OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous assaying of levofloxacin and ganciclovir in compound levofloxacin spray.METHODS: The chromatographic column was Dikma C18 with column temperature at 30?; the mobile phase was composed of 0.025mol/L H3PO4 solution - acetonitrile(87 : 13) with detection wavelength at 278nm and flow speed at 1ml/min.RESULTS:Good linear relations were achieved when the concentration ranges of levofloxacin and ganciclovir were 12.5-4?g/ml(r =0.9 999)and 6.25-2?g/ml(r = 1.0 000) respectively, the recovery rates were 99.90%(RSD = 0.02%) and 99.96%(RSD = 0.06%) respectively .CONCLUSION: This method is convenient, fast, reproducible and with high recovery rates, which can be used to determine 2 constituents simultaneously of compound levofloxacin spray and control its quality.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of central nervous system hemangioblastoma in von Hippel-Lindau syndrome.Methods The data of 10 patients with central nervous system hemangioblastoma in our hospital since 2013 were analyzed retro-spectively,and the clinicopathological features of central nervous system hemangioblastoma in von Hippel-Lindau syndrome were summarized. Results The macroexamination result showed that most tumor lesions were found in the cerebellum and medulla oblongata,with cystic chan-ges,size from 1 cm to 5 cm,the average size was (3.1 ±0.2)cm,clear boundary,intracapsular yellow cyst fluid.The microscopy result showed tumor foci with a rich blood supply,endothelial cell proliferation and hypertrophy in vascular,which arranged in nests or lobulated mesenchymal cells,the cytoplasm of stromal cells was abundant and lightly stained,a rich lipid was seen,with vesicular or foam.Conclusion The von Hippel-Lindau syndrome is usually cystic lesion,the microscopic examination shows tumor foci with rich blood supply,endothelial cell proliferation,hypertrophy and other changes in vascular.

Constant infusion, exponentially declining infusion and program infusion of theophlline were administered to rabbits byadopting the rabbit population pharmacokinetic parameters in this laboratory, and the plasma concentrations of the drug was measured by ul- traviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that the plasma drug concentrations following exponentially declining infusion and program infusion attained the desired steady-state level at only 30 min, though the T1/2?= 6. 08h, The median absolute value of performance error in pro-gram infusion and exponentially declining infusion was 7. 8% and 14% respectively.

Objective To study the out come of coblation arytenoidectomy combined with true and false pos-terior cordectomy for treatment of bilateral vocal cord paralysis (BVFP) .Methods The group included 17 patients (8 incomplete BVFP and 9 complete BVFP) .All the patients had waited more than 6 months before surgery with no spontaneous recovery .The patients underwent arytenoidectomy combined with true and false posterior cordecto-my using coblation under video suspension laryngoscope .Electric fibrolaryngoscope was performed before and after operation to evaluate the size of the glottis .The patients'voices were recorded before and after operation and evalua-ted by 3 laryngologists through GRBAS .Results Preoperational laryngoscope showed that in the incomplete BVFP ,the vocal folds were close to the middle line with limited abduction .In the complete BVFP ,the vocal folds failed in adduction and abduction and the size of the glottis was 2 -3mm .3 of the patients had underwent tracheotomy . Post operational electric fibrolaryngoscope showed proximate triangulate breathing space which was more than 4mm in the posterior glottis .The patients were followed up 6 to 44months .15 of the 17 were allowed for decannulation . One patient among them underwent posterior cordectomy and arytenoidectomy on the contralateral side respectively after the first operation because of dyspnea owing to scar diathesis .Two patients bunged up the canula but did not de-cannulate .Among them one was a 8-year old boy diagnosed as congenital heart disease .One was thyroid cancer with stiff neck due to radiology .The only postoperative complication was the appearance of granulations in the operation region in 2 patients ,which were disappeared spontaneously .Quality of the voice improved in 2 patients ,unchanged in 10 and worsened in 5 .Conclusion This study demonstrates that arytenoidectomy associated with posterior cord-ectomy is a satisfactory surgical treatment of bilateral vocal fold paralysis because it leads to a considerable and stable enlargement of the breathing space and preserved the voice quality .

Objective To describe the technique and characteristics of simple hand-assisted laparoscopic resection of renal and adrenal. Methods A total of 37 patients (22 males and 15 females) underwent simple hand-assisted laparoscopic resection of renal and adrenal from June 1999 to April 2004.Their mean age was 52 years (range,25～65 years).Renal resection group included 29 cases,including 13 of renal carcinoma and 2 of renal pelvic carcinoma.All these 15 cases were staged as T 1N 0M 0.The average tumor volume of the renal resection group was 3 cm?3 cm?2 cm.8 of hydronephrosis,2 of renal tuberculosis,4 of renal atrophied.Adrenal tumor resection group included 8 cases;the average tumor volume was 4 cm?5 cm?6 cm. Results Simple hand-assisted laparoscopic resection of the tumors was performed successfully in 36 cases without any complication such as injury of intestines and other important abdominal viscera except 1 case who underwent open surgery.The mean operative time of nephrectomy was 145 min,and that of adrenal giant tumor resection was 125 min.The mean blood loss was 110 ml.The patients recovered well and were discharged 7 to 8 days after operation.Follow-up lasted 3 months to 5 years after operation.Of the 37 cases,35 survived healthily;2 with renal carcinoma died (1 died of cerebrovascular accident 2 years after operation and the other died of brain and pulmonary metastasis 3 years after operation). Conclusions Simple hand-assisted laparoscopic resection of renal and adrenal giant tumor has the advantages of easier performance,shortened operative time and faster recovery from operation.Thus,this technique is worthy of popularization.

Purpose To investigate the 18F-FDG PET/CT manifestation ofextranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTCL) for providing important reference for the early diagnosis,accurate staging and guiding treatment of the disease.Materials and Methods The imagings and clinical data of twenty-six patients with nasal ENKTCL were analyzed retrospectively.The diagnosis was confirmed by pathological biopsy and immunohistochemistry.The distribution and metabolic signs of the lesions were summarized,and the influence of PET/CT on nasal ENKTCL staging was analyzed.Results Totally 102 positive lesions were detected in 26 patients.The SUVmax of all lesions was 12.2±5.4 (3.2-28.5).The primary lesions were mainly located in the nasal cavity (16/26,61.5％).Facial soft tissue and paranasal sinus tissue involvement were most common adjacent invasions.The distribution of the remaining affected tissues and organs in the whole body showed no obvious regularity.Lymph node involvement was most common in cervical lymph nodes.The lesion detection rates of PET/CT and conventional imaging (plain scan/enhanced CT,plain scar/ enhanced MRI,ultrasound,etc.) in lymph node and extranodal organ involvement were 96.7％ and 65.5％,respectively,and the accuracy of staging were 92.3％ and 73.1％,respectively.Clinical stages were changed in 15 patients (57.7％)because of PET/CT examination,among which,the staging was improved in twelve cases for finding more lesions,the staging of the suspicious lesions were reduced and the nature was defined in three cases because of their lack of metabolism on the PET/CT,and the treatment plan was affected in nine cases for staging adjustment.Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT can accurately show the distribution of nasal ENKTCL lesions.Compared with the conventional imaging methods,more lymph nodes and extranodal organ involvement can be detected by 18F-FDG PET/CT,which makes the staging more accurate and guides the clinical treatment more effectively.

OBJECTIVE: This study conduct a qualitative synthesis and quantitative meta-analysis of VFAFI, aimed to study whether it is a useful treatment for UVCP. METHOD: Electronic databases PubMed, YZ365. COM, WANFANG DATA, CMJD, CHKD,CNKI were searched using relevant keywords. Reported treatment outcomes were clustered into three categories,i. e. subjective, perceptual,acoustic,aerodynamic,and stroboscopic. Meta-analyses were performed on studies with numerical results using random effects model. RESULT: Five articles were identified with a total of 404 patients. All the studies reported significant improvements or decrease after VFAFI in each category of outcome measurements. Meta-analysis demonstrated a significant increase or decrease in all categories. Adverse effects include slight inflammatory reponse can resolve spontaneously within 1 month. The recurrence rate after VFAFI was high due to the self absorption. NNE and Jitter of post-operation is lower than pre-operation,there is no significantly change between the control group and experimental group; F0, Shimmer and MPT of post-operation is higher than pre-operation, there is no significantly change between the control group and experimental group. CONCLUSION The invasiveness and morbidity of VFAFI are low and the side effects are self-limited. Meta-analyses demonstrated significant improvements or decreased from both objective and subjective measurements. Further controlled studies with longer follow-up periods and more person were included may evaluate the effectiveness of VFAFI more reliably.

Objective To found sensitive and reliable method to identify trophoblastic tumor cells in the peripheral blood of the patients suffered from gestational trophoblastic tumor.Methods Given numbers of JAR cell from ten to million were mixed into 10ml non pregnant peripheral blood as a model. Detection of ? hCG mRNA with fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (FQ RT PCR) and then estimation of the numbers of tumor cell in the blood. Nine cases of peripheral blood were collected from the pretreatment patients of gestational trophoblastic tumor to assay ? hCG mRNA with FQ RT PCR, then to estimate the numbers of tumor cell in the circulation blood. Results FQ RT PCR could detect ? hCG mRNA when ≥10 2 JAR cells were mixed into 10ml non pregnant peripheral blood. Four cases of bloods had been detected ? hCG mRNA expression in 9 cases of gestational trophoblastic tumor, and the numbers of tumor cell from 10 4 to 10 7 per 10ml blood. Conclusion FQ RT PCR of which primers and probe are designed for ? hCG had been proved to be very sensitive detection means, it could be used to detect gestational trophoblastic tumor cells from patient preipheral blood; With FQ RT PCR the tumor cells had been detected in some patients of gestational trophoblastic tumor.
