Journal of Forensic Medicine 2009;25(3):198-199
OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the features of death cases in the urban rail traffic accidents in order to prevent the similar accidents in the future and to provide reference for forensic expertise.
METHODS:
Eighteen death cases in urban rail traffic accidents between 2005 to 2008 in Shanghai were collected. The forensic characteristics were summarized in aspects of the nature of cases, the injury mechanism and characteristics, etc.
RESULTS:
There were total 18 cases with 14 suicide and 4 accidental incidents, aged from 21 to 55 years. Of those dead, 14 died of craniocerebral injury and 4 died of traumatic shock. The injury mechanism included hit, fall and rolling.
CONCLUSION
The injury in urban rail traffic accidents have their own characteristics, mainly due to suicide, and partly due to accidental incident, and most of these cases are probably preventable.

Journal of China Medical University 2015;(10):883-887
Objective To explore the clinical application of digital chair?side immediate all?ceramic restoration system, design and fabricate inlays and onlays to restore the large?defected molars, and to analyze and evaluate the efficacy of this clinical restoration. Methods Totally 84 inlays and 65 onlays were fabricated with IPS e.max CAD series ceramic blocks by using Cerec AC system to conduct immediate all?ceramic restorations of 149 teeth for 108 patients. The inlays and onlays were applied and cemented to the prepared teeth with dual?cured resin luting agent. The restored molars were re?examined by two dentists after six months. The analysis standard was based on the United States Public Health Service(USPHS criteria) and the results were statistically analyzed(α=0.05). Results There was no statistically significant difference in the case numbers of grade A and grade B for each index comparing the immediate condition to the condition after 6 months. Over 90 percent of ceramic inlays and onlays were quali?fied to be grade A. The restorations were well in the aspects of anatomic morphology, marginal integrity, color match, marginal discoloration, reten?tion, gingival health and secondary caries. Conclusion Computer aided design/computer aided manufacture(CAD/CAM)system combined with machinable glass ceramics can achieve a favorable result in restoration of large?defected teeth. Digital chair?side immediate all?ceramic restoration technique is an ideal solution for large?defected tooth restoration.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2018;34(7):564-566
Following an overview of the present big medical data sharing abroad, the paper identified the problems of the regional health information platform in data sharing and utilization as follows. Namely, poor data integration, low data availability, poor data security and privacy, unclear data sharing model, and poor data management accountability. On such basis, the authors made thoughtful studies in data quality management, information security and privacy protection and data sharing model. These efforts provide useful references for big health data integration sharing and open access.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2018;34(1):60-63
Objective To learn the situation of medical information privacy protection of a hospital and patient′s privacy demand for different medical information .Methods A 300-questionnaire survey was conducted at a tertiary hospital in Shanghai in April 2017 .The data were subject to descriptive analysis .Results The patients were generally satisfied with the hospital′s medical information privacy protection ,as 71% of them (213/300)were satisfied ,and 13% (39/300)of them experienced privacy exposure.Patients were most concerned with medical information from which others could identify them .Conclusions The State should promulgate rules and regulations for the protection of medical information privacy as soon as possible ;information technology need to be adopted to encrypt identifiable information ;a system of norms that can be followed need to be developed for the use of medical information ;hospitals should build a patient′s privacy protection system to comprehensively protect the privacy of patients .

Cancer Research on Prevention and Treatment 2023;50(3):303-308
Lung cancer is considered as the leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for about 85% of primary lung cancer. Owing to the improved utilization of medical technological level and the popularization of health examinations, the detection rate of early-stage NSCLC is gradually increasing. The main treatment modalities for early-stage NSCLC are surgical resection and adjuvant chemotherapy. Platinum-based chemotherapy is recommended as the standard postoperative adjuvant treatment for patients with completely resected stageⅡ-ⅢA NSCLC. However, adjuvant therapy remains a controversial option in stageⅠB NSCLC. This review focuses on postoperative adjuvant therapy such as adjuvant chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy for completely resected stageⅠB NSCLC. Moreover, the biomarkers and prognostic factors of high-risk patients are discussed.
