Objective To observe the molecular weight distribution of soybean peptides prepared by complex enzyme hydrolysation and tumor inhibitory effect in vivo or in vitro. Method The soybean protein was enzymolyzed to soybean peptides by Flavourzyme, Alealase and neutral protease, at(50-55)℃, followed by separation, absorption, affination, ultra centrifuge and spray drying. The soybean peptides were passed Sephadex G25 column at 0.5ml/min with 0.1mol/L Tris-HCl buffer. The fragment of fluid collected was determined by UV at 280nm and HPLC. Then the molecular weight distribution was calculated. The inhibitory effect on ansplant glioma (G422) at dose 1.25, 2.5 and 5g/kg bw (ig daily for 11 d) was tested in mice and in Hep-2 in vitro. Results The peptides contents in three batches were 54.6%, 51.9%, 51.8% respeclively. The molecular weight

Objective To study the effect of hand rule in diet of type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 48 type 2 diabetes cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 24 cases per group. Both groups were given regular diabetes dietary training for 3 days, the experimental group was added palm rule dietary for one day. After training, both groups conducted a diabetic diet practice for six months.Fasting plasma glucose,HbA1c,body mass index and serum lipid were observed at beginning and after six months.Patients'diet compliance were assessed before trail and after six months of trail by self-designed diabetes diet questionnaire. Results Fasting plasma glucose,HbA1c,the body mass index and serum lipid after 6 months in the experimental group were lower, and the diet compliance was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01).Conclusion The palm rule could improve diet compliance in type 2 diabetes patients, and better control blood glucose, body weight and lipids. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective? To investigate the correlation between nursing humanistic care and health behavior ability in elder patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods? From June 2015 to June 2017, a total of 208 elder patients with DM in Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University were selected by convenience sampling method. The levels of nursing humanistic care and health behavior ability were evaluated by Nursing Humanistic Care Experience Scale-Noninfectious Chronic Disease Patients Version (NHCES-NCDP) and Self-Rated Abilities for Health Practices Scale (SRAHP). Results? The average score of NHCES-NCDP was (68.64±7.27), and the lowest dimension score was support for individual uniqueness (2.60±0.30). The SRAHP average score was (55.40±4.80), the lowest dimension score was nutrition (12.25±2.00). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score and dimension scores of NHCES-NCDP were positively correlated with total score and the dimension scores of SRAHP (P< 0.05). Multivariate linear regression showed that the level of nursing humanistic care were the influencing factor for health behavior ability (P<0.01). Conclusions? The levels of nursing humanistic care and health behavior ability in elder patients with DM is low. Improving the level of nursing humanistic care can improve the patient's health behavior ability.
