1.THE EFFECT OF TETRAMETHYLPYRAZINE ANTITHROMBIN ON AGGREGATION BETWEEN MONONUCLEARCYTES AND PLATELETS

Thrombin-induced aggregation between mononuclearcytes and platelets was investigated and shown to be calcium dependent. Tetrame-thylpyrazine inhibited the aggregation and a dose-effect relationship was demonstrated. Tetramethylpyrazine also prevented the decrease of blood leukocyte count induced with thrombin venous injection in mice. Angelica sinensis Diels and tanshinone did not show any obvious effects on thrombin-induced aggregation between mononuclearcytes and platelets.
2.Application of laparoscopic hepatectomy and cystectomy for hepatic cystic echinococcosis

Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic hepatectomy and cystectomy for hepatic cystic echinococcosis.Methods Between September 2015 and May 2016,patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis indicated for surgery were evaluate.Selective hemihepatic inflow inclusion or non-selective hepatic inflow inclusion was adopted to control the bleeding.Laparoscopic multifuctional operative dissector (LPMOD) was applied for liver parenchymal transection.Laparoscopic hepatectomy and cystectomy was applied for hepatic cystic echinococcosis in eight cases,including one case of mesohepatectomy,two cases of right posterior sectionectomy,two cases of right partial hepatectomy,one case of left hepatectomy,one case of left lateral sectionectomy and one case of cystectomy in the left hepatic lobe.Results 8 patients received laparoscopic hepatectomy and cystectomy for hepatic cystic echinococcosis.Seven cases were performed totally laparoscopically and one case required a conversion.The maximum size of the lesion was 10 cm.Operating time was 150-260 min (mean,200 ± 35);Blood loss was 100-1 000 ml (313 ±290).One patient received intraoperative transfusion.Postoperative hospital stay was 6-9 days (mean,7.6 ± 1.3).One patient developed postoperative pleural effusion that resolved after medical treatment.One patient developed biliary leak in postoperative five days and recovered after drainage for twelve days.No remaining cavity infection,postoperative abdominal bleeding,liver failure occurred.No hospital death occurred.Conclusions Laparoscopic hepatectomy and cystectomy for hepatic cystic echinococcosis is technically safe and feasible.
3.The relationship between MMP-1 genetic polymorphisms and dental implant early failure in Chinese Han nationality

Objective To make clear the relationship between the genetic polymorphism of MMP-1 and implant early failure.Methods We conducted a case control study,53 cases patients (no smoking history and without periodontitis) who have underwent dental implant were divided into experimental group(with dental implant failure) and control group(with dental implant success) according to early failure of dental implant (within one month).DNA of 53 patients in Han nationality were extracted by using Chelex-100 method and polymorphisms of the mmp-1-1607 gene were detected by restriction fragment length polymorphism after polymerase chain reactions.Results Patients with MMP-1-1607(1G/2G) genotype exhibited a significantly higher occurrence of implant early failure than those with MMP-1-1607(1G/1G) gene type(P<0.05).The OR of the 1G/2G versus the 1G/1G of the MMP-1-1607 genotype was 13.894(P<0.05).Conclusion MMP-1-1607(1G/2G) genotype is associated with implant early failure.
4.Advanced Development on Intelligential Bluetooth Sensor of Body Temperature

Objective To develop a kind of mobile Bluetooth temperature sensor with removable measurement and wireless transmission.Methods The device was designed with technology of high precision sensor and newly developed Bluetooth base on MCU MSP430 as control unit which could apply in real time measurement,data storage,transmission and emergency alarm.Results The problem that at the scene of many cables in clinical care of the devise was resolved.Any devices with Bluetooth sensor can receive temperature data.Conclusion The traditional work mode is changed by the Bluetooth device and reduces the workload of nursing staff,which provides a new solution for integration of Bluetooth and clinic care technology.

6.Doubt the validity of serum pharmacology, emphasize the ex vivo experiments on multiple levels

The main reasons to doubt the validity of serum pharmacology include:①The components of medical herbs absorbed from gastrointetinal tract enter circulating plasma,not serum in vivo.②Blood coagulation involves the activation of a series of proenzymes,and the proteases induce leukocytes to release lysosomal enzymes.These enzymes may degrade some herbal components.③Thrombin can stimulate platelets and leukocytes to secrete many biologically active substances.④Fibrinolysis,complement and kinin systems are activated during blood coagulation.⑤The processes of serum preparation and inactivation always cause lose of lots of herbal components. Recently finger printing analysis using HPLC-MS and antileukemic proliferation experiments showed that the results obtained from serum pharmacological method might be incorrect. We propose that the ex vivo experiments on multiple levels are necessary to elucidate the pharmacological actions and their mechanisms of medical herbs and believe that the pharmacological method using plasma absorbed herbal components should be better than that using serum.
7.Development of Medical Information Platform Based on B/W/S Structure in Clinical Department

Objective To study a feasible technology plan for information communication between doctors and patients.Methods Based on three-layer B/W/S and Windows2003 Server,MS SQL Server was used for database administration.The Apache Tomcat 5.5 was adopted as Web server and Web services were realized by using JSP(Java Server Page).Results Health care information was collected and integrated in medical information platform of clinical department which was connected into Internet directly.The information platform established communication way between doctors and patients and it had functions for chief complaint,diagnosis,reservation and revisit.Conclusion Communication between doctors and patients are realized.

9.Design of SpO_2 Measuring and Analysis System Based on LabVIEW

Objective To design and develop a kind of SpO2 detection and analysis system based on LabVIEW. Methods Pulse signal process and SpO2 calculation were achieved by designing a control system based on TI Company's MSP430FG439 MCU and using the digital signal process and graphic controls of the LabVIEW software. The design project and the realization way were given out by discussing the software of LabVIEW. Results The system could acquire, display and process pulse signal and calculate SpO2. Conclusion The system carries out a new way to design medical monitor equipment. Furthermore, it provides a shortcut for special analysis of the SpO2 and pulse signal in clinic.
10.Research progress in contrast-induced nephropathy

With the wide application of contrast media in modem medicine,contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN) has attracted more clinical attention.Renal ischemia and renal tubular toxicity have been considered to be the pathogenesis of CIN.The most promising biomarkers,except for serum creatinine,include neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin (NGAL),cystatin C (Cys C),kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1),urine N-acetyl beta-D amino glucosidase (NAG) and micro molecular RNA (microRNA).Before use of contrast media for angiography,both the patient's own risk factors and the contrast-associated risk factors should be carefully evaluated.The patient's own risk factors include basic renal function,diabetes,anemia,homocysteine,etc.The contrast-associated risk factors include the osmotic pressure,viscosity,dosage,application frequency of the used contrast agent,etc.At present,hydration therapy is still the main method for CIN,and other therapeutic methods include medication,such as statins,vasodilators,antioxidants,traditional Chinese medicine,etc.,and blood purification therapy.This paper aims to make a brief summary about the research progress in CIN,focusing on its diagnosis,pathogenesis,risk factors and preventive measures.
