Objective:To understand the nasopharyngeal submucous carcinoma with the first show of cervicallymph node swell. Method:To collect the clinical data of 4 patients with such disease. Result:The 4 cases ofnasopharyngeal submucous carcinoma were not diagnosed until 3～6 months after cervical lymphnode metastasis.All patients received radiotherapy,three died within 1 year and another survived. Conclusion: If some patientshave cervical lymph node swell,pay attention to the meastasis of nasopharyngeal submucous carcinoma firstly.Even the examinations such as cytologic test,VCA-IgA,CT,MRI were negative,or even tuberculomas had beendiagnosed,nasopharyngeal submucous carcinoma still can not be excluded.

Objective Through investigation and analysis of physical and psychological symptoms among the victims of the disaster,to grasp physical and psychological condition of the victims of the disaster in establish place of Nanba town.Methods According to the mechanical random sampling method,11 of 21 pieces of tent community were randomly selected,then all people over 6 years of 1/6 families from each tent community were randomly selected,in total,486 people from 96 families were recruited as the sample of investigation and assessment.According to the designed questionnaire,face-to-face investigation was adopted.Results In 6 body symptoms,positive rate of cough was 1.85%,positive rate of angina was 0.82%,positive rate of tetter was 0.62%,positive rate of fever(≥38 ℃)and positive rate of diarrhea(≥3 times/day)were both 0.21%.No symtom of vomit was found.Among them,only 22.22% of the cough person seek medical advice in time.In 8 psychological symptom,positive rate of insomnia was 4.94%,positive rate of nervous discomfort was 2.88%,positive rate of palpitation was 2.06%,positive rate of discomfort in chest was 1.65%,positive rate of the headache was 1.44%,positive rate of shiver and numb was 0.41%,positive rate of sometimes unconfidence was 0.21%.No victim thinking life hopeless were found.Conclusions The victims of the disaster in Nanba town have good physical condition and psychological state in the recent week after the earthquake.It was attributed to implement of integrated prevention measures(including health and epidemic prevention).77.78% of the persons who had coughs has not sought medical advice in time.We should pay much attention on this facts.

OBJECTIVE To understand the awareness circumstances of hospital infection knowledge in new medical staffs,in order to take appropriately pre-job training.METHODS Self-designed questionnaires dopted 58 new medical staffs in our hospital were surveyed about hospital infection knowledge.RESULTS The awareness rate of hospital infection knowledge was 52.46%.Among them,the highest awareness rate was about six-step washing-hand method and washing-hand indications(82.76%);the lowest rate was about standard protective concept(24.14%).CONCLUSIONS The new medical staffs grossly lack of hospital infection knowledge.It is necessary for the new medical staffs to accept training on hospital infection knowledge,to improve awareness level of hospital infection,and to enhance self-protecting consciousness.

Objective To study and analyze the prognostic value of psychological dredging nursing combined with edaravone and naloxone in the treatment of craniocerebral injury. Methods 100 patients with craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from February 2012 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with edaravone combined with naloxone,experimental group were treated with edaravone combined with naloxone in treatment, and psychological counseling,pay attention to the psychological status of patients,strengthen communication and exchanges,increase confidence and compliance of patients. Compared and analyzed the blood coagulation indexes of the two groups. Results After corresponding treatment, the prothrombin time of the experimental group was (16.8±2.5)s, and the prothrombin time of the control group was (20.7±2.3)s. There was significantly statistical difference (P<0.05).In addition, the platelet count,activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time index in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with naloxone and psychological counseling in the treatment of craniocerebral injury can improve the abnormal coagulation function of patients significantly, and recover consciousness, and has clinical significance.

Gemcitabine has consistently shown activity as a new agent in non-small-cell lung cancer. In non-small-cell lung cancer, gemcitabine-cisplatin combination response rates range from 31% to 54%, with a median survival time between 8.4 and 15.4 months and a 1-year survival rate between 30% and 59%. The GP schedule has acceptable toxicity. The GP combination can be considered standard therapy for non-small-cell lung cancer. Both 21- and 28-day schedules of GP were equally effective in non-small-cell lung cancer. It is necessary to study by randomized clinical trial, the sequence of cisplatin in GP schedule, the increase of radiosensitivity by gemcitabine, the combination of gemcitabine and other new chemotherapeutic agents.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of therapy of soothing liver and clearing heat for the treatment of glucocorticoid-dependent adult chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura ( CITP) . Methods Thirty-two qualified glucocorticoid-dependent adult CITP patients with the syndrome of interior heat due to liver stagnation and liver failing in storing blood were enrolled into the study. Based on the primary regimen, the patients were additionally given Shugan Qingre Recipe ( mainly composed of Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Rehmanniae, Cortex Moutan, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, Poria, Fructus Corni, Fructus Lycii, Herba Agrimoniae , Radix Rubiae, Radix Glycyrrhizae) for 3 months (12 weeks), 2 doses a day, decocting with water for oral use. Before and after treatment, the changes of Chinese medical syndrome scores and the laboratory indexes were investigated. Results (1) After treatment for 12 weeks, 10 cases were markedly effective, 16 effective , 5 improved, one ineffective, and the total effective rate arrived to 81.25%. ( 2) After treatment for one month, the scores of traditional Chinese medical syndrome were not improved ( P>0.05 compared with those before treatment) . At the end of 2-month and 3-month treatment course, the scores were improved obviously compared with those before treatment, the difference being significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01) . (3) Platelet count rose up from the fourth week of treatment, and the difference was significant compared with that before treatment ( P<0.01) . Conclusion Therapy of soothing liver and clearing heat shows certain ef fect for the treatment of glucocorticoid-dependent adult chronic CITP, and has satisfactory clinical prospect.

The expression of CD44v6 in 105 cases of advanced cervical cancer was detected by using im munohistoehemical method and the relation between adhesion molecule CD44v6 and prognosis in advanced cervical cancer was investigated. The experimental results showed that the lymphocytic infiltration and peritumor reaction of fibrin in the stroma were milder in the patients with CD44v6 positive than those with CD44v6 negative. There were significant reductions in overall and free relapse survival in the patients with CD44v6 positive as compared with those with CD44v6 negative. It was suggested that the expression of CD44v6 might serve as a new indicator for predicting the prognosis of advanced cervical cancer. Tumor cells might interfere with the recognition of the peritumor lymphocyte and reduce the peritumor reaction of fibrin in the stroma through the expression of CD44v6.

Objective To determine the reliability, validity and feasibility of using International Classifica-tion of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) core set for breast cancer in Chinese patients. Methods Quality of life (QOL) of 110 patients with breast cancer were investigated using ICF breast cancer core set and SF-36 scale. Statistical analysis tested their reliability, validity and feasibility. Results It was shown that the ICF core set for breast cancer had good reliability, validity and feasibility. Conclusions The ICF core set for breast cancer is a re-liable and valid instrument for Chinese breast cancer patients.

Objective To study the clinical application value of the low forceps in vaginal delivery. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 280 cases of the low forceps in vaginal delivery,and randomly selected 140 cases pregnant women who cesarean section, as the control group. To compare the influence of maternal and neonatal morbidity in the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups for the incidence of the postdelivery hemorrage,birth trauma infectious, asphyxia neonatorum associated with delivery from low forceps when compared with cesarean section. The incidenc of the postdelivery sick rate was significantly lower in the low forceps group( 3.2% ) than that in the control group ( 10.0% ) ( x2 = 8.30, P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Low forceps may be a valuable instrument and safety or efficacy in vaginal delivery and that it should be more widely used in appropriate clinical situations.
