A detection system for rational drug use is vital for promoting rational drug use clinically, implementing the primary drugs policy of the state, and encouraging constant improvement of both quality of care and medical safety. This paper presented a summary of international experiences on rational drug use, introduced the initial progress to build a detection system for drug use in China, and came up with analysis on measures to further improve existing defects.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of NAP activity detection in SLE.Methods Technique of AS-BI was used to NAP staining of peripheral blood smear in patients with newly-diagnosed SLE(30 cases)and normal healthy women(30 cases),to observe positive rate and positive score of NAP.Results The positive rate was(22.1±8.8)% in group SLE,(56.8±9.4)% in group normal; The positive score was(22.2±8.9)in group SLE,(58.2±9.8)in group normal. The positive rate and positive score were much lower in patients with SLE comparing with those in group normal.Differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions The detection of NAP is useful in the patients with newly-diagnosed SLE,but we must go on researching the pathogenesis of NAP activity decreased in SLE.

Plasma HDL, HDL2 and HDL3 were determined in 95 untreated and 87 treated patients with NIDDM and 86 cases with IGT using Eder's modified method. The result showed that HDL, HDL2 and HDL3 were all reduced in these three groups in comparison with control group, but the average concentrations of all 3 subfractions of HDL showed no significant difference among these three groups. It also indicated that HDL abnormality may appear quite early in cases with abnormal glucose tolerance, such as in patients with IGT.

Objective To investigate the clinical feature of perioperative management of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) in aged patients and improve the efficacy of surgical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 35 aged patients with NSCLC were retrospectively analyzed. The risk factors of postoperative complications were analyzed by single factor analysis, the factors had statistical significance were included in Logistic regression analysis. Results Postoperative complications occurred in 10 cases, accounting for 28.6%,and 1 case died, accounting for 2.9%.Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking, chronic bronchitis, coronary heart disease, pulmonary lobectomy were independent risk factors of postoperative complications.ConCLusion Correct staging before operation, strict surgical indication, choose the standard surgical method to reduce surgical trauma, strengthen the perioperative management can still achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect in surgical operation for aged patients with NSCLC.

To observe and assess the performance and effect of our self-made FD-1 freezing drier on biomaterials. R502 compressor and R502 refrigerating agent were adopted. In the experiment, FD-1 lyophilized collagen sponge, strain and defibrinogenase. The evaporating-condenser temperature reached -45 degrees C and the small icebox temperature reached -30 degrees C under the loading or free-loading circumstances in the lyophilizing box. The lyophilized collagen sponge had many pores in the structure, and the strain and the defibrinogenase were lyophilized and maintained satisfactorily. This freezing drier is suitable for lyophilizing some biomaterial samples in small or medium batches.

Objective:
To compare the clinical effects between minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF) assisted by Microendoscopic discectomy (MED) and Quadrant for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis (DLSS).
Methods:
All of 59 patients suffered from DLSS treated surgically from May 2015 to October 2017 were reviewed. According to the surgery method, all cases were divided into MED group (27 cases) and Quadrant channel group (32 cases). All patients were followed up for an average of 18.5 months (11-29 months). Comparison was made on the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage, postoperative time in bed, postoperative creatine kinase (CK), fusion rate and the degree of muscle fibrosis shown in MRI, as well as visual analogue scale (VAS)score and Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI) score in two groups.
Results:
The duration of operation in MED group was significantly longer than that in Quadrant group (161.7±22.4 min

Objective:To investigate the effects of subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) on patients′ immune markers and metabolic levels in the early stage of allergen treatment, and to gain insight into the role of SCIT in regulating immune responses and metabolic levels, so as to provide reference data for the further discovery of potential biomarkers. Methods:A longitudinal study was used to include 40 subjects who underwent SCIT with dust mite allergens in the Department of Pediatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University between November 2017 and February 2022, including 20 subjects each of single mite subcutaneous immunotherapy (SM-SCIT) and double mite subcutaneous immunotherapy (DM-SCIT). In this study, levels of dust mite allergen-specific antibodies and polyunsaturated fatty acid metabolism were measured before and 12 months after treatment, while pulmonary function tests were performed. The therapeutic effects of the patients were followed up by visual analogue scale (VAS), asthma control test (ACT) and total medication scores (TMS). The results were statistically analyzed using t-test and Mann-Whitney U-test. Results:After 12 months of treatment with SCIT, both groups showed a significant decrease in total VAS score (SM-SCIT: Z=-2.298, P<0.05; DM-SCIT: Z=-3.411, P<0.001); total ACT score (SM-SCIT: Z=-2.054, P<0.05; DM-SCIT: Z=-2.014, P<0.05) and total medication scores (SM-SCIT: Z=-3.799, P<0.000 1; DM-SCIT: Z=-3.474, P<0.001) were significantly higher, in addition to significantly higher MMEF75/25 values in the DM-SCIT group ( t=-2.253, P<0.05). There was no significant change in sIgE in the SM-SCIT group ( P>0.05), and the sIgG4 levels of the Der p, Der f, p 1, p 2, f 2, and p 21 fractions were significantly elevated ( Z=-2.651, -3.771, -2.949, -2.912, -2.725, -2.128, and -3.285, respectively, all P<0.05); The sIgE of Der p 2, f 2, p 7 and p 23 fractions( Z=-2.651, -3.771, -2.949, -2.912, -2.725, -2.128, -3.285, all P<0.05) and the sIgG4 levels of the Der p, Der f, p 1, p 2, f 1, f 2, p 10, p 21 and p 23 fractions ( Z=-3.808, -3.845, -3.061, -2.688, -2.464, -3.211, -2.371, -2.091, -2.427, all P<0.05) of the DM-SCIT group were significantly elevated. Metabolomics analysis showed that arachidonic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, docosapentaenoic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, 5, 9, 12-octadecatrienoic acid, 5(S)-hydroxylated eicosatetraenoic acid, and dihomo-gamma-linolenic acid were significantly elevated at the beginning of the treatment period after SM-SCIT treatment ( Z of -2.191, -2.497, -1.988, -2.090, -2.19, -2.803, -2.073, all P<0.05); 5(S)-hydroxylated eicosatetraenoic acid showed elevated and alpha-linolenic acid, eicosadienoic acid, and eicosapentaenoic acid were significantly decreased in the DM-SCIT group after treatment ( Z=-1.988, -2.090, -2.497, -1.988, respectively, all P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that arachidonic acid was significantly negatively correlated with changes in dust mite-specific IgG4 ( r=-0.499, P<0.05), and that alpha-linolenic acid, 5, 9, 12-octadecatrienoic acid, and eicosapentaenoic acid were positively correlated with the ΔsIgG4 of the dust mite der p 2 ( r=0.451, 0.420, 0.474, respectively; all P<0.05). Conclusion:Significant changes in allergen-specific antibody levels and polyunsaturated fatty acid metabolism levels occur during SCIT, and the two may interact and influence each other.
