Objective To evaluate the application of prevention technique for mother‐to‐child transmission of human immunode‐ficiency virus(HIV) in Laibin City .Methods Prevention techniques for mother‐to‐child transmission of HIV were applicated in the city .Women in pregnancy test received acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) counseling and test at the same time .Measures were taken to prevent the mother‐to‐child transmission of HIV for women who confirmed HIV positive ,including the use of antiret‐roviral drugs ,safety midwifery and feeding guidance ,and so on .Results The average HIV counseling and testing rate was 99 .1%(176 001/177 738) for the past 5 years .269 cases were HIV positive ,and the positive rate was 0 .15% (269/176 001) .Via health advisory guidance ,pregnant women diagnosed with AIDS understood the dangers of AIDS and the mode of its transmission ,and then free to chose weather to have the pregnancy terminated .Finally ,there were 67 pregnant women chose to terminate the preg‐nancy ,and 202 women decided to have children who were included in the prevention management system of mother‐to‐child trans‐mission .202 infants were born alive ,192 of which took full amount of antiretroviral drugs .The medication rate was 95 .05% (192/202) .42 d and 3 months after birth ,early diagnosis of HIV/AIDS was performed for the infants ,the positive rate of HIV was 0 .50% (1/202) .There were 118 infants at least 18‐months‐old who had underwent HIV test and no positive case was detected . Conclusion AIDS counseling tests in pregnancy test women is necessary ,which could detect HIV positive women .Comprehensive measures are effective methods for the prevention of mother‐to‐child transmission .

Objective To probe the influence of electron beam radiotherapy in different manners using different tissue equivalent boluses on skin and lung. Methods Adult female cavia cobayas were randomly divided into four groups as control group,fuU-time with bolus group,half-time with bolus group and without bolus group.Acute-irradiation animal models were established using electron beam in different manners with or without 0.5 cm tissue equivalent bolus.Pathological changes in lung, hair vesicle and fibroblast cell count were analyzed 40 clays after irradiation. Results The radiation dermatitis in the group with bolus was slighter than that of the group without bolus, but the radiation pneumonia was reverse. With bolus, the radiation dermatitis of haft-time group was slighter than that of full-time group. The injury repair of half-time group was more active than full-time group. Conclusions The treatment of haft-time bolus could protect lung without serious skin complications.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2009;26(4):706-710
In conventional ear implantation surgery, clinical physicians usually make a surgery planning based on their observation on series of 2D X-ray images or CT images. Such a planning method requires the physicians to have a high level of clinical experience. Besides, the whole operation is unintuitive, and might have certain risk. Considering these facts, we have developed a computer-aided system for the surgery planning of the implantation of artificial ear based on CT imaging and 3D reconstruction techniques. The system effectively overcomes the main drawbacks in conventional surgery planning techniques, and it makes the surgery planning procedure more precise, safe, and intuitive.

Objective A BP neural network model for diagnosing type 2 diabetic nephropathy based on laboratory tests was developed and evaluated. Methods Patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy from 5 hospitals of Chongqing,Guizhou and Sichuan Provinces from January 2016 to December 2016 were collected in the study. Totally 89 parameters were analyzed by univariate analysis to identify significant variables by SPSS 19. 0 and MATLAB 2014a. The diagnostic performance of the two methods were compared. Results A total of 477 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and 449 patients of control group were included. Univariate analysis showed that 42 variables had significant difference. Logistic regression analysis showed that 12 variables were included in the optimal regression equation. This BP neural network had 42 input layer nodes,15 hidden layer nodes and 1 output layer nodes. The Youden index of logistic regression analysis and BP neural network(training set and test set) were 0.76,0.89 and 0.83. The accurately diagnosed were 88.12%,94.24%,and 91.34%,the AUC were 0.95,0.98,and 0.96. Conclusion A BP neural network model was developed, which has important accessory diagnostic value for diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. But all these conclusions need further validation in clinic.

Purpose:
This study attempted to detect the changes of cervical cancer screening rate and willingness among female migrants, and the associated socio-demographic factors in Shenzhen city.
Materials and Methods:
Two citywide surveys were conducted using a multistage random cluster sampling method in 2011 and 2014, respectively. Data on demographic characteristics, screening participation, and willingness to screen were collected. Logistic regression models were applied to detect possible associated socio-demographic characteristics, and their variations with survey years.
Results:
In total, 12,017 female migrants were enrolled, with a mean age (standard deviation) of 36.73 (6.55) years. From 2011 to 2014, the screening rate increased (25.8% vs. 35.1%, p < 0.001), while the willingness to screen remained stable (82.2% vs. 82.8%, p=0.46). Overall, socio-demographic characteristics of female migrants, including age, marital status, education, monthly income, employment, and medical insurance, were found to be positively associated with screening participation. Similar impacts in relation to willingness were observed except for age. However, these associations varied with survey years, mainly in the contributions of education and monthly income to screening participation, as well as age, monthly income, and medical insurance to willingness of being screened.
Conclusion
Identifying changes of associated socio-demographic factors precisely is warranted of necessity, which provides novel clues to adjust targeted actions regularly in promoting cervical cancer screening participation among female migrants in Shenzhen.

Objective To explore the correlation between social support and pregnancy depression in Shenzhen. Methods From August 2018 and June 2020, a structured questionnaire survey was conducted among pregnant women who underwent pregnancy examination in a 3A-grade maternal & child health care hospital. A total of 1 396 questionnaires with complete information were collected. Chi-square test and Wilcoxon rank sum test were used to analyze the baseline characteristics. The odds ratio (OR) and 95% CI confidence interval between social support and pregnancy depression were estimated using logistics regression model. Subgroup analysis was also conducted. Results There were statistically significant differences in education level, medical insurance rate, household registration, family monthly income, proportion of multiparas, proportion of husbands being the only child, pregnancy stress and social support between the depression group and non-depression group. After multi-factors adjustment, the OR (95% CI) of the total social support score was 0.97(95%CI 0.95-0.99), the OR (95% CI) of the objective support dimension was 0.90(95% CI 0.87-0.94), and the P value of the interaction term multiplied by pregnancy term was less than 0.05. According to the stratified analysis of pregnancy, the total score of social support was significantly correlated with the depression status only in the third trimester, with an OR (95% CI) of 0.97 (95% CI 0.94-0.99). The objective support dimension was significantly correlated with depression status in the first and third trimesters, and the OR (95% CI) was 0.78 (95% CI 0.61-0.99) and 0.89 (95% CI 0.84-0.94), respectively. The OR of support utilization score in the third trimester was 0.91 (95% CI 0.83-0.99). Conclusion Social support was negatively correlated with depression during pregnancy and was particularly important in the third trimester. Various dimensions of social support were differentially correlated with pregnancy depression in each trimester. The objective support dimension was particularly important in the first and third trimesters.
