed in 87 case.Then tumor themselves as well as tumor-associated structures were reconstructed and fused through iPlan 2.6 software.Based on the reconstructed images,therapeutic strategy were established,preoperative and intraoperative imags were compared.Results The digital reconstruction were successfully finished in all cases.Meanwhile,digital images,originally radiological images and actual images matched well.No approach-associated complication were met in our series.Among tumors in the convexity,the relationship of the reflux veins and the tumors were divided into three types:anterior(12 cases),posterior(19 cases) and overriding(3 cases).All of the relationships were seen in the preoperative fusion image,and the veins were all effectively protected during operation.The tumor-associated arteries could be pushed or wraped by the tumors,and the three-dimensional fusion image could provided their virtually aberrant pathway as well as their relationship with tumor.During microsurgical managment of tumors in the deep brain parenchyma,safe approach were found with the help of comprehensive understanding of the tumors and their adjacent structures.Conclusion Three-dimensional digital fusion anatomy can vividly and accurately display full rang of information about the tumor,and facilitate tumor treatment safely.

Objective To investigate the serum levels of biochemical indexes such as calcium,phosphorus,iron,zinc,and alkaline phosphatase of children in Kaschin-Beck disease areas and control areas in Qinghai Province.Methods According to the results of Kaschin-Beck disease monitoring in Qinghai Province,Tangnaihai Township of Xinghai County and Gandu Town of Hualong County were chosen as Kaschin-Beck disease areas and Qushian Township of Xinghai Country was chosen as a control.Children aged 7 to 15 in boarding schools in these areas were chosen as the study subjects in June 2014.Serum alkaline phosphatase level was determined by enzyme colorimetry and the serum iron,zinc,calcium and phosphorus levels were determined by colorimetry.Calcium to phosphate ratio was calculated at the same time.Results Fifty-nine qualified serum samples of children were sampled in Kaschin-Beck disease areas and 45 in control area.Serum alkaline phosphatase levels in Kaschin-Beck disease areas and control area were (311.34 ± 85.31) and (264.09 ± 73.44)U/L,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (t =-2.97,P ＜ 0.05).Children's serum phosphorus levels in Kaschin-Beck disease areas and control area were (1.62 ± 0.17) and (1.43 ± 0.13)mmol/L,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (t =-6.29,P ＜ 0.05).Calcium to phosphorus ratio were 1.62 ± 0.17 and 1.82 ± 0.21,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (t =5.53,P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the control area,the level of children's serum zinc was (19.96 ± 1.70) and (20.59 ± 2.45)μmol/L;the level of serum calcium was (2.59 ± 0.11) and (2.57 ± 0.11)mmol/L;and the level of serum iron was (15.06 ± 7.02) and (17.01 ± 6.70)μmol/L.The differences between these three biochemical indicators were not statistically significant between Kaschin-Beck disease areas and control area (t =1.39,-0.64,1.44,all P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion In Kaschin-Beck disease areas in Qinghai Province,the level of children's serum alkaline phosphatase and phosphorus have increased markedly and the calcium to phosphate ratio has decreased obviously.

Total 967 patients with diabetes mellitus treated in Morindawa People's Hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were included in the study,among them 425 (44.0％) were of Daur nationality and 542 (56.0％) were of Han nationality.The clinical data and laboratory tests were analyzed and compared between two groups.Compared with Han nationality,Daur patients presented a younger average age[(55 ± 1 1) y vs.(58 ± 1 0) y,P=0.000],an earlier age of onset[(50±10)y vs.(53 ± 1 1) y,P=0.000],a higher percentage of males (54.8％ vs.46.9％,P =0.008),a higher percentage of rural residents (42.1％ vs.36.2％,P =0.034),a lower level of fasting blood-glucose (FBG) [(9.25 ± 3.37) mmol/L vs.(10.28 ±4.33) mmol/L,P =0.000],higher levels of HbA1c [(7.61 ± 1.71)％ vs.(7.29 ± 1.63)％,P=0.008],triglyceride (TG) [(2.91 ±2.06) mmol/L vs.(2.36 ±2.13) mmol/L,P =0.008],low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) [(3.22 ± 1.06) mmol/L vs.(3.01 ±0.92)mmol/L,P=0.020],systolic blood pressure (SBP) [(139.48 ± 21.58) mmHg (1 mmHg =0.133 kPa) vs.(136.37 ± 23.44) mmHg,P =0.002],diastolic blood pressure (DBP) [(87.23 ± 12.59) mmHg vs.(85.32 ± 12.52) mmHg,P =0.019],blood uric acid [(324.97 ± 106.45) μmol/L vs.(285.32 ± 98.69) μmol/L,P =0.000] and the ratio of urine microalbumin to urine creatinine [(2.29 ±5.57) mg/g vs.(0.12 ±0.98) mg/g,P =0.000].The results show that Daur diabetic patients are.younger in age,with more severe disorders in HbA1 c,blood pressure,blood uric acid and lipids levels,which increase the probability of renal damage or cardiovascular diseases in these patients.

Objective:This study analyzed how the 10 Global Conferences on Health Promotion have played a significant role in shaping and promoting a worldwide consensus and actions on health promotion,effectively addressing diverse health challenges that evolved over different periods. Methods:The textual analysis method was used in this study and text encoding was conducted to systematically examine the declarations and reports presented by the 10 Global Conferences on Health Promotion held during 1986-2021.We summarized the themes and key achievements,and key vocabulary in the conference declarations was extracted and analyzed to construct the global health promotion consensus and actions. Results:The fundamental principles of the conferences are to foster consensus and initiate actions in the realm of health promotion on a global scale.The primary purpose and goal are to promote health from regional to global.Significantly,our findings highlight a transition in the primary actors driving health promotion.It underscores a shift in health promotion from being driven primarily by organizations like the World Health Organization,governments,and international bodies,to a more inclusive approach involving non-governmental organizations and the general public.This development implies that health promotion has evolved into a collective global en-deavor,demanding the proactive involvement of various stakeholders,and forging new alliances in public health.Meanwhile,the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has further shaped the landscape of health pro-motion,underscoring the need for intensified focus on areas including disease prevention,health education,and the integration of digital health technologies,and emphasizing the importance of a multidimensional,responsive approach in public health initiatives. Conclusions:Sustained collaboration and innovative strategies are pivotal to advancing health promotion globally.Countries,together with public and private entities,should intensify cooperation.Multisectoral collaboration among partners such as healthcare,education,social security,and the industry is vital for health promotion and achieving global health goals.

Objective To discuss some characteristics of aggressive behavior of junior middle school students addicted to violence online game.Methods From Aug.to Dec.at 2009,6000 volunteers have been investigated with the self-made violence online game survey scale and the Chen's were screen out by CIAS,and in which 71 violence game addicts,and 66 entertainment game addicts.They were divided into two groups matched as age and sex(male 55 and female 11 in every group),average age was 14.36±0.81 years old.66 no-play game students served as control group.The mean value and standard deviation of aggressive behaviors in each group were compared with one way ANOVA with SPSS12.0 version.Results There were significant different inter groups in the behavioral scores expressed in physiological attack((21.59±4.36),(18.10±6.10,(14.92±5.61)),spoken language attack((21.04±3.98),(18.36±6.26),(15.66±5.23)),angry mood((21.37±4.43),(18.72±5.90),(16.56±5.70)),hostility cognition((21.69±5.77),(20.06±7.74),(16.39±6.85))and the total score((85.56±13.71),(75.28±22.36),(63.54±20.32))(F1-4=25.07,17.35,3.25,10.40,21.81);Moat severity attack behaviors were observed in the violence online game addictive group,but less done in other two groups(t1-4=3.48,2.68,2.65,10.27,P<0.01;t 1-5=6.66,5.37,4.48,5.30,22.01,P<0.01);and secondary was found in Entertainment online game addicts(t1-5:3.18,2.69,2.16,3.66,11.74,P<0.01).Conclusion Higher attack behavior scores are found in the violence online game in junior middle students,and entertainment online game also induce attack behavior,but is not so notable.

Objective To find some risk factors correlated with test anxiety of middle school students,and to find out influencing pathway for test anxiety. Methods 647 middle school students were investigated with Sarason' Test Anxiety Scale (TAS), Achievement Motivation Scale (AMS), Coping Style Scale for School Students ( CSS), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire( EPQ), Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforrestran(EMBU) and Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version(FES-CV). Statistics were done with version of SPSS14.0,and data were analyzed by Pearson correlation, multiple linenear stepwise regression and path analysis. Results The rates of test anxiety respectively was mild 25.97% ,moderate 45.65% ,severe 28.38%; there were no significant different between the male and female students anxiety ( 16.71 ± 6.44,17.01 ± 7.02, t = 1. 469, P = 0.334). Objective To evaluate the role of the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt)or Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT-3)signaling pathways in reduction of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)injury by combination of limb ischemic and morphine postconditioning in rats.Methods Eighty SPF healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats,aged 8 weeks,weighing 280-320 g,were used in the study.Myocardial I/R was induced by occlusion of the left anterior descending branch of the coronary artery for 30 min followed by 120 min reperfusion.The rats were divided into 8 groups(n=10 each)using a random number table:I/R group,limb ischemic postconditioning group(LIP group),morphine postconditioning group(group MP),combination of limb ischemic and morphine postconditioning group(LIP+MP group)and signaling pathway blocker groups(I/Rb group,LIPb group,MPb group,LIP+MPb group).In I/R,LIP,MP and LIP+MP groups,the animals were sacrificed at the end of reperfusion,and myocardial specimens in ischemic and non-ischemic regions were obtained for determination of phosphorylated STAT-3(p-STAT-3),STAT-3,phosphorylated Akt(p-Akt)and Akt expression(by Western blot)and STAT-3 and Akt mRNA expression(by polymerase chain reaction).In I/Rb,LIPb,MPb and LIP+MPb groups,PI3K/Akt signaling pathway blocker LY294002 0.3 mg/kg was intravenously injected in 5 rats of each group,and JAK/STAT-3 signaling pathway blocker AG490 5 mg/kg was intravenously injected in the other 5 rats of each group.The animals were sacrificed at the end of reperfusion,and myocardial specimens in the ischemic region were obtained for determination of myocardial infarct size.Results Compared with I/R group,the p-STAT-3/STAT-3 ratio in LIP,MP and LIP+MP groups and p-Akt/Akt ratio in LIP+MP group were significantly increased,and the expression of STAT-3 and Akt mRNA was up-regulated in LIP+MP group(P<0.05).Compared with LIP and MP groups,the p-STAT-3/STAT-3 and p-Akt/Akt ratios were significantly increased,and the expression of STAT-3 and Akt mRNA was up-regulated in LIP+MP group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in myocardial infarct size between the four groups when PI3K inhibitor LY294002 was applied(P>0.05).When JAK2 inhibitor AG490 was applied,the myocardial infarct size was significantly smaller in LIP+MPb group than in I/Rb,LIPb and MPb groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in myocardial infarct size between I/Rb,LIPb and MPb groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of limb ischemic and morphine postconditioning can enhance the activation of PI3K/Akt or JAK/STAT-3 signaling pathways,and the cardioprotection is dependent on the integrity of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and partially dependent on the integrity of the JAK/STAT-3 signaling pathway when applied in combination in rats.

Objective: To explore the genetic basis for a case of recurrent fetal congenital hydrocephalus. Methods: Next-generation sequencing was carried out for the fetus, the gravida and two of her sisters. Results: The fetus was found to harbor a c. 1765T>C (p.Tyr589His) mutation in exon 14 of the L1CAM gene, which was derived from the gravida. Conclusion Male fetuses with recurrent hydrocephalus should be subjected to testing of the L1CAM gene to facilitate genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis.
