1.Analysis of untypical cystic lymphangioma CT and MRI

Objective To study CT and MRI manifestation of untypical cystic lymphangioma.Methods CT and MRI findings of 8 cases of cystic lymphangioma proved surgically and pathologically were analyzed retrospectively.7 cases were performed by CT and the other by MRI.Results 3 lesions are located at facies cranii,2 lesions at neck,2 lesions are located at mesostenium and 1 lesion is located at chest wall.CT and MRI findings include:(1)dense mass(5 cases);(2)lesion contain solid and water dense(2 cases);(3)lesion contain high dense hematoma(2 cases);(4)calcification in lesion(2 cases);(5)infiltrate the adjacent tissue(3 cases).Conclusion Most majority cystic lymphangioma can be identified by CT and MRI which also helpful to evaluation lymphangioma before surgical treatment.
2.Software design of ultrasound power detecting system

Objective Alloreactive lymphocytes specific for graft antigens are implicated in rejection of allograft.This study aims to induce alloreactive lymphocytes depletion or inactivation and allograft immuno tolerance by alloreactive lymphocyte vaccine(ALV).Methods Recipient lymphocytes were expanded for 9-14 days stimulated by donor lymphocytes that had been dealt with mitomycin C.The expanded recipient lymphocytes are termed alloreactive lymphocyte vaccine(ALV).About 0.5?10 7~1.0?10 7cells mixed with freunds complete ajuvant(FCA)were used as ALV to vaccinate itself for 3~4 times as usual. The stimulate index(SI) was measured after vaccination and compared with itself unvaccination. Results The ALV could suppress mixed lymphocyte reaction. 5.Research and development of anti-interference portable transfusion-drop counter

Objective To resolve the difficulty in controlling the transfusion speed by medical personnel.Methods By using liquid drop sampling module,pulsing signals of liquid drop were obtained,and then they were enlarged,shaped and the wrong signals from the top and bottom surface of every drop were excluded before the standard triggered signals were sent out to SCM processing circuit,from which the real-time liquid drop speed and the average drop speed in every minute were obtained.Results Anti-interference and portable transfusion-drop counter could show the real-time liquid drop value and the average liquid drop value in every minute.Conclusion Anti-interference and portable transfusion-drop counter is convenient with simple structure and has been used in clinic.
6.Study on requirement forecasting of medical consumptive materials based on Kalman filter

An analysis method for requirement of medical consumptive materials on Kalman filter is put forward.An analysis mathematical model is established at first,its solution process is carried out at same time,and then an example using this solution is given according to the working practice.At last,the shortcomings using classical Kalman filter were discussed and a new method using adaptive Kalman filter was proposed.
7.Study on measuring method for amplitude of transducer’s tip in ultrasonic surgical apparatus

Objective To study the measuring method for amplitude of transducer's tip in ultrasonic surgical apparatus, and design a set of practical detecting system with special data processing technique. Methods The system was consisted of stereomicroscope, CCD camera, etc. The images of amplitude measuring were captured and processed and the result was carried out at last. Results The measurement range for amplitude of transducer’s tip was above 190 ?m, the precision was below 10?m, and the repeatability was also ideal. Conclusion The amplitude measuring method has some excellent characters such as directness, simplicity, easy implementation, error estimableness and controllability, etc. It is proved in practice that the effect is nice and the blank in this field in China is filled.
8.Development of Portable Battlefield Multifunction Diagnosis and Treatment Bed

Objective To develop an improved product of the existing battlefield diagnosis and treatment bed by making the product smaller,the structure firmer,the function more perfect and the use more convenient,thus to benefit the use under the battlefield situations,and to improve the logistics support ability.Methods '08F,304'steel materials were adopted as prop-up parts of the bed.The fold type structure design,infusion shelf and mosquito net pole functions could be exchanged with each other.The special oxygen bottle clip was equipped.Results It had such advantages as lighter weight(half of the former),enlarged strength,diverse functions,simple operation and easy taking.As far as safety and reliability and operation flexibility concerned,it was far improved compared with the former one.The treatment bed met the requirement of diagnosis,treatment and nursing for patients under battlefield conditions.National patent of the product was declared.Conclusion The portable battlefield diagnosis and treatment bed is used under the field situation,so some more complicated structures and functions of the normal beds are omitted.Meanwhile,reasonable function combination and material and structure design are key factors in development.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2):10-11,14]
9.Principle and clinical application of ultrasonic surgical installation

With the appearance and development of ultrasonic surgical installation, ultrasonic therapy enters on a new epoch. High-amplitude and high-power ultrasonic vibration produced during the operation, ultrasonic surgical installation can be used to decrease the amount of bleeding or stop bleeding according to the acoustic properties of different tissues. The part where pathological changes happen can be excised selectively by ultrasonic surgical installation. This article introduces the principle, structure, classification and clinical application of ultrasonic surgical installation in detail.
10.Method for assessing bid of medical equipment based on BP neural network
