Objective To investigate effect of the venom peptide liquor on adjunctive arthritis (AA) in mice .Methods The male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups ,named as the control group ,model group ,positive control group(1 mg/kg dex-amethason) ,wine group(10 mL/kg) ,low dosage of venom peptide liquor group(8 .3 mL/kg) and high dosage of venom peptide liq-uor group(33 .2 mL/kg);the right toes ,ankle diameter and whole body weight were measured at 7-day intervals ;the spleen index , serum level of circulating immune complexes(CIC) were determined after the thirty-fourth day when the mice was put to death .Re-sults The level of CIC in AA mice decreased significantly (P<0 .05) ,the decrease of spleen index and the reduction of toe and an-kle swelling in the low dose group were significant(P<0 .01) .Conclusion The venom peptide liquor exhibited apparent inhibitory effect on AA in mice .
3.Advances in antenatal corticosteroid application in extremely preterm infants
International Journal of Pediatrics 2023;50(6):388-392
The rate of antenatal corticosteroid application in extremely preterm infants is generally increasing.Although a large number of clinical trials have demonstrated that antenatal corticosteroids significantly reduce mortality and improve prognosis in extremely preterm infants, their application rates still vary widely among different countries and gestational age groups, and the applicability and safety of the clinical applications are controversial. In the treatment of extremely preterm infants in China, the clinical application of antenatal corticosteroids is not widespread. The current situation of antenatal corticosteroid application in extremely preterm infants at home and abroad is reviewed to provide a theoretical basis for the application of antenatal corticosteroid in extremely preterm infants in China.

Radiotherapy is a critical approach for the comprehensive treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Deep understanding of the individualized radiosensitivity of lung cancer patients plays a pivotal role in the selection of radiotherapy dosage and regime and establishment of comprehensive therapeutic strategies.Currently, multiple researchers have identified a variety of biomarkers in predicting the radiosensitivity of lung cancer patients. In this article, research progress on the biomarkers in predicting radiosensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer was reviewed.
