Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of rutin, luteolin, quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin and chrysin in Tribulus terrestris L. Methods:The chromatographic column was Welch Ultimate LP-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0. 05% phosphoric acid with gradient elution,the detection wavelength was 360 nm,and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 . Results: The linear relationship of standard curve of rutin, luteolin, quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin and chrysin was good (r≥0. 999 4). The average recovery was 97. 5%-99. 7% with RSD≤1. 24% (n=6). Conclusion:The meth-od is simple, and the precision,recovery and repeatability all meet the requirements,which can be used for the content determination of Tribulus terrestris L.

Objective To study the nation-wide cooperation network of bio-genomics for major disease clinical samples and the development of bio-genomics database.Methods The clinical phenotypes and genomics data of disease cohort were investigated,the cooperation network of bio-genomics for major disease clinical samples and the development of bio-genomics database were analyzed,the key technologies for different tasks were studied.Results The key contents and technologies involving the development of bio-genomics database for major disease clinical samples were proposed and how to solve the following problems was pointed out,including the integration of phenotypes and new technologies in the genomics field,multi-granular and multi-modular retrieval,and computing service.Conclusion It is of great importance to establish the standards for data cooperation process and data security management,to research and develop platform for cooperation network and database,to study the service model for the integration of big data in precision medicine based on data cooperation network.

The quality and level of experiment teaching is directly related to the college talent training quality and the college overall development. According to the requirement of quality engineering, our college strengthens the connotation construction from the aspects of experiment teaching management, teaching staff training and quality monitoring and improves experiment teaching quality.

In the process of development and exploitation of information resources for the medicalsector, business synergy and information exchange/sharing become more and more frequent across departments. How to effectively sort massive information resources involved in the departments has become a bottleneck. The author proposed a complete set of thoughts to sort relations among businesses, from the aspects of functionality layer, service layer, and data layer, in view of the business problems to resolve by the departments.

Objective: It was to investigate the content alteration of the tannins in cibot rhizome and its processed samples. Method: The casein method was used to determine the content of tannins. Results: The content of tannins decreased after the medicinal material was processed. Conclusion: Processing may decrease the content of tannins in cibot rhizome. The raw was better than the other processed samples if the tannins were used as active constituents.

Medical big data, an important strategic source of basic data for a country, will be applied in precision clinical diagnosis and treatment, decision-making support, disease monitoring, early warning and management, and public health service. The application of medical big data technology in our country is to be improved at pres-ent. How to realize the smooth transition of traditional medical data to a big data system and the added value of data by data mining and analyzing is an important problem needing to be solved immediately. The key functions, inclu-ding the general frame work and data center frame work of medical big data application information system, were thus planned and designed in this paper by constructing the regional application technology and engineering labora-tory for medical big data.

Objective To establish a stem cell life-cycle management information system to realize collection,storage,inquiry,processing and statistical analysis of the stem cell and to provide information for the research on stem cell translation medicine.Methods The functional modules of the system were determined based on the analyses on the requirements of stem cell bank management and its operational flow.The system design was explored from the aspects of technical framework,safety control and fuzzy query.Results The system was gifted with a technical architecture and anallocation scheme based on Spring MVC mode,which proved its efficiency by the trial.Conclusion Stem cell resource library can be used as an important supplement to the clinical sample life-group database,providing data and technical basis support for large-scale clinical samples to transform,integrate,manage and share large data resources.

Objective To investigate effects of ACUMED self-orientated elbow plate system in treatment of comminuted distal humeral fractures (type C) in adults.Methods Thirty-two adult cases of comminuted distal humeral fractures treated by open reduction and internal fixation with parallel dual plates from May 2009 to October 2010 were enrolled in the study.There were 17 males and 15 females,at average age of 60 years (range,21-85 years).All cases were subjected to closed fractures,involving left side in 15 cases and right side in 17.Besides,two cases had associated ulnar nerve injury.According to AO classification,there were 12 cases of type C1,12 of type C2 and eight of type C3 fractures.The time from injury to operation averaged 5.6 days.Distal humeri were exposed through posterior median incision of elbow and V shape osteotomy of olecroanon.Muscular contractile and relaxant functional exercise was taken within 24 hours postoperatively.Clinical results were assessed based on Mayo elbow performance score (MEPS) and X-ray films.Results X-ray films showed that all cases obtained primary bone healing in the follow-up (mean 12 months).Three cases of type C3 fractures had heterotopic ossification.All cases had no complications like infections or implant loosening postoperatively.Range of motion in elbow flexion and extension averaged 85° (range,8°-140°).MEPS was average 90 points (range,60-100 points),including excellent outcomes in 13 cases,good in 15,fair in one and poor in three,with excellence rate of 88％.Conclusion ACUMED parallel dual plate fixation technique based on stability theory of arch structure achieves solid fixation of adult comminuted distal humeral fractures,successfully reconstructs bone structure of distal humeri,and effectively restores elbow joint function in response to early rehabilitation exercise.

Objective To explore the solution for regional population health information platform based on the involvement of internet plus and big data.MethodsThe objective and contents of the platform were discussed,and its logic structure and deployment architecture were designed.The functions of a platform-based application system and two information integration platforms were described.The key technical links of the system were demonstrated.Results The solution for regional population health information platform based on internet plus completed population health information service system,and laid a foundation for the application of medical big data.Conclusion The solution contributes to the inter-connection and communication between medical fields in some region,promotes healthcare informatizatoin platform and is thus worthy applying practically.

Objective:To express human epididymis protein 4 (HE4) in prokaryotic cells,purify the expressed product and de-termine its activity by immunoassay kit.Methods: The gene encoding HE 4 was cloned using RT-PCR technique from total RNA of ovarian carcinoma cells ES-2,the amplified HE4 gene was cloned into prokaryotic expression vector pGEX-4T-1 and PET26b respective-ly.The recombinant plasmid pGEX-4T-1-HE4 and PET26b-HE4 were constructed and transformed into E.coli BL21 cells respectively, and protein ( GST-HE4 and His-HE4 ) expressions were induced by IPTG and identified by SDS-PAGE and commercial ELISA kit.Results:Restriction analysis and sequencing proved that recombinant plasmid pGEX -4T-1-HE4 and PET26b-HE4 were constructed correctly.The expressed recombinant proteins ,with the relative molecular mass of about 38 000 and 12 000 ,showed specific binding to monoclonal antibody against HE 4.Conclusion:Two kinds of recombinant HE 4 protein are successfully expressed in prokaryotic cells , which laid a foundation of preparation of immunoassay reagents.
