This paper aims to establish a new method of calibration and positioning in quantitative analysis of multicomponents by single marker (QAMS), using Shuanghuanglian oral liquid as the research object. Establishing relative correction factors with reference chlorogenic acid to other 11 active components (neochlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, cafferic acid, forsythoside A, scutellarin, isochlorogenic acid B, isochlorogenic acid A, isochlorogenic acid C, baicalin and phillyrin wogonoside) in Shuanghuanglian oral liquid by 3 correction methods (multipoint correction, slope correction and quantitative factor correction). At the same time chromatographic peak was positioned by linear regression method. Only one standard uas used to determine the content of 12 components in Shuanghuanglian oral liquid, in stead of needing too many reference substance in quality control. The results showed that within the linear ranges, no significant differences were found in the quantitative results of 12 active constituents in 3 batches of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid determined by 3 correction methods and external standard method (ESM) or standard curve method (SCM). And this method is simpler and quicker than literature methods. The results were accurate and reliable, and had good reproducibility. While the positioning chromatographic peaks by linear regression method was more accurate than relative retention time in literature. The slope and the quantitative factor correction controlling the quality of Chinese traditional medicine is feasible and accurate.

Objective To analyse the high-risk human papilloma virus (HPV) infection in women, and to analyze the protective effect of bivalent HPV vaccine on HPV infection. Methods A case-control study method was used to retrospectively investigate the HPV infection status of 9246 women who received high-risk HPV infection examination in the outpatient department of Shiyan people's Hospital of Hubei from January 2018 to December 2018. The second-generation hybrid capture method and colposcopy examination were used to diagnose. Using a 1:1 matching method, the uninfected individuals who were examined during the same period were taken as the control group, and the confirmed infected group was taken as the case group, and the differences in the vaccination rates of the bivalent HPV vaccine between the two groups were compared. At the same time, the case group was divided into two groups according to the vaccinated and unvaccinated groups and followed up. The events ranged from 24 to 36 months. The incidence of persistent HPV infection, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical cancer were counted to understand Protective effect of bivalent HPV vaccination against HPV infection in a high-risk female population. Results A total of 1 632 cases (17.65%) of 9 246 women were screened positive for high-risk HPV infection. Chi-square results showed that the HPV positive infection rate of rural women (32.84%) was lower than that of urban women (67.16%). , Marital status also has a certain influence on HPV infection. Among the 1632 cases of HPV positive infection, 629 cases (38.54%) were vaccinated with bivalent HPV vaccine, and 1003 cases (61.46%) were not vaccinated with bivalent HPV vaccine. During the follow-up period of 24-36 months, the vaccination group finally obtained follow-up data of 584 cases due to unwillingness to cooperate (18 cases), unable to conduct research due to organic changes (24 cases), and mental disorders (3 cases), with a loss to follow-up rate of 7.15 cases. %; In the unvaccinated group, 949 cases of follow-up data were finally obtained due to change of residence (32 cases), low degree of cooperation (20 cases) and psychological factors (2 cases), and the loss to follow-up rate was 5.38%. The results after follow-up showed that the persistent HPV infection rate in the bivalent HPV vaccination group, the positive rate of high-risk HPV infection at the last follow-up, the cumulative incidence of CIN1 during the follow-up period, the cumulative incidence of CIN2+ during the follow-up period, the incidence of CIN1 at the last follow-up, and the incidence of CIN2+ at the last follow-up. and cervical cancer incidence rates were 3.07%, 0.82%, 1.84%, 1.02%, 0.82%, 0.20%, and 0.00%, respectively, and the bivalent HPV unvaccinated groups were 12.91%, 15.52%, 7.14%, 4.40%, and 3.02%, respectively. , 1.37% and 0.27%. Persistent HPV infection rate, positive rate of high-risk HPV infection at last follow-up, cumulative incidence of CIN1 during follow-up, cumulative incidence of CIN2+ during follow-up, incidence of CIN1 at last follow-up, and incidence of CIN2+ at last follow-up were significantly lower in bivalent HPV vaccination group in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bivalent HPV vaccination has an important protective effect on HPV persistent infection, cervical lesions and cervical cancer in high-risk women.

Objective To evaluate the risk of hearing loss of assembly workers in an automobile manufacturing factory. Methods An 8-hour equivalent sound level monitoring was carried out for assembly posts in an automobile factory. The risk of noise-induced hearing loss of assembly workers was measured using the method specified in ISO 1999:2013(E). The risk of noise-induced hearing loss was assessed in a graded manner according to the Guidelines for the Management of Occupational Disease Hazards from Noise. The results were statistically analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis. Results The average 8-hour equivalent sound level of the assembly work post in this automobile manufacturing factory was 89.5 dB (A). At 4000 Hz, the hearing loss N50 (dB) of assembly workers reached the maximum. The longer the exposure time, the higher the risk of high-frequency standard hearing threshold shift. The risk of high-frequency standard hearing threshold shift was at a relatively high level at 30 years of work, while the risk of noise deafness reached a higher level after 40 years of work. Conclusion The 8-hour equivalent sound level (LEX,8h) of assembly workers in the automobile factory exceeds the occupational exposure limit. With the increase of exposure years, the risk of high-frequency standard hearing threshold shift and noise deafness increases.
8.Autophagy and phenotypic modulation of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle cells in hypoxia-induced erectile dysfunction.
National Journal of Andrology 2016;22(11):1025-1029
The correlation between hypoxia and erectile dysfunction (ED) has been universally acknowledged for decades in the academic world. The phenotypic modulation of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle cells (CCSMCs) is regarded as one of the factors of hypoxia-induced ED, but the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Recent researches show some correlation between autophagy and phenotypic modulation of CCSMCs, which may be associated with the overexpressions of PDGF, TGF-β, and vasoactive factors in the organism following hypoxia.

Objective To investigate the value of oral and intravenous contrast enhanced ultrasonography-double contrast ultrasonography (DCUS) in the evaluation of differentiation degree of gastric cancer. Methods Fifty-three patients who had been diagnosed as gastric cancer by gastroscope and confirmed by pathology after operation were examined by DCUS, and they were divided into moderately to well differentiated group and poorly differentiated group. The correlation of size and enhancement features of the lesions was compared with differentiation degree of gastric cancer. Results The size and enhancement distribution of lesions were markedly correlated with the degree of differentiation. The baseline intensity(BI)in poorly differentiated group was lower than that in well and moderately differentiated group[(0.52±1.12)dB vs (1.53±1.87) dB, P<0.05], but enhanced intensity(EI) was higher than that in the second group [(26.22±3.69)dB vs (23.69±5.02)dB, P<0.05]. Conclusions DCUS could initial evaluate the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer before operation.
