Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy and action mechanism of muscle-region alignment electroacupuncture in treating post-stroke shoulder pain. Method Eighty patients were randomized into a muscle-region alignment needling group and a conventional acupuncture group. The Short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire (SF-MPQ), and serum levels of IL-6, TNF-?, and NO were majorly observed before and after the treatment. Result The muscle-region alignment electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture both obviously reduced the SF-MPQ score and down-regulated the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-?, and NO, and the decreases by the muscle-region alignment electroacupuncture were more significant than that by the conventional acupuncture. Conclusion The action of muscle-region alignment electroacupuncture in treating post-stroke shoulder pain is plausibly by down-regulating serum levels of IL-6, TNF-?, and NO, reducing or inhibiting the production of inflammatory factors and restraining inflammation.

Objective:
To analyze the level of sex-related knowledge and behavior and related factors among children in senior grade of kindergarten in rural areas, and to provide the evidence for early childhood sexuality education.
Methods:
Multi-state stratified sampling method was adopted. From March to May 2019,a total of 324 students and their parents from 16 kindergartens of rural areas in Sichuan Province were enrolled, self-developed questionnaire was used to collect the basic demographic characteristics, information of sexuality education knowledge and sex-related behavior.
Results:
The average score of sexuality education knowledge was 5(4,6) point, and the awareness rate was 33.6%(109). The qualified sex-related behavior was observed in 75.0%(243 of all the children), while 25.0%(81) needed to be improved. Multivariate analysis showed that, compared with children were aware of the sexuality education knowledge, children who were unaware of the sexuality education knowledge were more likely to have good sex-related behavior, with the OR(95%CI) value was 2.06(1.14-3.72). The possibility of having good sex-related behavior among those children with more than 2 members in the family parents carring out sexuality education was higher than children without sexuality education in the family, with the OR(95%CI) value being 2.40(1.17-4.89).
Conclusion
The level of sexuality education knowledge among children in senior grade of kindergarten of rural areas in Sichuan is low, and most children s behavior needs to be improved. Children s awareness of sexuality education knowledge and the number of family members who have carried out sexuality education are related to the occurrence of children s sex-related behavior.

Objective:
To understand the demand of rural parents for children’s sexual education knowledge and associated factors, to provide reference and advise for the development of the children’s sexual education in the rural areas.
Methods:
In this study,1 015 parents from 16 rural kindergartens in Luzhou City and Mianyang City were selected as the research objects by multiple-stage stratified sampling from March to May, 2019. The self-interview or face-to-face questionnaire survey was used to investigate the demand for children’s sexual education among parents.
Results:
Totally 81.7%(829) of parents expressed their demand for children’s sexual education knowledge. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age was negatively associated with demand for sexual education of children(OR=0.73,95%CI=0.61-0.88). Junior middle school education background of mothers(OR=2.45,95%CI=1.36-4.41), received sexual education for children(OR=2.85,95%CI=1.84-4.42), reckon sexual education for children as necessary(OR=4.97,95%CI=3.16-7.83)and regarded it as parents’ own responsibility(OR=2.11,95%CI=1.30-3.43) had a high demand for children’s sexual education knowledge(P<0.05).
Conclusion
Parents in Sichuan rural areas generally have a high demand for children’s sexual education. We should intensify publicity and training about sexual education knowledge among parents in rural areas and attach importance to the cooperation between family and kindergarten in order to jointly promote the development of children’s sexual education.

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 2020;29(6):451-454
Objective:To evaluate the differences in the cumulative doses for cervical cancer between two different methods, and analyze the correlation between the severity of radiation proctitis and the cumulative dose of the rectum.Methods.:Clinical data of 278 patients with cervical cancer treated with radiotherapy were retrospectively analyzed. The total dose of radiotherapy was calculated by simple dose volume histogram parameter accumulation method (S-DVH group) and dose accumulation by deformation image registration (DIR group) in 49 patients with radiation proctitis. The rectal cumulative dose of the 278 patients with S-DVH was counted(D 2.0cm 3/D 1.0cm 3/D 0.1cm 3). The correlation analysis was performed by Spearman’s correlation analysis. Results:The average cumulative dose(D 90%) difference of high-risk clinical target volume (HRCTV) between the S-DVH and DIR groups was 2 Gy (EQD 2Gy)[(88.66±5.75) vs. (86.66±5.54) Gy, P<0.05], and the average cumulative dose difference(D 2.0cm 3 and D 1.0cm 3) of bladder was 2.13 Gy[(82.46±6.91) vs.(80.33±6.86) Gy, P<0.05] and 2.35 Gy[(88.46±4.37) vs.(86.11±3.93) Gy, P<0.05], and the average cumulative dose difference(D 2.0cm 3 and D 1.0cm 3) of rectum was 1.99 Gy[(72.49±5.17) vs.(70.50±5.03) Gy, P<0.05] and 2.71 Gy[(78.87±4.50) vs.(76.16±4.14) Gy, P<0.05]. The rectal cumulative dose(D 2.0cm 3/D 1.0cm 3/D 0.1cm 3) was positively associated with the grade of radiation proctitis. Conclusions:The cumulative doses differ between two groups, and are equally in an acceptable range. S-DVH method is a relatively simple method to evaluate the cumulative exposure dose. The cumulative doses of the rectum(D 2.0cm 3/D 1.0cm 3/D 0.1cm 3) can be used to predict the incidence of radiation proctitis.

Objective To investigate the active ingredients of Jingfang Baidu San for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by using network pharmacology and molecular docking, and to provide references for clinical applications. Methods The chemical constituents and action targets of all medicinal materials in Jingfang Baidu San were retrieved from TCMSP. Uniprot database was used to search the corresponding genes of targets. Cytoscape software was used to construct the network of medicinal materials-compounds-targets for visualization. The target proteins of COVID-19 were searched by disease databases. The intersection of both was considered to be analyzed to establish the protein-protein interaction (PPI) network by STRING database. GO function enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were performed through Metascape database to predict its mechanism. The effective strength of core constituents on preventing COVID-19 was calculated by molecular docking method. Results A total of 159 effective ingredients and 277 potential targets were obtained in Jingfang Baidu San within the given screening conditions [oral bioavailability (OB) ≥30%; drug-like (DL) ≥ 0.18], including 55 core targets with the intersection of 273 targets of COVID-19. According to the results of GO and KEGG enrichment analysis performed on the core targets, 1376 GO items and 136 KEGG pathways were obtained, involving infectious diseases, cancer, cell progress, immune system, signaling pathways etc. The results of molecular docking indicated strong binding capacity between the core ingredients and SARS-CoV-2 3CL hydrolase or angiotensin-converting enzyme II (ACE2). The hydrogen binding and hydrophobic effect were the main forms of the interaction. Conclusion The active ingredients in Jingfang Baidu San can inhibit the binding between SARS-CoV-2 protein and ACE2, thus regulating multiple targets and signal pathways, which plays a role in the prevention and the treatment of COVID-19.
