OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the management of the free anti-TB drugs in He'nan province, and to analyze ex-periences and find out the gap.METHODS:Based on the requirements of the Chinese TB Control Program-Free anti-TB drug management manual,a questionnaire comprised of 17 items was developed and 20 TB drug storerooms at city or county level were randomly sampled for on the spot investigation.RESULTS:Of the total drug storerooms investigated,75% had yearly drug demand plan, but only 35% was up to the standard in inventory control,95% had no expired drug,90% had inventory/supply vouchers and detailed inventory records, only 25% achieved conformity between records and physical counts. The condition of drug storerooms and the storage of drugs were unable to meet the requirement.CONCLUSION:Tuberculosis Control Agency at different levels haven't paid due attention to the management of free anti-TB drugs. The personnel in this agency should raise their drug management responsibility from aspects of saving public belongings and ensuring patients' medication quality.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(4):518-520
Objective:
To understand the change of smoking status among middle school students in Quzhou City from 2012 to 2017, and to provide a basis for school tobacco control.
Methods:
Through stratified cluster sampling method, Zhejiang youth health-related behavior questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 454 students in May 2012 and among 1 655 students in May 2017.
Results:
Among middle school students in Quzhou, attempting smoking rate, ever-smoking a whole cigarette reporting rate and current-smoking report rate decreased from 31.36%, 17.81% and 8.73% in 2012 to 21.70%,12.45% and 6.22% in 2018 respectively, with statistically significant differences(χ2=37.30,17.52,7.12,P<0.01). Among the current-smoking students, the rate of smoking frequency≥20 d/month and heavy-smoking rate decreased from 30.71% and 7.09% in 2012 to 15.53% and 0.97% respectively. It showed that attempting smoking rate, ever-smoking a whole cigarette reporting rate and current-smoking report rate of male students were higher than that of female students(χ2=117.50,63.99;47.14,51.26;110.18,22.50), and the non-ordinary high school students were higher than that of ordinary high school students and middle school students across two waves surveillance(χ2=47.14,51.26;70.34,43.77;62.67,22.50)(P<0.01).
Conclusion
School tobacco control have made a great progress, the tobacco use behavior of middle school students declines sharply in Quzhou.

ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) co-infection and other factors on the HIV replication level in antiretroviral treatment na(i)ve patients.MethodsSix hundred TB patients and 465 HIV infectors were recruited between April 2010 and September 2010.TB coinfections were diagnosed in HIV infected cases with chest X-ray,checking TB in sputum with anti-acid staining and culture of the sputum, histopatholo diagnosis and clinical diagnosis.HIV infections were screened in TB patients with the 3rd generation ELISA antibody test.Sixty-one antiretroviral treatment na(i)ve HIV/TB co-infectors and 34 HIV infectors with CD4 T cell count below 350 cells/μl were included in this study.Information about the demography, epidemiology and results of clinical diagnostic tests of HIV and TB was collected through pathography and questionnaires from all participants.HIV viral load were detected with COBAS AmpliPrep/COBAS TaqMan(R) System of Roche Company.ResultsThe viral load of HIV/TB co-infectors was (5.05±0.93) lg copies/ml,while the viral load of HIV infectors was (5.06±0.76) lg copies/ml,after control of age, race, marital status, education, route of HIV infection,HIV clade and CD4 T cell count, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P=0.94).CRF01_AE HIV-1 infection was associated with higher HIV viral load compared with non CRF01_AE (OR=8.07,95% CI 1.07-61.20,P=0.04).ConclusionNo obvious effect of MTB co-infection on HIV replication level of HIV infected cases with relatively low CD4 T cell count in Guangxi region, while the CRF01_AE HIV infected individuals showed higher viral load,we should raise concern on the monitoring and treatment on this population.

Objective:
To understand prevalence and trend of drinking behavior among middle school students in Quzhou during 2012 to 2022, and to provide a basis for formulating scientific and effective intervention measures for adolescent drinking.
Methods:
By using stratified cluster sampling method, a questionnaire survey using Zhejiang adolescent health related behavior questionnaire was conducted anonymously in selected classes in May 2012, 2017 and 2022, respectively. In the past 30 days, 66.67% of students reported drinking 1-2 days, the proportion of drinking for 3-5 days increased from 16.36% in 2012 to 26.19% in 2022, the proportion of drinking for 6-19 days decreased from 13.03% in 2012 to 3.40% in 2022. The proportion of buying alcohol increased from 22.12% in 2012 to 35.03% in 2022. The results of the three surveys showed that, now drinking rates, drinking rates, Male students (27.88%,23.96%,18.75%;24.69%,17.44%,13.75%) was higher than the girls (17.60%,17.25%,11.31%;17.87%,10.61%,8.91%), non ordinary high schools (33.96%,34.69%,22.77%;33.65%,23.91%,19.49%) were higher than ordinary high schools (25.82%,18.80%, 12.62 %;25.82%,17.35%,9.94%) and junior middle school (16.53%,15.83%,12.22%;13.93%,8.47%,7.35%).

In January 2021, an acute chemical poisoning incident occurred at a fluorine polymerization plant. Through the analysis of the occupational health situation of the enterprise, combined with the clinical manifestations of the poisoned patients and the laboratory examination results, it was determined that the incident was an acute poisoning incident caused by the inhalation of organic fluorine mixed gas in the fluorine polymerization plant. Subsequently, it was clarified that the accident was caused by the illegal operation of the employees of the fluorine polymerization plant, which caused the discharge of the organic fluorine mixed gas containing high concentration of octafluoroisobutene, resulting in the poisoning of the on-site construction personnel. In order to avoid the occurrence of similar incidents, enterprises should implement the main responsibility of safety production, regularly organize supervision and inspection, eliminate illegal operations, conduct safety education and training for the staff of the unit and outsourced staff, and improve the emergency rescue ability of sudden poisoning incidents.
